    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Or where they overnighted, which I SINCERELY hope was the case.

I don't care how small a chameleon is, or how big...noone ought to send one "priority" to be in the mail for 3 days.

Please tell me that wasn't the case...
 
I received some that small just last week. They are doing well in a cage set up. Eating 2 - 3 week old crickets. While I consider them too small to sell to the general public they are established and eating well.

Personally, I would only recommend getting 2 - 6 month old chams if you are new to chams in general and inexperienced with babies specifically. Sometimes saving a $1 going the cheap route can be rather expensive.

looks like the picture of the quarter was taken at an angle and thats why it looks funny. and the five dots. she (or who ever did the pic)dragged the mouse in the paint document. ( i might be wrong though)

When I post pics I don't go to paint, so I didn't know about the mouse thing.To tell the truth I really don't know much about computers, I just plug in my camera and put the pic in an album online.

I agree with you, i dont use paint but once a year or so...

But I do know that a lot of people (beginers) will use paint to edit/refile pics in paint. some forums wont let you post a .bmp file so paint is one way to switch it to a jpeg or another file type.

Ive never posted pics on here, so im not sure if thats the case. or why they used paint but thats no big deal from what i can tell.

duane and chris say heating pad to make it soundlike I did something wrong, I used an INCUBATOR used for hatching reptile eggs because babies were to weak and couldn't keep their grasp on the ficus tree to climb up to the light and for warmth. duane and others have said I was afraid of drowning them absurd , MY husband,kids and I have other veileds, snakes ,mice, rats,2 parrots, Orange winged amazons, that I raised from babies Rainbow is 22 and shyla is 7 , and a persian (Pearl ) My adult male drinks from a shot glass I keep in the wheat grass container I grow for my babies to eat, at home, all the rest get warm water mistings ,where they roam free in our enclosed greenhouse at the school, and the kids can,see them thru the glass from 2 of the classrooms. Please remember if other say I said things it doesn't make it so.I am slowly going to post more pics on my breaks but it will take time as the school computer is heavily used LETS ALL JUST WORK TOGETHER FOR THE BENEFITS OF RETILES THAT WE ALL LOVE SO MUCH.
 
This story has changed SO many times that it's become somewhat comical.

We also have two different, I think, people posting under the same name. That really makes following this little saga difficult as neither of them seems to consult the other before changing the story.

Any votes for moving this one to Hell?

I thought maybe I was the only one that noticed how their story has evolved, and that both of them were using the same identity.
Ok so now its an incubator, not a heating pad, ok so how high did you crank it up temp wise?
Then there's the vet, they seem to have vanished. Afraid to water them, to watered right away.
I like the distorted quarter did you use a fish eye lens?
There's still the issue where at first they were too small and weak that they were watching them die, then later they said Duane sent 2 dead ones.
I don't think they are new borns judging from the photo, not 2 month olds either, but then again the auction didn't refer to them as 2 month olds.

Thats a nice shot of a oblong, stretched quarter. I don't know if thats my chameleon or not (I certainly hope not). I never cooked one on a heat pad to see how Small it Dehydrates too! And I Never Send Out A Chameleon Until They Are One Month Old. I'm Kind Of Mad At This Site For Continuing To Let These Two Smear My Name. I Proved My Side (Which Was The Truth) And They Have Done Nothing but make slandering Acusations. Nobody Could Tell Me I Treated Them Any Different From Anyone Else. They Were Cheap Coniving Weasles And I Should Of Deleted Them From My List. But They Put A Bid In And I Honored It. I'm Just Glad I Didn't Have Any FREE Cripples They Wanted Or Imajine The Pictures They Would Have Had To Black Mail Me with Then. (Or Did Someone Else Send Them Cripples And That's The Picture) Has Anyone Ever Done Business Before With These Two. BEWARE

Veileds Need A Basking Area Of 90-95 Degress. And No Night Light. Just So Everyone Knows She's Still Not Caring For Them Right And I Guess That's My Fault Too. She Got a 2 Page Care Sheet, But It's Obvious She Can't Read, Couldn't Read The Ad Either Or Any Of The Reponses Everyone Has Ask For. NO PROOF.
The ONLY thing She Was Right About Was ONE Typo in the Add. It said 3/8 Crickets. Anyone Who Knows About Chameleons Would Know That I Ment 3/16. Vivki & Chuckie Need To Take Account For The Murdering Of Those Animals And Stop Blaming Me. And The Moderators At This Site Should Stop Them For Doing Such. Your Story has no Merit.
This is a Hobby for me. I've Been at this for almost 8 years now
and have a very well deserved reputation. But Sooner Or Later You Run Into Jerks like these two. LEARN TO READ OR YOU"LL NEVER BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING RIGHT. Stop Blaming others for your mistakes. Your story stinks as bad as your personalities. If You Worked as hard on trying to accomplish something as you do being sneaks and freeloaders maybe some day you'll have something.

