Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Some Ideas for the:

What is the Board of Inquiry?

A forum designed to provide feedback on buyers and sellers in the herptile (maybe reptile) industry.
OR
Peer-reviewed forum designed to provide feedback on buyers and sellers in the herptile industry.
OR
The ultimate consumer and retail guide to inquire about sellers and buyers in the herptile industry. Good guy or Bad guy reviews posted by the consumer or retailer to protect the herptile community.
OR
Your first stop in purchasing an animal. Research your prospective buyer or seller.
 
I'm not sure about fitting it in, but how about Group Specific Forums, or Interest Based Forums. It still doesn't fit in contextually, though :( , but at least it gets rid of "dozens".
"Many" is an option, too

I actually sat and counted the forums...And Fauna doesn't have hundreds of forums, so I thought that might be false advertising if I said "hundreds". :D I didn't know what else to say either. Could also always just leave it out completely?

Problem with that is a blanket statement on forums is that it's already stated in the list on the left. It would just be repeating information already provided.

I think I'm going to make the box around the "What is the Board of Inquiry" thinner. It's obnoxiously thick and is distracting.

The Board of Inquiry statement could use some tweaking, IMO, but otherwise I like it!
 
In the description of the BOI there are larger spaces than in other parts of the description..very noticable..hopefully this won't be the case in the final draft?

I actually stole it from a post Rich made. :D In the attached version I used Jenne's suggested wording (which I thought was simple and to the point).

How about changing "Thousands of Discussion Threads" to "Thousands of Discussion Topics"? Many people really don't know what "threads" are..

This is looking VERY sharp!

I just got around to viewing this thread as Im somewhat new here.

Im good at graphics...but I know I have met my match.

I think the flyer looks Fabulous :thumbsup::thumbsup:

My only critique would be that having "Thousands of Classifieds" and "Thousands of Discussion Forums" directly followed by "Free Classifieds" and "Discussion Forums" struck me as being a little redundant. But maybe that's just me otherwise I think it looks great.

Actually, it is "Thousands of Discussion Threads", soon to be "Thousands of Discussion Topics". So it's not all that redundant at all. Also, I'm thinking that perhaps the word "FREE" should be highlited more to call attention to the fact that the classifieds ARE for free here. With the economy being rather poor lately, perhaps a lot of people will be looking for an economical way to advertise their animals, and it don't get much more economical then FREE! :D

And the whole idea of this flier is to get people's attention and give them a reason to come here. So emphasize the points that would give them a reason for doing so. :yesnod:

"Threads" has been changed to "Topics" and I've underlined the "Free" in "Free Classifieds." :thumbsup:
