    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Looking at some of his critters and currently contacting him with some questions but would like to know if anyone has delt with them before. So far Sal ( don't know last name yet , just started the e-mail thing ) has responded pretty quick . Animals look good but like to double check after the deal fell thru (may be posting on that later). Any responses good or bad will be much appreciated."

to coincedental that a Sal has this buisness and A KNOWN scavenger named Sal lives in Boca that lived in NY that also rans upchuck exotics &enclose your money its mine ... i mean enclosures by design is toooo ironic
 
I've been following this thread

off and on and after I read it I posted the other thread . To clear things up a bit the other deal that fell thru was not with Sal , it was with someone else ( should proofread better ). I thought it was kinda funny I read that Sal moved to Fla. and then Boca Reptiles pops up with a Sal , hence the reason for the back ground check. So far this site has saved me a bit of money. I even e-mailed him for his full name this afternoon and haven't from him since. Granted he could be busy but any other time he has responded within an hour or less.

What I don't understand is you keep saying your changing your ways, but yet you will bend over backwards to protect this proven rip-off thief. To be quite honest it shows alot about you in your defense and protection of him. (NOT GOOD). Sal deserves absolutely no slack from anyone on anything. He has made his bed now he needs to lay in it. I am disgusted that he has moved himself here to Florida and now is going to start the same BS he did in NY. He needed to keep his rear up in NY where it belongs and not bring it here. There is no where he is going to be able to hide as it will come out sooner or later when he changes his name (once again) so he better just find a hole, crawl into it, and stay there. He and Alison have done this he is responsible and not anyone else. Don't try blaming this BS on him getting a divorce or anything else other than him being 100% a con man, thief, and rip-off artist. He was doing this long before his Divorce. I highly suggest to everyone to keep pursuing your refunds with him and do not stop. I will be contacting some friends I have in the Florida Fish & Wildlife Commission to see if it really is him(which we all know it is), and whether or not he is licensed to sell animals.(Yes you still must be fully licensed to sell on the Internet. I wonder how long before the First "I was ripped off by Sal" is posted on here under the new assumed name?

You really are a piece of work. How you can sit there and try to make it sound like He is the victim when in fact he is the Predator! "Knowing how he will be treated"? How about the way he treats and treated his customers. He deserves everything he gets because of his actions.

Neil, you are making him sound like the victim here. Me and all the other people he ripped off are the victims!! If you lay down with dogs, you get up with fleas Neil. You can be sure I will never buy one of the over priced less than average animals you sell. lol
 
As Rob said, Sal ain't no victim, unlike some of his customers in his previous three business ventures.

1) Precise Remodeling... talk about a misleading name. It's for the best that Sal got out of the remodeling business. My personal favorite was the customer who's $8K he deposited in a personal account, only to have it seized for back child support. The customer ended up having to sue Sal to get their money back, and it's unclear whether or not they were paid in full.

2) Upsate Exotics... this one speaks for itself. So much has already been said about how certain customers were victimized it's sad.

3) Enclosures by Design... aren't there customers still waiting on cages that they ordered last year?

And now, we have the possibility of Boca Reptiles. Even if they aren't Sal, which I suspect they are, they are conducting business in violation of Florida statutes at this time. FL Dept of State Division of Corporations shows no registration for the ficticious name "Boca Reptiles."


If Sal actually wants to turn over a new leaf, deception is hardly the way to go about it.
 
gubitz, still waiting to see that permission you've gotten from your credit card company "everytime" you've run someone elses business through your company. What is up with your special priveledges? How do the rest of us get them?

Did you put a surcharge on ol' salito to help him or was he paying you off for money he owed you? What's the deal here gubitz? I don't really understand how something can be in every contract I've ever seen and from what I understand be against the law in every state and yet you get "permission everytime" you do it.

Please explain.

How about also letting some folks with the right to, know where salito is hiding out. You have also promised to be an upstanding and honest part of this board. Hiding a known criminal is hardly in keeping with that statement. Go look up honest again, I think you confused it with shadey.

just a tid bit of info...anyone needing to get in touch with Sal of Boca Reptiles formerly of Upstate Exotics....he is listed as a vendor at theF.I.R.E. show in Orlando next weekend. I am guarantee he won't be able to ignore e-mails and phone calls if you address him in person at the show.
