I recently did business with Eric from ReptileTubs.com and I am MORE than satisfied with his customer service. I ordered 2 Large reptile tubs, (model VE-175) from him right around Thanksgiving, and was told they would arrive at my house in 3-5 days but he wasn't quite sure because of the holiday, which I completely understand. Anyway 5 days later I got my tubs and lo and behold BOTH were broken, (obviously a shipping problem). So I called and emailed Eric to let him know. He very promptly responded to my email and called me back to let me know that he would take care of everything and ship me replacement tubs with no cost to me. That was surprising to me, I figured I would at least have to pay for shipping. So he shipped those out the next day and a few days later I got the replacements.....this time 1 of those was broken.....amazing huh? I again called him and emailed him to let him know. He again quickly emailed and called (obviously pissed at the shipping company...fed ex) to let me know he would ship the replacement for that one tub to me at no cost to me. I just recieved the new tub today...INTACT for a change. I have been extremely pleased with Eric's customer service and he has earned a repeat customer. Thanks Eric!
