Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Both my programmer and the security guy are saying that what I am getting is WAY overkill for the demand my sites will make on the server. They said I am spending more than I need to for a server. So I'm already forking out more money then I could, so this will have to do. Yeah, you can always find something bigger and faster, but the line where diminishing returns begins may have already been crossed.

Actually I have a box or two of valium that I got a while back for when the stress at the peak of the animal hatching season would be too much. I used to just take half a tablet, just to take the edge off and keep me from running off into the woods screaming. I think I only used three all total.

But the expiration date on them is 07/2007. Not sure how safe it would be to take them any longer...
 
The effectiveness may have diminished a bit...but it shouldn't be "unsafe". I've seen reference to studies indicating that it is stable and effective for at least 8 yrs. A lot of the medications sent to/used in third world countries are expired before they leave here.
 
Valium doesn't seem to go bad - we also have an aging bottle to revert to in times of need - but maybe breathing deeply in and out of a brown paper bag would help too.... I'm sure this is a miserable process for you.

Interesting... is that what happens if you click on something from the fauna adult finder redirect?
Does this mean the redirect is some kind of phishing scam, hoping people will sign up and tracking what people enter? Or an overzealous 3rd party attempting to harvest click revenue?

... it's probably not really relevant to getting it stopped but now I'm curious.
 
Actually I'm getting PISSED. Those people sure are dragging their feet getting this new server built. I'm about ready to find another source and say to hell with them. :angry:

If they are just assembling the hardware into a tower then installing a OS to setup the server.That shit should of been done in 24hrs or less
 
Well, the server is done, but the security guy has some work to do before he can transfer the sites. Apparently there were some executables hacked on the old server that would have prevented the site transfer.
 
I did today, but instead of going to a porn site, it took me to an error message, saying the site doesnt exist anymore. It happens more often on my iphone, than on my galaxy if that makes any sense. Never on my laptop
 
I got the same thing today as the poster above me. The other day I was directed to an adult site. I am getting the errors when trying to access my PM's.

Yeah, I just got something like that myself. Maybe the redirect site itself got shut down.

In any event, the server move has turned into a big bucket of snot. Even though I told the security guy the brand and model of the SSD drives on Saturday BEFORE I paid and OK'd the server to be built, NOW he is saying that they will have problems. Then he complains about the RAID controller. So now he is saying he refuses to manage my server for me. Yeah, cool, tell me this AFTER I already paid for it. :shrug01:

So I'm back to square one. I've just GOTTA stop pissing people off who come to me wanting to buy my sites. That's sounding more and more like a real good idea to me lately.

Might have to give those old valiums a try tonight....

I'm not sure that redirect is much better. Most first time viewers will think that it is THIS site has been disabled for spamming and not come back. :bandhead0
