    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hello my name is Ryan Devine I have been breeding crested geckos and ball pythons for a few years now and recently purchased 3 ball pythons from Herps ETC. After seeing the business he did with my friend Nick I decided I would buy from him. I orginally ordered a Calico Het Albino Fml, and a 2012 het pied fml. We were gonna ship before the holidays, but weather issues delayed that once, but wasn't a big deal due to unnecessary risk to the snakes. He kept in contact with me and asked if today would be good to ship last Friday. I said yes that asked about any males for sale for my collection. He gave me a good price on a 2013 pastel Mochi male, and added that to the shipment. Last night gave me the tracking number and told me this morning when he dropped them off at the airport. 4 hours later picked them up at Tampa Int. They arrived safe and healthy. They are now in quarantine until I see fit to add to my collection. Great experience with Carson and will do business with him again in the near future.
 
Interesting he could ship to you since he told Guy he could not ship until next week due to weather.
 
one bad experience does not make a bad guy. i bought a snake from Carson had a great transaction, service, and quality of the animal was good ate next day i got him and has been a chow hound, exceptiional color and quality would not hesitate to buy from carson again.

He mentions that he picked up same day, at the airport. Sounds like delta dash, not FedEx overnight so the weather isn't a factor, just more expensive obviously.

What you call a "bad experience", I call a scam. Lucky you for not having to wait three years for your wonderful experience. Of course he has to make every transaction perfect now to solicit for a good guy post. But I'm sure you weren't asked to come here or promised anything extra, wink wink. Glad you had a successful transaction and weren't one of his victims. Best of luck with your new pets.
 
He is supposed to be sending Guys snakes Delta. Guy did tell me that since this post Carson has setup to ship next Monday. The snakes were never supposed to be sent Fedex.

First off I am not getting anything from him in return from a post, wink wink. second I bought a snake from him well over 5 months ago, well before this new post ever came to light. third I would be willing to bet you can dig up a bad post about any big breeder in the industry. my experience was good that what I posted to nothing more nothing less. i now remember why I have not interacted on this site for a long time.
 
Yes, Carson shipped the snakes to me airport to airport the snakes were on a plane for 3 hours and came perfectly healthy. I had just seen the bad guy thread this weekend due to normally using kingsnake or Facebook. And, believed I needed to share my experience due to what I think is some unnecessary amount of postings on the bad guy thread read 3 pages and it bored me. Looked like issues were solved so I stopped reading. Also began payments on 3 snakes before the bad guy thread went up. So thank you have a nice day
 
On another note... The BOI is a great tool I used to it to decide not to buy from a seller in California. I wanted to get a hypo firefly, but read nothing... Nothing but bad reviews on the seller so decided not to. That's when I asked Carson about adding a male to the order in the same price range and chose the pastel mochi. I will continue doing business with him. I have 3 local friends in the Tampa area that have had nothing but good to say about him as well. Mistakes happen and if the seller corrects it then that's great!

The BOI is also a great tool for getting people's money back three years after a transaction. In the same way it swayed you from a seller in California, it will sway others from a seller in N.J. Truly an awesome "tool" indeed.
 
I have bought some very nice quality snake from Carson. He's a great guy and will talk as long as you need to and always answers any questions I have. I will always recommend and buy from him.

Did you submit a good guy post for that transaction? Or did you wait for this special occasion?

Do you just have a bad taste in your mouth for Carson? The previous "bad guy" post that you keep referring everything to was handled wether it was 3 day Or 3 years the customer and Carson have come to an agreement. With that being said why don't you just leave it and that and quit trying to bash a good breeder/seller.

Apparently, you don't know the meaning of "bash". If you do know the meaning, then you are simply being melodramatic. I have no bad taste in my mouth for Carson. No dislike, no animosity, no emotions whatsoever. Same goes for guy. The "agreement" hasn't been completely fulfilled. Didn't know he was a breeder. Did know he was a good seller. He could sell an ice cube to an Eskimo. In any case, nothing can be said here that will change the fact that Guy was a vitim of Carson's deceptive ways. Not the other way around. I simply wondered why a few posters in this thread waited til this thread to post their wonderful experiences with Carson. Legitimate question. One you didn't like. Interesting.

It is certainly a relevant piece of information for future potential customers that any transaction takes three years. Those customers have a right to that information and to choose whether they would want to wait that long for a transaction to proceed.

The complaint is not completely taken care of according to the customer who still has questions for Carson, so it seems that the parties themselves still have issues.
