To me the money has become moot at this point. I am quite sure Mr. Clark does owe the money in question.
So what is left to worry about?

To start with we either have to believe that Mr. Belcher was lying to start this thread to begin with or Mr. Martino was lying when he stated that he was not Mr. Belcher’s partner.
In this instance I could believe that Mr. Martino is not a partner of Mr. Belcher but that would make Mr. Martino’s business ethics some of the worst I have ever encountered.
How many of you discuss the debts owed you by one customer with another customer?

If indeed there is no partnership between the two the Mr. Martino would have had to be casually exchanging customer information with Mr. Belcher for him to make an offer to collect as Mr. Martino claims.

Mr. Martino also made the claim that he does sell to, but not buy from, Mr. Belcher. Sadly this claim does not resolve the returned, possibly infected, animals he sold to Mr. Belcher that Mr. Clark turned down when Mr. Belcher sent them back to Mr. Martino.
Of course I am quite sure Mr. Martino has passed off these animals on some other unsuspecting person or people by now.

So who has clean hands in all this mess?

please read all the threads before making this more of a mess,
i did explain that i had animals tagged for allen, to be sold to him...
check previous posts, and ps. if you hire someone to collect moneys owed to you , you have to disclose information, its unfortunate this is the only way to out him.... i really am trying to keep my businees information concealed but the people here are begging for more info, which i cant give...i keep my clients concealed till they have violated our terms.. which this is where we are at..and on the flip side, its not like i wouldnt buy from allen, i dont need too????? i produce every thing i need....

I have never bought anything from Allen Belcher, zip, zero, nothing at all.

I posted this on the 3rd on big daddys thread, within 10 minutes he calls me asking why. hes pissed because of the post then starts making threats saying hes a bail bonds agent that him and his boys will come to see me.

I have bought bp's from John Martino/RMJ Reptiles and I like John alot.

One day John told me he had alot of BP morphs coming back from Allen Belcher/ big daddy wholesale do I want any of them. I declined the offer.

That was the last day I seen John, me knowing he was in partners with Allen Belcher and they were sending ball pythons back and forth to each other. I could not buy those bp's to resell with a clear conscious.

So there it is, Allen Belcher/big daddy wholesale and John Martino/RMJ Reptiles are not so silent partners now.

Everything I said in the above post is true. Allen and John have been in bed together for years humping like hogs in heat.

John recieved a box of BP morphs back from Allen. I know what was shipped to Allen as I dropped the shipment off at the Fedex station near my place.

well if you go back to original post of mine, i said eddie picked up 3 seperate times from me that year, he had said the last time he was there or something that i said they were from allen? but he must of misunderstood what i said? i was probably shipping to allen and the animals that he was looking at were tagged for allen belcher? this is the only think i can think of.

There is alot of bad information posted in this thread.

One thing you can be certain of is the relationship between Allen and John, certainly a partnership of selling/trading to each other and partnering on breeding projects.

Yes I have traded/sold snakes to John Martino, never bought traded or ever recieved anything from Allen(thank god).

That does not say that no one returns snakes they took on credit but could not sell.

Here's what confuses me about this whole mess....WHY on earth would you "pay" Allen to "collect a debt" from Ed? Is Allen going to physically show up at Ed's house to get the money? All he's done to earn his "cut" of what Ed owes you is start a thread here saying Ed owes you a rather large debt. Why on earth couldn't you just do that yourself, instead of bringing in a known shady personality and playing fast-n-loose with the truth?

A fresh BOI thread almost always gets Ed to crawl out from under his rock....having Allen make that thread didn't help your case in the least. Why wouldn't you just do it yourself???

People come on here and chime in on someone they don't know anything about. They question integrity, business ethics and one person questioned why there isn't any paper work to show. Let me share a personal experience with John to shed some light...

I stop by John's as much as possible. One day this summer I stopped by to see what was hatching. John always brings you right in gives you a beer or soda and shows you everything. If you stop by late he even buys pizza lol. We go right to the baby racks and he shows me all the new hatchlings but the Chocolate Pinstripes really catch my eye. He says which one do you like..I show him (tells me of course you pick the nicest) and tells me the price. I wasn't planning on buying anything and told him I didn't have money on me, but if that one wasn't sold next time I came back I'd buy it. We spend a couple hours looking at snakes, talking, and at least half a dozen other buyers come have a drink, pick something up and go. When I went to leave, I said "feed my boy good" joking of course. John says "What do you mean, you're taking him with you". For all you people that don't know John...that is him. I walked out with an expensive snake on my word to pay..NO PAPER WORK. Can any of you say, you've gone to a breeder and done that? Don't take my word for it..give him a call, stop by his place...you'll see what John's about.

You say that Allen and John are partners on breeding projects, and that they buy, sell, and trade to/with each other, and have been for years.
You also say that you have traded, and sold snakes to John Martino. I think it is funny that you say that you traded/sold to John, and not that you purchased from him. Then again, you didn't pay for the animals, so I guess it would be stealing and not purchasing.
If John and Allen are partners on breeding projects and buy and sell from/to each other, and you probably built a good part of your collection from the many thousands of dollars in animals that you got from John, why do you thank god that you never bought, traded, or received anything from Allen? If they are, and have been "in bed with each other for years" your collection is made up of Big Daddy's stock! Not to mention all the animals that you have been flipping for him...lol.
If they are partners like you say they are, What is the difference if you purchased from John, or Allen?
