    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Mark and Kim.... what do you think.... I sleep with the guy???.... I know NOTHING of your transactions, nor do I want to know.... I got involved with the other two (Vinny and Steve Zaun) because I mistakenly MADE myself involved with helping them for one reason or another.... Sal has never done me wrong in any way, and he is a friend who has had a lot of stress and strife in his life as of late.... he asked for my help, and I am glad to have given it.... that's what the word "friend" means!!.... What I hate, are "fair-weather" friends.... they aren't friends at all!!.... I have never taken a credit card from him that I have not ASKED the credit card company FIRST if I could do it, knowing FULL WELL that I would be on the hook if something went wrong.... that's the chance I took.... I got burned before with one, and have been reimbursed by Sal for that one already.... I know full well that I will be reimbursed for this one as well.... Burn me once, shame on him, burn me twice, shame on me.... I've already told him I WON'T use my charge account again for him.... but I'm STILL his friend!!....

Alan.... I'm disappointed in what you did long before this happened.... we had a very good working relationship that YOU threw away because you chose to believe the word of someone else over mine.... with no proof whatsoever, and, as it turned out, after TWO YEARS, I was PROVEN innocent, but did that matter to you??.... You continually harp on that thread (as does everybody else), and only some of you (Rob, Brian, Ray and a few others) have had the moral decency to say they were wrong in their thinking and apologize to me.... and you can still wonder why I have the feelings I do for a lot of the people here??.... and, NO, Alan, I'm not referring to you in that last statement.... you tried, but you still just can't let it go.... If you have nothing nice to say, don't say it.... and certainly don't harp on it.... at least have the empathy for someone to TRY and start making up for the bad, instead of continually pointing it out??.... That helps no one.... What's past is past, you can't bring it back, you can only try to make it better.... and if a lot of the other people on this site could only see that, it would go a long way into making this a better community, and the rest of us better people....

Alan, Wes, myself and dozens of other members have been hard on Sal & Alison for one reason, they are Scumbags, thievs, liars, crooks and morally dysfunctional individuals....period!

The fact that you continually run with individuals that have been exposed for the garbage that they are says a lot about you! Your a player. You will run with whoever believes the garbage that comes out of your mouth. While everyone else on this board may be discussing the problems with these bad guys on active threads, you are privately e-mailing these people telling them we are all morons and not to sweat it...You play both sides of the fence. However or whoever you can take advantage of/from is where Neil will be. By you being a recognizable name in this business, and privately e-mailing your sympathies to the bad guys allows you to give them a sense of security, albeit a false one. Now you have there trust which you will use to your advantage.

Hardly........ This is all part of Neils shaddyness. Is anyone surprised that Neil is still buddies with Sal?? How about your other running mates, you were such good friends with Dave Lawson, Terry Liley and Sal and Alison. Is there any other garbage that I forgot..?

I did say that I understood some points you made in emails to me.
I am not mad at anyone here, including Neil, but please do not put words in my mouth. There was nothing for me to aplogize for. LIke anyone here, I voice my opinion, and then folowed it by (here on the BOI) you did the right thing. In the email, I said (and I quote), "Sad that we cannot help friends, like you did with Sal, and not be taken advantage of like you were. . before that I had said (quote again), ".You would not be 'ratting' on anyone. In order to do that (at least how I understand the use of the word), that person would have had to do something wrong. So, if you felt you would be 'ratting' on him, you would agree that what he was doing is wrong and the money always did belong/should go to Vinnie.

No harm, no foul. Just tell it like it is!
 
Let me just add, I commend what Neil did for a friend (Sal). I was tlaking witha very good friend today about this very thread and said I would not have done that for anyone. NOT that I do not trust them, but sticky situations like this (had it been me) that did not DIRECTLY involve me can create problems with that friend. I would just rather stay clear of a situation like this and make sure our friendship was in tact and could not be jepordized by a situation like this/diff. of opinion on the outcome........obviously Neil feels differently about what Sal should do since NEIL refunded the money and Sal did NOT.
 
neil, just as a matter of curiousity, could you post the permission you got from your credit card company to run someone elses transaction through your account? I have never heard of that being allowed and did in fact think it was illegal. I'm also curious as to whether you did this out of the goodness of your heart of if you charged sal a fee to use your account. Could you also clear up that little bit of haze for me?

Now, similar to kennard in another thread you have knowledge that the sharing of would help some who have been ripped off get back what they deserve. Why don't you post sal's contact info? There can be no doubt in your mind that he has ripped some folks off, taken their money and not delivered on what he promised. You know where he is and how to contact him. You know he is in the wrong. You should make that information available so that a bad guy can be rooted out. Surely you don't CONDONE his conduct and thievery, do you? You aren't REALLY saying it's ok to lie and steal from people, are you?

