Darin and anyone else who may still express doubt regarding my claim and who think I'm cruel for bringing it up regarding the "death in the family" issue...

In my post on page nine I provided a link to an article released on Saturday, January 18th, 2003 regarding this issue. This article clearly states that the victims will be buried Sunday. That would put the burial at January 19th. I would like to submit a link that will hopefully lay this issue to rest and perhaps erase any doubts you may have.

Denial

IMHO I would say Fred was simply in extreme denial due to the passing of such a close relative and was a die hard Raiders fan. It works for me LOL.

Actually, denial wouldn't be such a bad defense, but he told Dorkdog he had a funeral to plan for, thus escaping his obligation to Landon. After reading those posts, that would have to be some serious denial!

I'm convnced that he also goes by the name "Fred Albury". Is this yet another level of deception? Any thoughts on this Fred?

One last pesky little detail...

One of Fred's most esteemed colleagues apparently got yet a different slant on the "brother" issue. In this interpretation, there is mention of "Fred's brother, Fred's STEP brother and daughter". If one is step brother, that would make them both step brothers. Not one bro' and one step bro'. Enough said. I see no reason to elaborate any further on that subject. I thought it important enough to convey this info to further give the "doubt" issue closure. That about does it. Here's the link...

No Paul is a real person. Whether thats actually Paul posting or Fred posting as Paul I couldnt tell ya. But there is a person out there named Paul Spencer who is friends with Fred. I have watched Fred do this for years within the forums, he starts crap and runs for the hills. Then his cleaning crew comes through, namely Paul and Sal.
I am sure alot of people here that dont know the history were confused by me posting "Sal where ya at?" and what not from time to time throughout this thread for no veiwable reason. What Paul just did is why, normally it was always Sal who was first on the scene after Fred tuck tail and ran. I am truely surprised he isnt here now defending his good theifing buddy. But Yes there is a real Paul out there and this is the way its always been for years. Fred has NEVER stoud up for himself or taken care of any of the messes he has gotten himself into thats always been left to Paul and Sal.
 
Allow me to quote a line from that post on KS. The post was written by Doug Taylor. Exact words...

Enough said. I don't have a scanner and I don't feel the need to copy that whole post. That was the line I was addressing in that post.


This was just one of many examples of what Jason refers to in regard to Fred "throwing rocks and running. Most of the Dry forum did his arguing for him once Fred got his dig in. Fred ALWAYS dissappeared after his initial post no matter how long the thread lasted.

It seemed as though every time a thread on that forum started to compromise Fred's integrity, as they all did, someone would tattle(wonder who!) and get the whole thread wiped out. Unfortunately for Fred, a friend of mine(Lore, remember him Fred, you weren't the only one who accumulated friends) printed out quite a few of those posts back then. I have many of them here. As I said though, I think this issue can finally be layed to rest. If anyone still has any doubt on the issue... "you need to step off and check yourself, yo"!
 
For those who did not get to see the post on KS, it was regarding the Raiders winning a playoff game so they could go on to the next step (I'm not certain if it was talking about the AFC Championship or the SuperBowl . . .I hate the Faders and couldn't bear to read it!).

If that post was done on the same day as the funeral, the very same funeral for which Fred had to prepare, the same one for which reason he was so grief-stricken that he could not honor his deal to Landon and others . . .Well, you'll have to draw your own conclusions for yourself! I am really embarassed for you, Fred.
 
Question for Paul Spencer...

Paul, in your post on page 31 of this thread you stated, and I quote, "the man is barely surviving!!!"...I'm talking one step from homeless here! If this is true and he still has his "beloved" Drymarchon as well as other species of snakes, how does he afford to feed them??? According to his KS post on May 20th, he's got quite a snake food bill on his hands. I know if I were that close to being homeless, I'd sell EVERY snake I owned. Perhaps in Fred's mind feeding his snakes is more important than John Skipper's daughter's health.

Does anyone know what time zone Kingsnake is on? I think eastern but may be wrong. Now if my figuring is correct and Ksnake is on eastern time then that would mean Fred posted this below qoute on Kingsnake 5pm the day of the funeral on his CA time. Does anyone know where the funeral took place? Was it in CA? Or is he going to try and tell us that he flew all the way out east(because the deceased were from the east? correct) to visit family attend the funeral and play in the forums on someone else computer with his stupid football garb. Because if my figuring is correct, one of two things happened. One, he went out east for the funeral, did his thing with his family then wiped the tears from his face sait down on someone elses computer and posted the below post. Or two, the funeral was local, and if thats the case that would mean he posted this at 5pm his time. If thats the case as soon as the preacher said "amen" he made a be-line for the computer without even saying goodbye(or keeping them very short and sweet).

We can rest assured he has read our comments.......well that would mean hes been on the net. But who posted that? Paul did, because as always Fred is showing how spineless he is. IMO if Fred was any kind of man and had the slighest bit of back bone he take care of things himself and that would have been him telling us all how disgusting we are. But, no he sends his troops cant even do his own dirty work. But anyway the whole funeral thing and others fighting his fights for him I think were just kicking a dead horse at this point. So unless there is anything new found Im done.

this is just to bring the thread back into focus for the newer people trying to read through all the mumbo jumbo. I think the below qoute from Cheryl from Page 31( I gotta gree with darin I think the page thing really helps) about hit the nail on the head about the kind of person we are talking about. For anyone new reading this, John still has not heard from Fred nor has he gotten any of his money. So there is no update in the situation about whether or not fred really has any intentions of making good. John sent Fred the money for the snakes almost a year ago.

