Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I recently did business with Eric from ReptileTubs.com and I am MORE than satisfied with his customer service. I ordered 2 Large reptile tubs, (model VE-175) from him right around Thanksgiving, and was told they would arrive at my house in 3-5 days but he wasn't quite sure because of the holiday, which I completely understand. Anyway 5 days later I got my tubs and lo and behold BOTH were broken, (obviously a shipping problem). So I called and emailed Eric to let him know. He very promptly responded to my email and called me back to let me know that he would take care of everything and ship me replacement tubs with no cost to me. That was surprising to me, I figured I would at least have to pay for shipping. So he shipped those out the next day and a few days later I got the replacements.....this time 1 of those was broken.....amazing huh? I again called him and emailed him to let him know. He again quickly emailed and called (obviously pissed at the shipping company...fed ex) to let me know he would ship the replacement for that one tub to me at no cost to me. I just recieved the new tub today...INTACT for a change. I have been extremely pleased with Eric's customer service and he has earned a repeat customer. Thanks Eric!

I have done business with Eric both through reptiletubs.com and purchased animals via his Platinum Reptiles business.

Eric is one of the good guys. Great service and communication and he has a true passion for the animals.

I agree with these guys 100%!! Eric has been great to deal with on more than one occasion. Sorry to hear about the shipping misfortune for both you and Eric... I hope FedEx paid for the broken tubs (wishful thinking... they probably didn't) I guess I was fortunate, Eric shipped us over 100 CB-70 tubs with no loss at all. Maybe that was because they came by freight pallet but the boxes were pretty banged up.

I will not hesitate to purchase from him again and recommend everyone give him a call for their container needs.

I would just like to add my experiences with Eric @ ReptileTubs.com. I recently ordered a few of his largest plastic tubs along with water bowls and was very impressed. Eric was quick to reply to my e-mails and the products were exactly as described. In addition, they were shipped quickly, were packaged well, and arrived in perfect shape. I recently ordered 3 types of tubs, 10 of each from Eric. We had to delay shipping due to my living in "the frozen tundra" of Minnesota, but I got my tubs at the first sign of warmer weather and all were in perfect shape. I intend on ordering from Eric in the future, once my "kids" start producing! Thanks Eric!

SUUUUUPER Fast! I ordered two of the largest bins from ReptileTubs yesterday, Thursday Oct 19th. They arrived the next day, TODAY! I was chatting with my husband on the phone (he has today off and was at home), when he said "why is the fedex guy dropping off a gigantic box? What did you order?"...... amazing! I can't wait to get home and open them.

That has got to be the quickest I have received any shipment that was not overnighted!
 
What's even better is that he can offer racks for those giant tubs :D Here is the first one built, we picked it up at Tinley and we will be giving him feedback on it when we see him at Indy:

WOW! That is awesome! The tubs are great, and were packed in a TON of bubble wrap. I will definitely get more tubs in the future.
 
We love it. It's solidly built, each shelf will hold at least 100 pounds (his nephews were crawling all over it, lmao). The only problem we see at the moment is that the back legs on the tubs get stuck in the recesses where the heat tape is.

The rack has routered out slots so it will only assemble one way. There are two recessed rows in the back where 3" heat tape threads through them. All you need is a screwdriver and a thermostat!
 
I picked up quite a few tubs from him at Tinley along with a friend of mine, and just want to pile on the kudos. Very nice, very inexpensive product from a guy that was a pleasure to deal with. Thumbs up!
 
Just wanted to add to the love... I emailed Eric asking if he was coming to the All Ohio Show. He wasn't setting up as a vendor, but he said he was going to be at the show buying. He gave me his cell number and brought along a few of every size hide for me to check out. Great customer service!
 
Yeah I had a good transaction with Eric at the Indy show and again this week when I ordered more tubs and flexwatt. I have bought from Eric on many many occasions now and have nothing but outstanding results.
