Why would I "persecute" you for that? If you know so much about me, then why don't you know what synagogue I am a member of? My dues are charged monthly on a credit card. You should be able to find that info so easily.

My issues with you are related to the fact that you are a lunatic. Your own felonious past only came to light when you pointed out that someone here had once been charged with a felony, a charge which evidently was dropped. That, and the fact that you posted someone's personal information for all to see on the web, information which could have been used for identity theft, and continue to threaten people with just that. If you think that threatening in public that you have SS#'s makes you a man, have at it. I think it will land you back in prison should anything come of it. Given your criminal record I have no doubt they would "throw the book" at you.

This is taking far too much of my time and it is a waste. I think what it comes down to is a bunch of people that don't like that I hold the vaunted "BOI" in such little regard.

It is exactly because of people like you (slamming me and have nothing to with anything that went on) that I think the whole BOI is a joke. It is a joke. You are a joke. NO ONE takes you seriously.

My "karma" level is red next to my name yet no one here has ever complained about an animal they received from me. Actually the opposite is true. Anyone on here who has actually interacted with me is pretty happy. What a joke this is.

I've gotten tons of rude emails, and I never came crying up here. I just moved on to another seller. Every person on here has gotten rude emails, and problay sent some, or POSTED some. None of them have come running to the BOI and posted a thread.
Look at the start of this thing, where people told the original thread starter that he should not have sent a low-ball offer, and he should just move on. How does that translate to bash someone for sending a rude email? I don't understand it at all.
People mystify me.

I can't disagree with you, but it came here nevertheless. I might have simply fired off a response and blocked his email if I had been the OP.

If Peter would have ignored this thread (since he allegedly doesn't care), it would have gone away rather quickly. If he would have simply answered that it was a bad day and he regrets the harsh words but not their message, then it might have gone away. Instead, he came here and was arrogant and actually defended his words. The thread then took on a life of its own and spiraled out of control. That happens. Peter could easily have stopped it at any point by not responding any longer.

He honestly responded that he didn't care what the OP thought of his response since he didn't want him as a customer for low-balling an offer to him. That's his right. I came back to read the thread because I couldn't see how something so simple could have gone to 8 PAGES long. I honestly thought I'd find it had gone off-topic into jokes like some others have.
Its ridiculous, and I'll leave the thread to the whiney ones, and the people who can't resist throwing insults at people they've had no dealings with at all.

Your first statement is correct to a point. I did "almost" try to defend you. You missed on the reason though. It was based on our previous interaction and an attempt to give you the benefit of the doubt that you might have been having a particularly bad day. Upon some additional thought, I realized the level of disrespect you showed in that email could not and should not be so easily excused no matter what my personal opinion (it was very good by the way) was of you. If you choose to label that cowardice, I find it puzzling but feel free. I would label it honesty.

As to our deal,I have maintained in every post that it was handled perfectly. Your recounting is more or less accurate. However, you have made it sound like I was reluctant to replace the female. You failed to mention a phone conversation we had the day they arrived in which I stated that she would be sent to you regardless of whether I could track down the female. You stated that I attempted to locate the female for a week. It was actually four days. The reason for attempting that was to correct both your order and the other gentlemans at my expense. You failed to state that the "proof" that I supposedly required was your stating to me that both animals shipping containers were marked with a blue dot. You decided to send pics of the containers but I never requested it. Your word was good enough for me. You have also made it sound like like I was angling to get the male back. I actually insisted you keep it as compensation for the mix up and you refused.

As I said, you handled our deal well. I have never done anything but defend your honesty. This thread is not about that. In all honesty, if you had simply stated your position as you did in your first post and then actually acted like you did not care about the opinions of your peers, as you maintained, and refrained from responding to each and every additional post this thread would have died by the third page. The problem is, you do care. You would not have put in the time you did on this thread if you did not.

You seem determined to make this issue personal Peter. It's a shame that you do not realize it isn't personal. At least it's not on my part. I am simply saddened to see someone who I considered an asset to this industry drop go to such lengths to not only demonstrate that he is an arrogant condescending and rude jackass, but to actually revel and brag about it.

So I apoligize for calling everyone I referred to "whiney ones". I was actually meaning to say the people who came on here to whine that someone sent them a meany email.
And since HOW many other people with no business dealings came on her to bash, I guess I can come on to give my opinion too.
I got a red mark in my record for stating my own opinion, so I guess everyone who had no business dealings with either the OP or the defending guy ALL must have red marks in THIER record too now.
I do my best to "practice what I preach" but I'll also state an opinion when it seems overwhelming to one side, if I don't agree with it. If I see a fight on the street with ten guys kicking one guy, I'll go dive into that too. I'll probaly end up with a black eye myself(like this) but I won't regret not assisting someone that in my opinion didn't deserve the gang beating.

I try very hard to go over my posts before I post them, to be sure of what I'm saying, but sometimes I read them differently than others do.
AND I always try to apoligize when I find myself in the wrong. I try to be painfully honest with everyone else AND myself. And I try to not go with personal attacks, nor drag personal grievances into any dealings on the board too.
Anyone at any time is welcome to point out if I make a factual mistake. I read the entire thread before I post, but I can miss stuff just like everyone else.

Theresa, the red mark is not a warning. Someone gave you bad karma for your post, however it was not me. Warnings are different, you have none at this time. Karma can be left by anyone. Warnings can only be given by moderators, super moderators or the admin.

So, the red mark you speak of is nothing more than someone not liking your opinion.