We are supposed to cut Fred some slack because he is having some “very serious issues in his life” and “The man is barely surviving!!!” (pg 31 near the top) But in Nov. 2002, how did he display his Humanity and kind nature? It bothered me enough to go back and find the quotes. I don’t know how to use the Quote button, so I have cut and pasted, but I have referenced which page my quotes came from.

E-mail from Mr. Skipper to Mr. Albury dated Nov. 2, 2002. This an cut from that e-mail, you can find it about half way down on page 17.

“My daughter has health problems and I can't afford the doctor bills (they all want cash up front). You know the old saying - family comes first- and mine does come first. I have been wholesaling my animals out and doing whatever else I can in order to get my daughter the best care I can. So Fred to be short, simple and to the point I think you have been given plenty of time, I desperately need and want my money back and I really do not care what you are going to have to sell, beg, or borrow in order to get it back to me.”

But he did not return ANY of mr. Skippers money, instead ran this add on Nov. 26, 2002 (24 days later) trying to purchase a snake, so obviously he had SOME cash, even if it was not ALL of mr. Skippers Money. I found this on page 30, close to the bottom.

“I am looking for an ADULT FEMALE(If possible) Chocolate Cal. King. This bloodline of Cal Kings was made popular by the late Lloyd Lemke, and is distinquished by its chocolate color, lack of white or yellow bands and chocolate ventral coloration. The fact that Fred was THAT elated at ANY time of that day shows that the funeral was not important enough to warrant using it as an excuse to further delay any involvement with Landon. Let's see, he tells Landon he has a funeral to plan for, yet that very day he's frolicking around on the forums merrily chanting about his favorite football team...still no call to Landon, who's money Fred has held hostage long enough.

But enough of all that. FRED, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, SPEAK UP, COME CLEAN AND END THIS MESS YOU'VE CREATED! THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE!!!
 
Clarification regarding the funeral.......

Jason, the deceased were not from the east. Fred's family is from the east, but were not talking about Fred's family here. The deceased were from Abaco Island in the Bahamas, which is a fact that Fred obviously was unaware of when he lied to Landon.

It's obvious to me that Fred has spoken

"Paul Spencer's" post me a pretty good glimpse into Fred's perspective on the whole matter (as i've said before, I believe that Fred was the author of that post). He's disgusted with anyone here who shined a light on the dark side of his character. (Shame on us!) He doesn't see that he is the problem regarding the scams we've discussed here (everyone makes mistakes and the dollar value was under $1,000). He's shown no compunction whatsoever and he still believes that HE is the victim here (his emails show his anger toward his victims that went public). He's still focused on attempting to raise those involved in his "hundreds of business deals that were good", thinking that some positive comments from satisfied customers will make Landon, Ann and John's deals insignificant (Is it any wonder that nobody has come forward?). He wants us to believe that (I guess when the spotlight isn't on him) he lives by a strict moral code, the implication being that these three cases were exceptions to his stainless steel integrity. He believes he is deserving of pity for an unlimited number of reasons.

Well Fred, I'm extremely happy with myself to be "self-rightous" in your eyes, and I'm happy to disappoint you. Even under the spotlight you've failed to "show up" and respond to John Skipper. Even under the spotlight you failed to fulfill your promise to Ann. I can't imagine how seedy you really are outside of the spotlight.

It's obvious to me that you've spoken for the last time here as YOU said about yourself in "Paul Spencer's" post (how clever). After all, everyone here will understand that your disgust with this thread is such a good reason not to pay people back. But hey, your INTENTIONS are always good, and YOU mention in "Paul's" post how you intend to refund the money you stole. So I guess, in your mind, you've already handled the situation. Bye Bye Fred - you decision to disappear has sealed your "Bad Guy" fate. YOU are your own worst enemy.

Fred's snake food bill

From the looks of the CA King I received from Fred he is getting by with minimal feeding. The snake I received was defintely on the thin side but not unhealthy. I am sure Fred would like to be
feeding more heavily, I know he cares about his snakes. He really does need to do the right thing for the snakes and give them up if he has any left that is, not to mention refunding the peeps he still owes $ to.

Fred did send me some emails about this snake being very particular about the males she will accept but that she did allow some to breed with her. he went on to say that she tried to eat a couple. I have heard that some males have been known to behave in a homosexual nature but I do not have any experience in that area. Has anyone else here heard of this? You know maybe Fred really did think this was a female. I would have double checked on the sex if I witnessed that much aggression during a mating attempt, but that's me. I guess that what I want so badly is to believe that he was trying to do right by Landon and I. No excuse for what happened to John and if I had a choice I would have preferred my money back, but I don't think he has it
to return. I don't know it Landon's King was on the thin side or not.
