    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

You can ban me again if you want... but i can no longer sit back without the chance to explain myself. No doubt you will laugh at my post. But im sincere when I post this.

These are the facts. I am not a bad guy. I suffered from a drug addiction for a few years after I got out of the military due to depression and a bad divorce. I have since gotten help and kicked the habit. I lost literally everything as well as my child and freedom due to bad choices involving reptiles, giving up on life and drugs.
Recently I used fake names...this was due to wanting to build up my reputation in a positive light again and the fear of you guys banning me before i was able to do so... I understand the extreme distrust and anger from many of you. And to be honest, its justified and you have that right. I cant fault you one bit. I wouldnt trust me either. But as a man that wants to move on from the past and be a contributing part of the herp community again as I once was, I just want a chance to bounce back from the total piece of trash I was.

Reptiles are literally my only passion these days. Im not here to rip anyone off. No matter how hard that is to believe its the facts. I sold a man on here some retics the other day on here and was unable to deliver due to the holiday. So i refunded him the money.

Feel free to ask me anything you want. But i am here to make amends and move forward. I did not make this thread to argue or for accusations. I made it to talk. Thats it.
 
So, refresh my memory, please. Why were you banned from here in the first place?
 
I was never able to give my reasoning behind that. As you can see I used a different name...which was wrong. But I used that ad to attempt to gather information from other monitor keepers on the whereabouts of some monitors that were stolen. It was a total mess. There was no intent to sell anything that i did not own. I made that ad for 1 reason and 1 reason only. And that is it.
 
I am giving you the opportunity to help prove yourself. It starts with explaining why you were banned from this site. And if apologies are due, you need to make them. I'm sure one of the mods will dig up that info, but I'm giving you an opportunity to fess up first and put a foot on the road to possibly becoming a trusted "good guy". I don't remember what member name you used when you were initially banned, otherwise I could look it up myself. But honestly, I think that is YOUR job at this point, anyway.

I've allowed a fair share of "permanently" banned people to eventually come back here, but your case will need to be reviewed before that will happen and you can start growing an improved reputation to the people who frequent this site. And the mods will need to agree with such a decision. Any one of them can veto your wishes to remain an active member.

This site has a lot more to lose by allowing you to remain and it proves to be a mistake, then to just keep on banning every new incarnation you can come up with and be done with you. So the ball is in your court.
 
Okay. Fair enough. I did not follow through with my end of deals. I paid some people back, but eventually I found myself in court with lawsuits getting sued anyways.
I do apologize to those individuals that were wronged.

Yeah, because lying, scamming and stealing from innocents really takes a toll year after year. Poor thing.

I'm sure all those people you stole from these past years will take solace in your new "born-again" persona.

That said, grow up and do what is right. Honor wins in the end, not your :censored: scams, multiple personalities and thievery.

I knew the minute that I saw your ad for lace monitors yesterday that it was a scam. I contacted you because I wanted to prove it. I have no doubt that you were prepared to take my money if I had been gullible enough. And, I have texts to prove it. You sent me pictures of monitors that obviously weren't yours and even after you were called out you kept sending me texts trying to convince me otherwise.

You claim that you're trying to recover stolen lace monitors for you and Berle. If those hatchlings are real they're the result of a breeding loan. But, according to Berle, the breeding loan wasn't successful and there are no hatchlings. So, what was stolen? According to Berle, he had nothing to steal? Did monitors that he stole get stolen? If so, karma sucks.

Post pictures of your lacies. Post pictures of your stolen hatchlings. Post a police report. Post some proof that you ever owned breeding lace monitors. I think Berle convinced you to do his dirty work.

Here you are, less than 24 hours after trying to pull a scam, claiming to be a better person.
 
You think its self pity Laura? You are wrong. You dont know how it is to fight a severe drug addiction and then win. And realize afterwards just how big of a pos you actually were. Think what you want Laura. But until youve been to the very very bottom please dont criticize me when it comes to that.
 
@3240... do you get gratification from talking like that to me? What do you wish to accomplish? Because to be quite frank, there is nothing to accomplish.
 
Nope, I'm not saying it's self pity at all, Dustin. You are the one that comes off that way. You are the one making excuses.

Uh, just as you claim that I don't know about drug addiction, perhaps you might consider I actually do understand and I won a long, long time ago. I know the bottom. I know the middle. I know the top. Maybe because I do know is why I am skeptical of your sudden "awakening" and admission.

An addict doesn't go from a scam one day to "born-again" the next. Yeah, I do know.

If you really mean well, then like I said, do the right thing. Again, honor wins in the end. Good luck.
 
Yes Laura I do mean well. And it was a long road to recovery. And i am doing the right thing by beng a productive member of the community and proving myself as such.

So, what are you actually DOING to make things whole to those people you say you treated wrongly? Where's the beef on this plate you are offering?

And you still haven't told me why you got banned from here...... People only get banned for violating the site's rules. Being accused of being a "bad guy" is really nothing more than hearsay, no matter how much actual evidence is provided, when you come right down to it, so we don't make judgement calls based on that sort of offered criteria. Violating site rules is a lot more black and white, so we limit administrative actions to being based solely on that criteria. People will make up their own minds about who to do, or not do, business with based on the evidence they read, not by us banning someone, and thereby making a public display of a judgement call about whether WE feel that they should or not. So you were not banned because of your business transactions with others.

So anyway, the question still stands about WHY you were banned here. As such, I'm beginning to feel that perhaps you are just stalling while you have other pots cooking on the stove. If this isn't resolved REAL soon, I'm going to have to put you into limbo until it is. I hate to sound suspicious of you, but heck, why shouldn't I be? Every time you created a false account here on this site you were blatantly LYING. Did you get cured of that particular illness over night?

You tried taking me for $5500 yesterday. Should I post the text string? I'm sure you're pissed at me because once again, you were busted. As of yesterday, you were a scam artist. Glad you're all better now.
