Bad Guy ghanns cricket farm

ordered from ghanns cricket farm i received about 1/3 of my order and was dared by the manager to file a claim with my bank that really wasent what set me off though it was the waking up to what looks like puke but couldent be because of how long they went without "throwing up" these rancid crickets and now in total refuse to eat crickets they accept roachs only which is leading me to the assumption they are rancid crickets

theres been a prior history with pinheads not arriving in packaging and i complain everytime and note it and also take pictures and all i asked for was a refund and got a attitude i toke this to other boards and received the same feedback issues there
i would never again order from these people ive spent probly $500 in the last 6 weeks with having to replace orders almost weekly on 3 dragons because i was receiving improper ammounts the only thing changed in there diet was these crickets from ghanns! they never take responsibility because they have been around so long and they are not flawed in anyway in there minds i stated three times i can see the crickets escaping so i know im not getting full orders http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/68 ... 00854.jpg/

thats supose to be 5000 crickets plus there 10 percent overcount

my #$%^& theres 5000 crickets thats pencil thin and barely covering a third of a ten gallon tank where that line in drawn in the crickets

none of my animals would accept there foods this morning all being ghanns crickets i fed roachs and they all readily accepted them i feel horrible for my dragons for giving them that junk i was devastated to come down to plastered mounds of dead crickets and blood(from the crickets) i was so disgusting i almost lost my mind

I have to second Ed's question... what are rancid crickets? Were you feeding your dragons dead crickets?

rancid crickets are crickets that are unfeedable for reasons of disease bad gutloads or any quality concern that would harm your animal when i mean every animal would not touch ghanns crickets i mean they had even backed away from the crickets wouldent even go near my hand for them and this is by far not my dragons attitude or normal health

another issue can be dirty cages exactly as stated up top on this thread if they had been eating carcasses from other crickets they can become rancid i will try again tommorow to see if theres mass die off of what is left i will not attempt to feed these crickets

if you had seen what i saw this morning you would understand my anger i would not take pictures because my immediate concern was for the animal not my issue with the company

We got crickets delivered from Ghanns on a bi-weekly basis for YEARS and rarely had a problem. Every once in a while a shipment might come in short or the sides busted in by the carrier, but Ghanns always took care of it immediately.

And no, you are not in school, but you are posting in a public message board with the expectation that people here will be able to READ and UNDERSTAND what you are typing. You don't have to act like you are in school, but please act like you have at least BEEN to one. If you don't really care whether your message comes across to people, then why bother being here in the first place?
