Anyway, I apologized, it's a learning lesson let's move forward...

Jarrod:
I understand and maybe I'm a little old fashion but I'll get in the car fill it up with gas and make it a field trip for the family in effort to do a face to face transaction.
I understand now. Hence my reason to restrict my business to a face to face transaction with money in my hand...
Another senseless thread.I think it was kinda funny. Because Diamond Den and many others do good business on fauna. When I talk to them through a pm last week they seemed quite nice. And I also "WANTED" a dragon from them, but waiting on a payment from a lot of dragons that I sold but it never came. Need less to say I don't think this thread was nessacary at all..
Well, I have to admit that I am curious about some details here.
At 9:51, prospective buyer was told the dragon was available and was going to send money "right now".
At 10:17 the seller told him it was no longer available.
That gave the prospective buyer 26 minutes to send a PayPal payment to the seller. That is plenty enough time for a "right now", I believe.
Did that happen? Did the seller receive a PayPal payment from the prospective buyer?
My daughter bought a female dragon from DiamonDen last May, who by the way is such a sweetie!!! They were very nice people to deal with and answered a lot of her questions. I bred dogs for more than 10 years and would only hold a puppy with a non-refundable deposit. They do have plenty of very nice dragons to choose from so I am sure you could have found something just as nice as the one you first asked about. This problem does not justify being posted as a "bad guy" thread. I have 8 bearded dragons myself and I know it is first come first serve and when you want a spacific dragon you better have the money, at least for a deposit, before you even start looking! Keep up the good work Corky and Jammie!
Wow, Another senseless thread.
I'd have to say almost a half hour for a "sending payment right now". Is ample time to have the money sent. Especially when Corky said this animal has interest and someone is ready for a purchase. I dont know ANY breeder that will hold a animal after a customer only says "they want it." In this business a buyers word has proven meaningless in some occasions, and a sale wont be put on hold until a deposit has been made. An some breeders want it in full.
As for Diamond Den (didnt want to leave Jammie out ) There animals are healthy AND good looking. There customer service has been 100%. And they are BOTH very knowledgeable about bearded dragons. I would not hesitate to buy from them.
Tom
No problem. My issue is very simple I was told it was available on this site then only to receive a response to the post that it wasn't. I called just to confirm. Spoke with Diamond Den and told that the same dragon is available (discussion approx. 5 mins); Informed them that I would be sending the money. Received a call back later on stated that someone else bought the dragon.
In retrospect I inquired on www.Kingsnake.com where this particular dragon was also (previously) advertised.
I find the customer services per say to be questionable. Example: If you see a car for sale, you talk to the salesperson that tells you it's available, you tell them that you're going to the bank to the get the money and you'll be back in 5 mins; Only to be told it was sold....

For every actual sale, breeders get dozens of emails about each animal and several of those inquiries are "promises" to buy. You can't weed out who is serious and who is not if you have not worked with them before. I wish you luck!
