According to his facebook page he is 12 and resides in Hollywood CA. Maybe Harold can check his IP and tell us if he's from FL or CA?

If this is true, then he is subject to being removed from this site because I have the registration set up to REJECT any registration of anyone under 13 years of age. So if he is really 12 years old, then he lied when he registered and violated the rules of registration.

If someone can provide some tangible proof, then I will take care of this.

I can tell you that after banning him early this month from BP.net that IP is from FL

At the time before even making a thread here regarding this individual I decided to make a print screen of his facebook page (among other things) at the time he had no need to modify his facebook since he was still flying under the radars.

At the time his facebook listed his real location Doral, Florida as well as the Middle School he just graduated from and his birthday June 16 1990.

Given that the majority of his friend are around the same age I would tend to believe that the birth date listed on is facebook is the correct one.

I guess he can always provide a copy of his birth certificate to prove his age.

I didn't think he lived in Hollywood, CA anyway and I don't doubt his facebook info is correct, he probably didn't think he would be scrutinized.

Pretty soon I wouldn't doubt if someone post his real physical address.

Facebook requires individuals to be at least 13 years old before they can create an account. In some jurisdictions, the age limit may be higher.

The above statement from Facebook tends to make me think that he is, or was at the time of the creation of his Facebook, under 13.

I believe "Sebastian's" real physical address is 8325 NW 115 Ct Miami (and Doral, FL). You can get the exact same info using Miami or Doral in a search.

I'm not convinced that "Sebastian" actually exists. He could be the alter-ego of older scammers, as various searches of Jorge Montero have turned up what appears to be a long list of bogus business connections. That said, I didn't see his Facebook page until just a couple days ago and it's very generic ... obviously the one Deborah saw was more personalized and incriminating.
Can you post a screenshot of the Facebook you saw before he modified it, Deborah?

I've also been searching for evidence Sebastian stole the photo of the Highway he posted here as his. I can't find anything. If he (or his parents) actually purchased that particular snake (and EXIF data did show the photo was taken on 7-31), and since it was taken at the location of a known, respectable breeder who actually produced the first Highways, then only he (Mr. Brant) is likely to be able to verify a purchase or a kid (or even an adult) at his facility on that date who visited & took a photo of a Brant Highway with a cellphone and now has misrepresented the snake to be his own.

After a considerable amount of research I found Mr. Brant's photobucket account. The following pictures [numbers 1 and 2] were taken from this account which I believe depict the same python(s) that Sebastian/Jorge are claiming as belonging to him/them [attached to this post, from this thread].

Perhaps someone with a little more experience matching up subtle pattern variations could chime in? In my opinion the backgrounds are nearly identical [white background with a slight tint].

There you have it, and buyers beware - I obviously can't comment on the quality of the animals he sells, but he's just taking orders, picking up the animals from another dealer, and shipping (if business picks up, he'll probably have Strictly ship for him...if he isn't doing that already). I have nothing against resellers, but I'm not a big fan of people advertising animals that aren't even in their possession.

Mom's GOTTA know, the odds a 12 year old can go pick up animals, then go ship them, all on his own, is amazingly slim. Heck, SYR accounts require a credit card, so if he's using a service like that it's gotta be in mom's name.

I totally agree they look suspiciously similar, especially given the background and tint. I saved Sebastian's photo from here a couple days ago and tried to manipulate it (flipping, rotating, adjusting contrast, hue, saturation, brightness, contrast, matching pattern variations ... everything ... to try to match it to anything posted on the internet, including Mr. Brant's gallery and another Highway breeders photos.

I just got frustrated, lol, cause I couldn't.

I have to agree with Harald; IF he is "legit", I suspect he's stealing photos, taking orders and getting the animals from another source. On the other hand, there's no evidence (that I've caught) that he's actually sold anything. No one has come here to confirm any sale or receipt of an animal.
