I did not skip over the FEDEX shipment to his home nor the so called "bogus" ( a word that you are greatly overusing in this thread) FBI report. The fedex arrival does not mean he recieved the goods agreed upon. The fact that he did not recieve the agreed upon goods (does it disgust anyone else that we are refering to live animals as goods) gives him ample reason to file a complaint for non-recieval of goods.
He kept the 3 good snakes and refused to send them back and extorted with a bogus report he sent to the FBI.
In refusal to send the snakes back, he was acting in the best interest of the animals. The fact that, in knowing they were very sick, you insisted on the snakes being sent back astonishes me... and not in a good way! That is a terrible thing to do!
...not to mention that given the condition of the animal and the their rapid deterioration the remaining animals would not have survive another transit especially back to back.

I understand you may have told him later on that the animals were out of stock and so on and so forth, but if you were to properly run your business you would not have agreed to the terms that you say were "demanded."

How do you know they are watching him? Do you really have FBI in your back pocket? If so, and if they are doing such things on yourt behalf, that may entitle an IA investigation. This, in turn, would come back on you for soliciting unlawful assistance from a government agent...

You can advertise your stock at any time, so long as you actually have THE STOCK YOU ARE ADVERTISING. Otherwise it is fruad. Didn't you, yourself, say that you didn't have those specific animals in stock when you placed that ad?

This is quite sad that someone would be willing to make a purchase from a person that has been repeatedly shown to be a lier, not to mention that they would want to do business with someone that has an appearently low level of maturity.
