Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

your ignorance is rediculous im perfectly fine with bloodbank because they have the balls to admit there wrong unlike you stuckup morons who have to be right every single moment i could really care less as to what you believe or not i have my money back and thats all i care about i really could attempt to explain myself but you being such an asshole drives me to believe your some loyal customer of his and thats why you allow such statements to be made and for them to get away with it
 
call up vickie dachiu and ask her how calm i am when things are right? im the nicest person ever and through all bloodbanks issues ive never had an issue with them
or you can call greg at gregsexoticinverts never had a issue with him or pam at buydubia spoke to aaronpauling a few times never had an issue there or steve at bigappleherp no issue there
you mess with a bull you get the horns i dont allow myself to be walked over if you would like to be treated like dirt you simply go right ahead

ghanns is a good company when you order large crickets not the small ones which clearly can get out of the cheap and poorly designed box

Chris, in no way do I think their statements are okay. Also, I noticed they pulled the item you ordered from their site. Notice who started swearing, though. I know you are not in school, but I think people (me included) would be more receptive of you and your issues if you'd try to calm down a bit.
 
Put it into perspective this way:
I work retail. Customers who come in and are INSTANTLY hostile because a product/service wasn't the right fit for them? I'm way more inclined to be strict as all get out about policy. Customers who come in and are nice (even when frustrated) - I want to be more helpful to their situation.

Consider that you're talking to a person and they want to be treated with respect. They didn't make the product, they didn't put it together, and they aren't personally responsible for your dissatisfaction. Yet their job title REQUIRES them to take responsibility as if it was all their fault. So consider that they might just be a little stressed out, too.
 
Looks like I was mistaken about the comment in your last infraction, Mr Scerati...you aren't banned, yet, but you're just a whisper away. (I'm sure I could justify the extra point, so you should probably refrain from smart ass or aggressive comments).

I understand why your issues with other sellers were brought to light, but if you feel the need to comment on them further - please do so in the appropriate threads. This thread isn't about them.

To me this statement says it all I definitely would not sell to you. Look at how you talk in this post when someone disagrees with you, you throw a tantrum.

As far as I can tell, his only handicap is his ability to write properly with punctuation and to express himself with decorum.

It is really hard to understand his posts when everything is written as one long sentence.
 
Although I see faults on both sides, your attitude on this forum leads me to believe you were quite nasty with Floridaherps as well. A customer should be notified of any product changes prior to shipping. They should also be allowed to cancel their order provided they do not agree with those changes. Working in customer service, I can agree with Neon that I am way more likely to help a calm customer than someone who is yelling my face off. I cannot say with any certainty whether you were calm when you called. I can only pull from the facts on this forum in which you attack people offering their opinions in a childish manner. You were even quick to assume Rick and Bill were affiliated with Floridaherps, even though they are not. Approach situations in a calm fashion and you will find people who want to help you.

That being said, a business should never resort to those kinds of petty emails. This is $18 dollars here. No matter what a customer says to you, emails like these reflect very poorly on a business. I have had plenty of customers who made me want to pull my hair out, but I always remain calm which will eventually diffuse a situation.

I agree. But because the emails reflect so poorly on this biz, I'd like to see them with headers please.
 
Does Floridaherps ever respond to these BOI's? Judging from their snarky remarks when people call them out for copyright infringement, these emails do not seem beyond the realm of possibility (although the last one seems a bit over the top). Only Floridaherps can shed more light on this situation.

They do seem to have a poor history. But in order for me, at least, to add the emails in to how I think of them, I'd want to see them with headers to help establish that they were genuine.

just as a last comment because all of you know-it-alls happen to believe there an outstanding business this own website has claims againest them stealing pictures fake reviews and a 9 page thread on reptile forums about how they charged a customers card without his authority you guys are an outstanding biased team thats just as bad as them
