In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy DubiDeli - Live Arrival Guarantee??

Sorry to say, $20 is not pocket change for some of us--for those who are living on tight incomes, it's half a week's groceries, half a tank of gas for the car, and so on.

Also, not saying this is the case here, but sometimes if there is a small problem and it's let go (often in the interest of not wanting to make waves), then the original problem either escalates over time (and we've seen this happen on BOI threads), or another larger offense is committed because an earlier smaller offense was let slide (and we've also seen this happen on BOI threads).

Ok everybody makes mistakes....I'm positive everyone on this forum has made mistakes and are not perfect

Yes, everyone is aware of that. What matters to most people is how a business reacts after they have made a mistake. No matter is it's a $5 mistake or a $5000 mistake. Capiche?

Lucille and Deb I respect your opinion's and realize you have been helping people in the BOI for a long time. But you have to admit that this feels like a BOI witch hunt. He honored his live arrival guarantee did he not? I see this so often in the BOI, people jump to conclusions, and before you know if you have 10-15 people going back and forth making a big deal out of nothing. NOT A LOT of time transpired, I know for a fact both of have seen some serious "Bad guy's" who drag people over the coals for weeks, months, YEARS! How much time elapsed like 2-3days? I'm sorry but GOOD customer service IMO.. If I didn't have my own colony I would have NO PROBLEM ordering from dubiadeli.

Lucille,
Is that fair? I stated people are human, and you stated that BOI people including yourself are getting sick of that excuse... Each person accused on the BOI should have a clean slate until proven other wise. Just because you have seen the dance 1,000 times does NOT mean that conclusions need to be made on this individual based on the actions of other individuals good or bad. I will stand with my statement that people are human's because it's true, If you were new to the forum's, starting a new business doing pretty well, recently contributed 100$ of your hard earned money to that said website (as dubiadeli has) you would at very least want the benefit of the doubt would you not? I know you would

Well I'm sorry....$20 bucks is what it costs for 1 out of my 3-4 meals a day not including snacks....get some financial aid and go back to college then....

That isn't a very nice thing to say. By the way, judging by your lack of proper sentence structure and punctuation it might be you that should consider going back to college. In any event it looks as if this issue has been resolved. Like it was stated in a prior post, everyone makes mistakes. To be successful in this business one must learn from their mistakes and continue to grow, which I hope that DubiDeli does.

Nice now can we all get along!

Lucille,

I need to apologize for that one for sure. Could you please show me where I said I was sick of people being human? That is so far from how I think and what I usually say.

I think this thread is more than warranted. Its not so much how much money, but more about how the business is run. Personally, the seller it now on my do not buy list because of the way he responded to both the DOA and this thread.

$20 x 3 x 7 = $420
$20 x 4 x 7 = $560

There is plenty of work out there still that's well above minimum wage....I haven't graduated hs yet but I still make well over $500 a week doing construction

I might be more inclined to listen to you once you are actually paying your own way. $20 does seem like a lot of money when mommy and daddy are still paying for everything.

Thank you Kelli. Could not have said it better.

Alex, FYI, sometimes "life" has a way of throwing curve balls when you least expect it--be it job loss, divorce, severe illness, death of a partner/child/parents. When I was 18 I never expected $20 to be a big deal for me at almost 45, but it is at this point and time. I'm glad that you are more financially secure, and hope that you do not have to face the types of financial issues/decisions I am facing at this time. With luck DubiDeli has also gotten through their rough patch, we have all learned something from this, and we can all move forward.

That excuse for the kinds of behaviors displayed in this thread by the seller (or buyers in other threads) on a BUSINESS transaction...is getting tired, and does not apply when the seller consistently tries to blame the buyer for the situation AND the buyer has TRIED to provide proof of his claims on his end.:shrug01:

What you negatively refer to as "Being a BOI police officer," most of us see as trying to be neutral, asking questions, and then posting our opinions/deductions based on the information that we receive. Some of us are remarkably efficient in the process. Give it time, if the BOI was only filled with comments of friends of those who come before this "court" of their peers, then the system would ultimately fail.

So far, the system in place seems to be working...;)

Lucille,
That was deborah that said that. And for that I apologize for labeling you in the incorrect light.
