Frank, thanks for the comments. What I meant by the sign of the times is that I can't afford to lose money on a transaction. But that's not really the point. I took a very close look at this Argentine Boa, and its tail. I see now why I missed the "stub" tail. I'm sorry, but there's nothing wrong with this snake. Is part of the tail missing? Perhaps. Was it cause for returning the snake? I don't think so. Is the snake mean? Nope. I'm holding it in the photo. She claims that it's mean, and that is why she sent it back. It's not. Once again, buyers remorse. I've said enough, and should stop before I actually do get myself in trouble.

all this talk about ken not deserving bad guy rap i dont belive that for a second. look what i found on line on google looking exotic pets LV i hope every one out there read this{ Ken Foose owner of Exotic Pets in nevada sold me a pair of childrens pythons for $120 that died within 20 hours of purchase. When I had them examined by a profesional they told me that they were malnurished and looked as if they had mites and other illness. The snakes were suppose to be 6 months old yet they were the size of hatchlings. When I contacted Ken Foose he told me he would only maby give me half of the money back so I then had the person who examined them to call him he told her that he would give me my money back. When I called him back he told me off and said I could take half of the money or nothing. I just want my the whole purchase price of the snakes refunded, that is $120.}

It is difficult to photograph as I had a hard time taking a picture of it too, but I think it depends on the angle. You can't see it on the last picture, but you can see it on the first one! It cuts off and, I know this is difficult to prove since we can't all go to Las Vegas and touch it but, you can feel the bone at the end of the tip of the tail!
And as far as me having "buyer's remorse," I'm tired of that assumption. If I was satisfied with the animal/solutions to the flaw, then I would have been willing to work on the animal's aggression. But I was not satisfied with the solution that I pay for the seller's mistake! I debated keeping him, to avoid having to pay the shipping cost for something that clearly was not MY fault, but I just was not happy with the situation.
It seems like Ken is the more "popular" one here and, therefore, has more people on his side. But I didn't think this was a popularity contest! Just because he makes sure to keep you guys happy, the people who post on here, he doesn't have to make right by the rest of us because you'll make sure to defend him and he won't have to deal with any consequences.
There are, however, a few people who see my side and I thank you guys for it! I cannot believe that he can do the minimum to make himself seem innocent and most of you refuse to see what he did wrong.

i am glad you brought that up jessica it proves that fauna is one sided protecting one of their good old boys and attack all other such as my self had this tread been about me everybody on here would be joining in to attack me at the slightest chance. goes to show you the true colors of the great fauna and its gang! one sided on the ones they choose to be that way with shame!
