You advertised animals that you were not selling and then had animals shipped from a supplier other than yourself. That's against KS's TOS agreement. You aren't allowed to advertise other people's animals.

Anyone know offhand if Justyn is banned at kingsnake? I browsed around a little looking for ads from him and came up empty but they don't exactly keep a public list of people who have had their classified accounts yanked.

Advertising animals for another party is against the terms of service to begin with.

Advertising animals on behalf of an individual who has been banned is something they're even stricter about.

Evidence that you filed a non-receipt of goods report with the FBI and proof that you received the goods.

Richard, I completely agree. I actually did take the time to read up last night, and most of the time he is confronted about a problem he follows the same pattern of misleading, lacking evidence, and ranting all while avoiding answering questions directly asked.

If you have a bad experience with somebody, post it and let it be done, don't keep on and on and on about it, that gets tiring. If that was the case, I would also get rude also. It's a thing called temper and annoyance. All & all, what i'm trying to say is, yes somebody had a bad experience with Dan, ok, so post it and let it be dropped. This thread is 16 pages, which is 15 pages too long

Have you seen how many of these posts are from your buddy? There are almost 70 posts just from him.... the majority of the posts are from Dan.... talk to him about how long this thread is.

I advertised the animals in my possession.

I received a couple dozen from the importer and shipped many to zoos, private keepers, and educational institutions across the country.

By the time Mr. Liar Garcia contacted, they were all sold. He pried and learned the importer was near him in Texas, and asked for special consideration to save on shipping and stress on his snakes and made a special request to allow the importer to send him snakes.

That was a mistake I made and of course would of preferred they were shipped to me first for exam and settlement.

His roommate received the snakes and I was contacted that one arrived with blisters. I asked they all be returned the following day and Mr. Liar Garcia and his roommate dodged the attempts at returning them and dodged my several requests to refund his money. I called his roommate and no one ever answered the phone. I emailed Mr. Liar Garcia several times and he dodged to send them back. He kept my snakes, filed a bogus non-receipt report with the FBI, got a full refund, and still has the snakes for all I know. He is a liar and a thief.

Yep, it was indeed a mistake to allow that to happen and it won't happen again. I will not allow undue pressure from any customer to attempt to save shipping funds by obtaining them from an importer. Lesson learned.

Oh and Dan? Let me clarify something... If Juan filed a "bogus" FBI claim.. then why did you willingly give him a refund? You say he scammed you out of your money, but how exactly is it scamming when Juan didn't receive the animals that were advertised to him, did receive them, and then ask for a refund/replacements?

You make it seem like Juan had no reason to send back the misrepresented animals, like he was using them as leverage against you. If I recall correctly, Juan was fearful of the animals being shipped again in their unhealthy condition. This would then lead to possible DOA, and then you claiming to have received dead animals and then refused a refund/replacements anyway. Seems like a valid reason to me.