duane choose to mail this 3/4 inch baby

this baby is only 3/4" and couldn' be more than a couple days oldand may have never eaten before Duane shipped it to me causing it to die and trying to pawn it off on me as a viable and healthy chameleon. He didn't even mail it next day. Anybody that really cared about the baby, including all of Duane's friends that keep writing in here to try to make him the good guy, would never have sent a newborn under these conditions. Duane just wanted to not lose the sale and give usp the money. DUANE MADE A MISTAKE, DUANE IS A GROWN MAN, LET HIM BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS MISTAKE. HE IS SUPPOSSED TO BE THIS GREAT PROFFESIONAL HERP BREEDER AND BUSINESS MAN. THE PICTURE SAYS IT ALL!!!!! HE SHIPPED NEWBORNS TO ME!!!!! WHICH WAS WRONG ON HIS PART AND THEN WHEN I COMPLAINED HE TRIED TO COVER IT UP. THEN WHEN I CAME HERE TO COMPLAIN ALL OF HIS BUDDIES JUMPPED ON ME LIKE I DID SOMETHING WRONG. (THINK OF THIS FOR TWO MINUTES) A BREEDER YOU DON'T KNOW, AND IT WAS YOU WHO PAID FOR VIABLE ANIMALS, AND THAT BREEDER SHIPPED YOU BABIES THAT DIDN'T HAVE A CHANCE OF LIVING, WOULDN'T YOU BE UPSET AND COMPLAIN? Alot of you are friends of Duane's but you have to think of this out side of friendship. This is animal cruelty and he needs to be held accountable even if he is you friend unless you condone animal cruelty. Are ther other people out here that he has done this to that perhaps don't know to come to this site or his friends hassle them to the point that they say why bother? If a person is not allowed to complain without being attacked, a few unscrupulous breeders would continue to do bad things.

John you need to read again from the begining very slowly . When the post is not written from DELPH it is not my story. When the story is wriiten by DELPH, chuck or Vicki, husband and wife who use same computer and password, then it is my story. YOUR FRIEND, made a bad decision and then made it worse by delaying the shipping a day and not overnighting the babies. the babies were to tiny to be without food and water for 3 days.

could you please clear one thing up. Did or didn't you overnight these babies.

Were they sent "priority" or expressed overnight.

I sure hope they were overnighted, because I don't care whether a buyer would want to pay for express or not, I would NEVER EVER send a chameleon (or any reptile) priority, ESP. tiny babies.

So please, someone clear up this point...

Here are the USPS Express Mail Tracking numbers. Go to USPS.com to track the shipping of these chameleons. They were sent to 2 different addresses, The same Day. 8 cham. went to Vickie Tracking # ED283995250US. 2 cham. went to Randall Tracking # ED283995232US.
Vicki A Note For You. The People Who Reply Are Past Customers Of Mine. I Do Consider Them Friends, Because They Were Happy Customers. But Other Than Sending Them Chameleons, I Have No Contact With Them. But Anyone Who Buys Chameleons From Me Is Welcome At Anytime To Call For Advice. And I Am Happy To Help Them In Any Way I Can. Another Thing, This Is NOT My Business. This Is A Hobby That I Enjoy. And 98% of The Time I Have Happy And Repeat Customers Enjoying It With Me.

Nothing personal but the guy has 39 positive transactions with each customer appearing quite satisfied with what they purchased.

You on the other hand, with no proof whatsoever, no feedback whatsoever, have posted with so much emotion and conviction that my monitor is like moist with tears.

I'm an animal lover who lost a few in my time. I have been heart broken, teary eyed and sullen. But to cry my eyes out while my spouse video tapes it? To ball my eyes out so hard I cant catch my breathe? For petes sake, lets get a grip here.

And please tell me why you cant leave feedback on an auction that you won? I would like to know how he is capable of blocking your feedback.

When tracking those numbers, it shows that the chams to Vicki took almost an entire 2 days to arrive from shipping, while the chams to Randall took 3 days!!!!

Even if they were healthy 2 month old chams, being in transit that long it totally unacceptable!!! It is not even acceptable for a wellestablished healthy adult.

What went wrong there????

I know USPS doesn't always guarantee their express service to be overnight...but 2 to 3 days?

If that is the case who in their right mind would use USPS to overnight fragile tiny reptiles? How could they have been in transit that long?

With UPS and FEDEX the worst case scenerio is usually 17 hours in transit, if you drop of late and delivery is by 10 am.

48 and 72 hours is completely unacceptable.

I have to agree. But did they ever ask the seller for other shipping options like Fedex or UPS? I have walked away from deals if the seller would not meet my shipping requirements. I think these guys need to assume a little responsibilty as well for accepting USPS as the shipper.

The fact is they claim to love all thier babies and followed with care right to the letter. So how is it with all this knowledge and love they dont know that USPS cant deliver a letter on time let alone live animals.

I dont know.....I shake my head at this one. I still get the feeling from what they posted that I would cross the street if I saw them coming. Just my personal opinion.
 
DUANE JUST COME OUT AND SAY YOU WERE TO CHEAP TO SHIP OVERNIGHT

and you also delayed a day to ship them and promised me they would last an extra day though, you, "said safe packed and ready to go". You said you went to some game and didn't make it in time to get them mailed.
 
Oh, I def. still think something about the buyers story stinks to high heaven!!!

But the responsibility about the shipping is ALWAYS the sellers, HE/SHE has the ultimate say about how something is shipped and they have the right to decline if the buyer wants to save money and have something shipped cheaply.

All around sad.
