    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Sorry if I helped to get this thread off topic. I was trying to keep it on track, but when Gilbert used "probable cause" incorrectly, after having talked about being a police officer, it just threw me for a loop.

That is a bit like me, as an insurance broker, not knowing what "adverse selection" means. Or like Rich, as a cornsnake breeder, not understanding the meaning of "heterozygous." It is entirely possible that people outside of the field have a limited knowledge of those terms, but real, professional business people know the most commonly used terms in their respective industries. Gilbert didn't.

So, I do not think Gilbert is a real police officer, and if he is, I do not think he is a very good one. It only matters because he brought up his position as a police officer as a bit of credibility builder. I think he's lying, but even if he is not, his credibility is shot with his total lack of understanding.

Click on the last link I provided, and ANYONE can see that Gilbert is completely wrong about something he should know frontwards and backwards. If he's IN-credible about something as basic as that, how are we ever to believe him on anything else?

Anyway, I'm finished with this thread . . .

Do I believe that Gilbert was out of line making racial remarks? Of course I do but please reflect back on your life and the times that you have done something that was uncalled for. I am quite sure you will find a few instances where you wish you could go back and change what had happened.

I would also like to commend the fellow who had the racial remarks made towards him. Even though you were wronged you have handled yourself quite well sir!

Well Gilbert, after seeing the overwhelmingly damning evidence on this site, I for one will NEVER SELL TO YOU. I am a newbie at snake breeding, but have kept them for a couple of decades. I intend to make this field my livelihood, but buyers like you are a liability, not an asset. Go to Petco.

You know Gilbert...it's amazing. I ran through the original thread on you and made a list of the folks you had abusively jerked around on deals with your childish "I've got Cash" crap. I then ran searches on the BOI on them. It took a while but you know what I found?

Almost invariably they all had one or more positive threads posted on them. Several of them have multiple good guy threads. All had virtually no negative threads stared about them. Hmmmm..... interesting.

I then ran a search on Gilbert Thompson. Would you like to know what pops up? The two threads I found (one of which is one of the BOI's most viewed) both do nothing but showcase your almost invariably adolescent, vindictive, racist, and borderline psychotic behaviour over the last few years.

Kind of makes you stop and rethink the whole credibility issue here doesn't it?

Quit while you are behind Gilbert. All your thrashing around here is doing nothing but splashing more dirt on an already ruined reputation.
 
Incidentally Gilbert Your idiotic antics have cost you deals. You inquired about a pair of Bulls I had posted on Kingsnake a couple of weeks ago and I simply deleted the inquiry without answering. I, personally, would not sell you an animal if I were broke and starving.
 
John you did not cost me a deal!! You cost yourself one! I see an animal or animals that I like and buy them. I don't care about what you have said in the past. I am in this hobby for awesome snakes not to keep score on the latest insults. You can point out all day long my past and previous faults. I think a major flaw you and a few others have is not being able to get on with your life. You talk about me acting childish?? What exactly are you doing? You are name calling and being vendictive. Take your own advice and grow before you start helping others with the task. I think I have been a lot more civil than you and a lot of others. You know what John?? I didnt have time to read all 11 or so pages, so someone may have already commented on this but what I am wondering last year giblert was claiming to be a cop or dea agent or something. If this is true i sure would be curious to see what hes commanding officers have to say about him being racist. So are you still claiming to be a cop? were you not able to finish the deal because you got called away on undercover work? That was his excuse with me, like many others he tied me up for several animals and a promise the money would be on its way then it never shown, he claimed the money was never sent because of his undercover drug work he got called away on then he couldnt finish the deal because of family emergancy or something to that effect. Now I have to ask are you really getting called away to investigate drug activity or are you investigating the drugs and how they effect a persons system youself? Your behavior, racist comments etc are way out of line for anyone sworn to protect.

If you were able to "get on with your life" as you say you would probably not still be making deplorable racist comments to people whom you, mistakenly, think have wronged you. This has been your M.O. for the last few years though and no one really thought you had changed.

I do not, as a matter of course, hold grudges. Business is business. In the 16 years I have been in this hobby I have had more deals than you have ever been involved in not materialize due to flakey buyers. I generally take it with a grain of salt and forget it. In all those years only one name has been listed as a permanent entry on my Do Not Sell List....yours. The level you take this particular type of abuse to is unique.

It has been quite entertaining watching you reinforce the opinion of yourself you created last year. I, personally, hope that those out there willing to offer a second chance to someone who put on a credible (though obviously phony) facade of having changed his tune are not gullible enough to offer a third chance to a manipulative weasel like you.

You did make one correct observation though...I do have more important things to do than bandy words with you. Enjoy whatever remnants of this hobby are left to you after this pathetic display, and a hearty thanks for inserting your foot far enough down your throat that I don't think you can possible pull it out again.

As I always have, I will proudly be displaying my animals at large shows upcoming. If anyone would like to see me in person or see my animals or comment to me about something good, bad or otherwise, you are welcome to do so. I do not hide behind behind my computer. The computer is just a tool. I will be out at the shows in public Gilbert. You just keep hiding and running away. And just like the cowardly attacks on me that had no basis in fact you now attack Jason with the suggestion that he has lost a bunch of rodent customers for some mystery reason that you assert. How great would it be if Jason sued your ass for attempting to destroy his ability to make a living with accusations that you have no evidence of and can't prove? You know you are just throwing out more lies. You did not like what he said so you came up with a derrogotory comment about his business that has no basis in fact. I sell 100% out of everything, Ive been turning away new costumers for weeks beause I dont have anything in stock. Now on the other hand Mr so called police man, I have to ask what would happen if your superiors seen how your racist????? Would you be [bleep] canned out on the street? What I want to know is this....

Is it me or has Gilbert NOT made a full apology to John? I believe a full, detailed, apology to John would be the decent thing to do, whether Gilbert feels it will help this case or not. I feel that John deserves that.

I do believe that Christ ( God in the flesh ) would want you to do that Gilbert, don't ya think?
