    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I had a good experience from a guy I bought roaches off of Ebay. Not one was dead, all very healthy and overcount. Sorry about your bad experience. :(

To me it always comes down to how a seller conducts himself in these situations. Simply from his posts here in his BOI thread I would be hard press to ever buy from him.

He never requested pictures in the first place, he sent the replacement package and now that there are more issues arising he is backing away from fixing this issue.

The tracking states the 2nd package has not be delivered, therefor it is in no way Jonathan's responsibility at this point. Resolution still needs to be made by the seller, losing his 2nd package to a carrier is his own problem.

Well that's good...hope to get a reply here from Jonathan confirming the refund.

Since it was supposed to be delivered on the 22nd, and today is the 24th, will the roaches really survive being delayed that long?

If this had been post #2, it would have resulted in advertising that would be hard to buy, telling the world that this seller takes charge and makes happy customers.
While it is good that it was done late rather than not at all, the intervening posts completely diminished the power of a decisive early action.

It would also be nice for you to apologize to Amanda for accusing me of posting as her thereby dragging her into this when she was only sharing her opinion. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe it's too much to ask.

Correction, I checked my email and did get an email from PayPal stating that a refund has been issued.

Also, I didn't see Amanda's last post until after, but for real?? Robert really gave you negative karma because you agreed with me? That's total horse:censored:

No that is not always the case. I have shipped packages that have been lost and it showed the same messages. They showed up a few days later.

That is why I said I wouldn't guarantee this being the cause but it was possible. It personally happened to me last year. I'm sure there are multiple causes for that message.
 
:iagree: and I find it upsetting that you assumed it was DubiDeli who gave it to you without any proof yet you don't have any problem "Raking him over the coals" for his earlier assumption about you.

Alright now...the issue at hand has been resolved. Thank you to all who posted and helped us to reach a reasonable resolution.

I am a breeder, seller, and buyer and my opinion (from experience) on this situation is that the seller was completely fair. Unfortunately, you simply cannot make every customer happy. I don't think either party is wrong andthis does not in anyway change my opinion of dubideli, even though I have never purchased from him (I think).