Oops, forgot who I was talking to. Of course you do. But wait, you have stated over and over and over that you are going to change or even that you have changed. Hmmmmmmm...... have you? This would be a good time to indicate whether you are changing for the better or just continuing as the same old neil we've come to know and ....... well, you know the rest.

Had I not found this website and done some research I would have undoubtedly lost some money. $500.00 plus dollars is a LOT to me!!! I was all set to order one of these units. They were exactly what I had been looking for.
I am new to this and only a own a few snakes as pets. I don't know anyone personally and would not make any comment other than thanks for the education!!!!

And espically when it comes to some of the more colorful componnets of the trade . If only one person can be saved the hardship of getting a sour internet mouth by being duped this board has served it soleful purpose in being here ... glad to know you were spared .

He's right up theer... excuse me, I mean down there... with the likes of Jesse Underhill, Kevin Peters, et al.

I cannot believe that Neil sees nothing wrong in what he did for Sal. Did you not even question why a man with 3 "businesses" did not have a working credit card machine at the time? Why did he charge my transaction to moonlit media in Dec when he charged the other transaction through you credit card machine in Nov??? You never had an answer for this Neil? You are still friends with someone like this??? That's the difference between you and me Neil. I would not consider someone who screws people over time and time again to be a friend of mine. If I had a friend that did that I would end the friend ship before I would be associated with them. I am driving 20 miles out of my way every day right now to take a friends children to school for her every day because she asked for my help. That's the kind of things friends do for eachother. Friends don't help friends rip other people off! You know Sal's track record. Could you possibly be so stupid as to think he was being an honest business man. You mentioned all the "problems" he is having right now. That is not an excuse to do this to innocent people. If he died in the middle of a transaction, I could see some difficulty in making good on it, but there is really no other excuse in my oppinion. You don't take money from people if you cannot deliver them what you are selling period! Sal took my money and the money of other innocent people knowing full well he would keep it and then leave town and go into hiding. He will get caught at some point and probably do jail time for all the fraud he has committed. Maybe you guys will have a cell together some day and you can remonise about all the help you gave him.

I understand your anger, and I can fully appreciate it.... the fact is that I had no idea what Sal was doing, obviously, once I found out that TWO deals I became associated with went bad, I hit the ground running.... but, I DO know there was a VERY valid reason why Sal used his wife's Paypal and bank account and not his.... at least, what he told me.... I had no reason to doubt him....

No, I don't condone what he did in the least, and I've told him so a hundred times after all this hit the fan.... but it's NOT up to me to make it right, it's up to him.... I made the two deals that I was caught up in right and that's all I was obligated for.... again, I'm sorry that you're having difficulties with Sal, but that doesn't involve me in any way....

I've also told him to post here and do the right thing, and hopefully start fresh.... whether he does or not, is totally up to him....

Neil I am not holding you accountable for anything Sal has done. The only reason I directed my question to you is because you did state that you knew where he was. I just want to talk to him and go from there if you don't want to divulge that information that's your choice. I would ask these questions to Sal himself but am obviously at this point unable to contact him.

Neil why was it you stated in the thread you wouldnt give up Salddam but now you are seeming to bend over backwards for something you stated as " having nothing to do with you " Its rather interesting the sudden change of heart you have now ... while you are in the giving mood why dont you start a new thread and ask that any & everyone that still has outstanding deals with sal to post or contact you as you can be the arbitrator ( sp) and help them all out ? that would be very commendable thing to do ...

To your knowledge is Sal operating under the name of Boca Reptiles now? You told me the other day that he was living in Boca and the ads/pictures sure resemble his ads from before. No more of this not going Rat on your friends BS. If it is him you have a responsibilty to inform others specially knowing his past record for handling his business.

I know he's been reading this thread, so if he wants to tell you, he will.... personally, I wouldn't blame him one bit if he never got on this thread (or any other) knowing the way he's going to be treated.... nothing he says will make any difference to any of you, all you're looking for is another battle, and I won't be the catalyst.... all he has to do is make the things that went wrong right, and then stay low-key and sell his animals the right way and not have to deal with any of you.... and I've told him as much.... if I can help the people he's wronged, I'll do my best to try, but I'm certainly not going to push him into the lions den just because you want me to.... you (Rob) should know me better than that by now??.... Think of me any way you want, but I take promises very seriously and I would never break one.... to anyone....

Well that sounds ALOT like a yes to me hope you NEVER get wronged Neil and cant find the people ... but even then i think others would even let you knowwhere the person is hiding out at or where they open ANOTHER ASSUMED name to cover there tracks .... time will tell alot about alot of things .... and when it comes out there should be alot of people with coffee and doughnuts reading it ...
