    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

One of the last post's that I made to this forum I stated that I would post again if and when I heard from Fred and whether or not I received the refund owed to me. I am posting the last two correspondence between Fred and myself and I want to let everyone know I received payment in full for the money owed to me by Fred on 7/28/03 and finally a year later I can put this matter to closure. I want to thank Rich for making this forum available and to everyone who participated in this thread, I am sure this was a large factor in me receiving my refund.

I wonder if you would be so kind as to either post the procedure you used when you contacted USPS and the FBI, or send it to me privately, as you seem to have been EXTREMELY effective in getting results. I would like to have that information so I could use it or pass it along should I or someone else I know need to do the same.

John I am glad to see you finally got your money. While I dont always agree with what goes on within the BOI it is nice to see how well it worked.

For anyone who missed all the prior stuff about this thread there is still another person who Fred owes from within this thread if my memory serves me right and there are more that will pop up in time. Also please see the prior page and the proof about freind lying about his brother dieing to delay shipments. He claimed he was at the funeral that took place in the Bahamas when in fact he was o the computer yelping football stuff.

Also Fred is that you on kingsnake under a fake name trying to sell your maxx pink puking boas? Or is the name real? Is he brokering those pukers and the need to be force feed ground boas or did you sell them to him and not tell him there history? Now dont forget to tell people about having to force feed the male ground! And you should be honest with people about them being pukers. If he is brokering them for you you better make sure he knows the history of the animals he is selling for you. Or are you going to let him do your dirty work and take the fall for you when people find out the truth? Sal you need to set him straight dude.

The power of the threat of jail time worked like a charm. It's a shame that Fred didn't operate out of respect for others. Anyway, hopefully John's method to force Fred to return the stolen property will serve as a guide to others who've sent Fred money for snakes they never received (I know of at least two people). Stay tuned!

Hey Jason (Classic Dums)...

I just viewed the ad for those Maxx pink Argentines on page four of the boa classifieds at KS and man that reeks of Fred. The writing fits his MO to a tee. Even the asterisks emphasizing the large case words. Also the typical deadline to sell the snake with the exact date. Is it a coincidence that A. Cortez is from S. California? Could this be yet another deception? Perhaps, but unfortunately we are forced to give him the benefit of the doubt without PROOF. But is that really important in the light of this whole thread? I think we all know what kind of person Fred is. We know there are others that he has screwed. So why not just sit back and let justice prevail? Trust me, it has, and it will.

I could be wrong but I am pretty sure they were both 2000 animals. Ill have to check on that because it looks to me like the birth year was changed to make up for the differance in size BECAUSE THE MALE DIDNT EAT FREDDY OLE BOY.

I have to agree though Chris the Cortez looks 100% like work of mr albury atleast IMO. Now Fred have you been kicked off ksnake? Because its been a while since I have seen you on there and now I see your animals posted by an A. Cortez "Registered PetHobbyist User since 2003-07-06", why would that be? Is A. Cortez real? Or is A. Cortez nothing more then Fred himself?

Now I do have the pictures from these ads and from prior ads posted by Fred on my hard drive. In these pics I have high lighted markings on the animals that will show the max pink pukers in the ad above posted by A. Cortez and pictures from ads posted by Fred are in fact the same animals. Now come on there Mr Honest intregrity fred why are you not being honest about these animals? I know I for one would like to know about past puking problems. Something like that can be an ongoing problem that can infect other animals and many times its reoccuring. Clears up looks fine and a year later they start puking on ya again. Man talk about burning bridges on your way out of the hobby. Your not only burning them but your strapping them down with tnt and blowing them sky high LMAO!
 
Did anyone else notice this? We are supposed to cut Fred some slack because he is having some “very serious issues in his life” and “The man is barely surviving!!!” (pg 31 near the top) But in Nov. 2002, how did he display his Humanity and kind nature? It bothered me enough to go back and find the quotes. I don’t know how to use the Quote button, so I have cut and pasted, but I have referenced which page my quotes came from.

E-mail from Mr. Skipper to Mr. Albury dated Nov. 2, 2002. This an cut from that e-mail, you can find it about half way down on page 17.

“My daughter has health problems and I can't afford the doctor bills (they all want cash up front). You know the old saying - family comes first- and mine does come first. I have been wholesaling my animals out and doing whatever else I can in order to get my daughter the best care I can. But he did not return ANY of mr. Skippers money, instead ran this add on Nov. 26, 2002 (24 days later) trying to purchase a snake, so obviously he had SOME cash, even if it was not ALL of mr. Skippers Money. I found this on page 30, close to the bottom.

“I am looking for an ADULT FEMALE(If possible) Chocolate Cal. King. This bloodline of Cal Kings was made popular by the late Lloyd Lemke, and is distinquished by its chocolate color, lack of white or yellow bands and chocolate ventral coloration. Reg BROWN Cal Kings arent what I am looking for, this snake is distinct in that it for the most part lacks the bands found on most california kingsnakes. For a better idea, think of a BROWN Nigritis(Black Mexican King)

Please notice the bolded underlined part. This was posted a few weeks after the wanted ad, so this really gives ya a little insight into how caring Fred truely is. Also to ad insult to injury it is now John fault that he didnt get his money back because.................John couldnt make up his mind............humm Fred is that another lie? Becuase actually you had to refund Johns money(or keep and earn interest on it for decades) because the animals were pukers. Oh no Fred, I could go on with the lies that overlap lies for.......as long as you kept Johns money....but lucky for you I am getting bored.

The question about A. Cortez maybe Fred in disguise is false. I sold a snake to A. Cortez and its not Fred. He did claim to know Fred though. I too saw the ads, but its not my business, so I didnt ask. His name is Adriel Cortez. Though I believe in exposing scams, I also believe in proving false statements as well. Its not Fred.

The IP addresses are different.
They MIGHT not be selling the same animals. But they are the same type.
Almost as soon as Fred stopped posting them for sale.......This guy started posting "his"

Actually I can show proof. But I was asked not to because of pending attempts to collect this debt.
 
This is just my opinion:
A. Cortez possibly sells the animals for Fred, due to Fred's reputation has been revealed through this thread. The reason I said so because I went to the IRBA show in San Diego on July, and Fred was there at Renegrade (sp?) Reptile booth. I saw the pair of high pink Argentine as well as the female Madagascar Ground boa. The male was not there.
