    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

From the descriptions given in many posts, above, this sounds like a horrible place. But I agree with Harald's assessment and if there is a no refund policy, I do not believe you are going to receive a refund.
I'm wondering if your critter is still alive since it was back in January that you bought it and then returned it. If it is, and the deal was that the owner took it to sell for you, you could perhaps have a friend pick it up and sell it for you.

I do have ideas for you about medical help and social services, but those are not really within the scope of this thread so you are welcome to send me a PM.

That little voice screamed when you entered the store and found it disgusting yet you went ahead and made a purchase.

You should have resisted.

His policy is his policy and hiroshi is a liar and a theif. He always has been, he always will be.

I doubt you'll get anything from him, but you might try small claims court IF you have any paperwork to back your claims. Without paperwork, you may be better off concentrating on your well being outside of this deal.
