    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Gastro3003 aka Dr. Robert Brunner -- Scam Artist, Forger, Beware!

I promise you he doesn't have a lawyer. If he did he wouldn't keep claiming he does and you would have already gotten some form of contact from his lawyer.
 
A question I asked that was never answered: When was the tortoise received by Dr. Brunner?

Also maybe it's not typical in the tort world but when I've had a sick snake in quarantine pass away I had a necropsy done so I knew what I could potentially be dealing with. This was on a $150 snake not a $5000 tortoise. Why not do a necropsy to find out why it died, and if it really was sick when it was sold?
 
Seriously, I'm hoping that Brunner is not jumping up and down like a monkey and threatening the site. Lord knows he's tried to put the hush on just about everyone using any means possible.
I know Rich and the mods aren't fazed by much,but Brunner is playing the fake court card pretty hard here.
Anyway, I think we owe Rich and the mods a thank you for all they do for us.:bow01:

The doc says several times that "Northwell" legal department will be bringing doom and gloom (and jail time for a civil issue of libel?) down on the OP and probably everyone else.

Northwell is where he works. WHY on earth would his employer's legal department defend him and go after people on his behalf over a personal, non work matter?

And even if they did, surely they would be a bit put off by the doc admitting he checks fauna while in the OR? And even if "his nurse" was updating or reading the thread (which is completely 100% ridiculous) surely that is not an approved use of the nursing staff's time?

This just gets even more bizarre....

Like I told you pages ago just post what you have and stop talking about it. No one cares that you say you have more proof, they just want to see the proof. It makes you sound like a drama queen and that you are taunting the Dr. While I'm sure most here aren't too fond of the Dr most will agree that taunting him is not the adult thing to do. Your constant look at me I have more proof but I'm going to make everyone wait to see it act is really getting old and I can guarantee it's going to turn people off and they will stop reading.

How long this ordeal gets "dragged" on has nothing to do with my "[intentions]"; I think you're confused.
 
No, I'm not confused at all. You've got the capability of posting the majority - if not all - of the things you've said you plan on posting over the "days and weeks and months to come". If it isn't your intention to drag this out, why not post it now?

Yes laugh all you like but some of your ventures outside of this thread leave a lot to be desired and yes they are relevant as they show a persons nature and character.
Personally I think the good doc is so full of it his boots are overflowing and I would not go anywhere near you Ici with a very long barge pole.

As others have said MANY times already, just say what you have to say and say it now, we are all waiting anxiously.......
