Your right Kevin, our business was done over the phone and in person.

He knows what he promised me when they started dropping, he is not a man of his word.

He was notified days after I noticed the problems, the 4,5 and six months after the sale he claims is pure crap!

If it was done over the phone and in person... then how is it he has emails and PM's to back up his side of things?

Even if it was days after (which I doubt) the animals where wholesale.Gauranteed live arrival only....you never did answer , how many FREE animals you got from Tom.

Ed.... didn't you hand pick these animals from his place? I think I read that somewhere.... if so.... then even the live arrival goes out the window. Cause you picked the ones you wanted then drove them home. Its not like there was going to be a shipping error that would potentially cause problems to their health or the animals were not as advertised. You picked them.

Kevin he has a couple emails I sent him late in the year and I believe 1 in january, all our deals were done on the phone or in person starting in april going into the fall.

No I was not offered the luxury of hand picking anything. normally I would get a call that he was going to Rob Dachiu's house on a friday and if I wanted anything to be there friday nite. when I got there he would offer a box with maybe 6 hypo translucents or 10 translucents, 6 italian leatherbacks...I never looked into the boxes because I trusted him.

We had done past business and never a problem till those hypo translucents they were weak from the get go. of course all that stuff from him was in quarantine till I was sure it was healthy and feeding. the hypo translucents would just sit there droopy eyed with their heads hanging low and never looked at the crickets or veggies put in with them.

Keep in mind we did alot of business and most of the stuff I received from tom was ok, small and thin but that can be remedied with some heat and feeding.

What got to me was him always saying that he would replace those sick dragons and never did. that's when I started sending emails to see what he was going to do. this problem started in june not dec and jan when I sent the emails as most of you are thinking.

Ed, so what's your excuse? Since I have been reading this it seems you are the one who is acting like a child. He came on stated his story plus provided some proof to its validity. You have done nothing but insult him and start a bad thread about him out of spite(very classy by the way). I just want to know if you notified him over the summer and nothing was resolved why did you pay him in November the rest of the money you owed him?? Please don't tell us you did it because "you are a man of your word." Doesn't seem like your style..

Your saying that he would go to Dachiu's place and pick up weak, droopy eyed beardies and bring them back to you. Not likely. I will admit that Im not big in the beardie world, but I have a good friend that is. He makes his living from his beardies and that is how I have heard of Dachiu. He has some of his animals in his breeding facility. I cant see Rob letting weak, droopy eyed beardies out of his shop.

Wow lol..This could be alittle off topic,but maybe not..I felt compelled to throw this out there..I seen an add of Ed's on another site..He claims you must pay a 20% restocking fee for anything thats paid for,but canceled the order before shipping??He also claims there is no fee for boxes and heat/cold packs.So at that point he isnt into the sale for anything.Why dont you put that info on your adds on here Ed??I take it you just want people to see the dragon,call you,paypal you,and hope they dont get in depth with any questions?So if I give you $200 for a dragon and cancel,I can only get $160 back?And all you do is put the dragon back in its tank and call the people who were interrested in it before and maybe sell it that same day?Now we know where Nicole got that idea from..You claim Tom is in it just for the money,yet you and Nicole are probably the only ones in this industry that charge a restocking fee??Wow Ed,your case never looks good,but at this point its non existent..

Thats spot on dude.I am glad that was still up..I wish I was more computer savey lol..Again,it goes to show Ed thinks bearded dragons are his turf,and he is the best one out there..This goes to show he is not..Awful businness ethics,low moral standards,and an ever growing bad rep are things that are never gonna change with Ed..Some people just dont get it..Ed is one of them..I dont know why you put yourself on such a high pedastol Ed,like people should be glad to be in your presence..Why cant you and Nicole do the right thing?You should really be ashamed..As I know this will haunt you at your next reptile show...

Four different quotes by you saying something different everytime...

You admit to being at my place for animals. i guess you never looked at the ones i was selling you, just the one in there cages, right?

You say i go to robs and pick them up on a friday night. but your one quote says "if i wanted something i was told to meet him friday night." then the other one says "i was told to meet Tom at the harve de grace show".
Which is it? have we done sooo much business you cant remember where we did what? not bad for sick weak dragons.

The only e-mails i have is you saying you will pay me soon, and you want more animals. So doing business with others Ed, you havent learned to send e-mails when you have problems? or at least sooner than 4-6 months? The phone and " in person" b.s aint gonna cut it here for proof on the b.o.i. you know that.

Your p.o.'d i called your fiance Nicole out for what she is ( a photo shopping scammer) on her bad guy b.o.i. threads, and you dont like it. Anyone that speaks up against you or Nicole you personally attack. I spoke up and your attacking. Unfortunately you shooting blanks..

I posted because after i told you in january i wasn't replacing nothing. and i never promised anything. Then you contacted me again about the same matter. if you didnt like your answer the first time ( in January) you should of posted me then. Since you been waiting so long for your replacements. So i posted you for selling these "sick dragons" of mine. Because you have to be "sick" to sell a "sick animal". and the fact was you were trying to scam me outta my stock and i aint having it. so thats why were here.

These are all the e-mails from oct to nov when he finally paid me!!!

See where it says "payment" or "????" i also have some e-mails that have $$$$$$$ for the title all of these e-mails have something to do with more animals and how he will pay me. but not 1 (one) e-mail says anything about dead animals that were weak and never thrived right.

Think i made that screen up? ok then, ask which e-mail on which date you would you like me to open???
