So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I was contacted by phone and email two days ago by a woman in Gainesville, Fl who alleges that Troy and Kellie Wikel are there and have pulled a scam involving the purchase of her pet shop. Apparently, the Wikel's lied to the woman's business broker and got access to the shop where they stole three weeks worth of sales before being ordered off the premises. The woman now claims that the Wikel's are actually suing her.

A few posts back there was some Aaron Solinger bashing going on, I met the guy and I think he is really nice and is nothing like Troy, he had to separate himself from them because they are trash, but I don't think he is anything like them. Maybe someone should call that Manuel Becerra guy, is that the dad of jaiden? Maybe they can file kidnapping charges against them, that would hold them there in Florida and get them arrested? If that is the dad??
 
Since you live near and were once a friend of Troy's perhaps you could contact his ex wife in California and check the status of the child support he is not paying. Why mot call her attention to this and encourage her to file a warrant for his arrest. If such a warrant is already active you might find her and keep her up to date.

My name is Aaron Solinger and after reading the posts, and reading about all of the lies that I had no idea was going on, I have decided to post a message here. As Michael Jacobi kindly put it, I am the "terrible country singer" that was at the July 4th show last year and had no idea what was happening behind the scenes. I had known Troy for about ten years, but lost contact with him about 6 years ago until last year when I decided to move here from California. To make a long story somewhat short, I loaned Troy and Kellie more than a thousand dollars, so they could advertise for that show (radio ads), and they were going to re-imburse me for the cost of the ads when the show was done. They had sold me that the show would be great and indeedd had a nice plan. When I asked them after the show about getting my money back, they told me the same thing that they told most of you. "The show was a bomb abd they could not get my moneyback to me and that they were so sorry". They never told me thank you for helping them out! Last year, I found out that Troy was using my own songs as his to promote himself and try to get financial backing. I was contacted by several people who knew of my music and asked Troy was singing and/or written these songs. I responded that they were my songs and my voice indeed. This is when I started to figure out who Troy really was. I was living with them when I first arrived here but caught onto their con-artist mentality and moved out. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, however, I work very hard to be good and what I do and am very upset that I was used by Troy and Kellie, both personally, finalcially and professionally, as were most of you. I do not need people like those two associated with me while I try to pursue a career in music. I have learned a great deal about Troy and Kellie over the last few months and it makes me sick to my stomach. I feel so, so sorry for their kids and pray that they will not follow in the footsteps of their parents. I also feel sorry for their father Larry, who is such a nice man who wanted to help them out with their house so he could be close to his grandkids. He lost a whloe lot because of Troy and Kellie. Against my better judgement, while Kellie told me that her and Troy were getting a divorce, I did what I thought was a nice gesture. I moved out of my house and contacted my landlord to see if Kellie could move in with the kids when I moved out and gave a nice reference for her. She told me that she could not afford the deposits necessary to move in, so I left them in my name for a month and a half until she was evicted and I was stuck with the resulting bills. That was the last I had spoken to any of the Wikels. I have heard many things since then about warrants, evictions and criminal activity since then and I encourage any of you to contact me should you have any questions, or if I can be of any assitance to you. I want to thank every one for their help. We are still working on the case against Troy & Kellie. I have spoken to Melissa and will call Aaron. I also have a P.I. looking for information on Alice. I have left messages for Emanuel but have not gotten a reply. It has been a long couple of days the stress of all this has caused my husband (we are not young) to have a slight stroke and he has been in the hospital for a few days. He's home now and we are back on the trail. We go to court on Tues in Gainesville FL at 1:00 everyone is invited (hey if you can't laugh) after we kick their butts we plan to continue to pursue this till we put them down.

I have spoken to Manuel Becerra and he is Jaiden's Father. Kellie took Jaiden from him when he was 18 months old. Kellie I do not believe had permission to take him out of state, but she did anyway. Kellie Lynn Swift has a bench warrant issued for her out of Orange County I found out today. Kate you might want to check that out.

I just wanted to say thank you to Melissa for taking the time to talk with Manuel tonight! We really appreciate the time you took to fill us in with what is/has been happening with Jaiden. We would also like to thank everyone who has been trying to get together enough information to put Troy and Kellie away for a long time! As you all know we live in California and it is very hard for us to know what exactly is going on out there in Florida and in Tennessee. Well the court date went well Kellie showed but Troy did not. Kellie tried to bull the judge. She had hand written balance sheet Trying to convince the court she spent her own money and made all this money for the pet store and didn't spend any. She claimed we owed her about $4000.00 after rent payments and was asking for 15,000.00 in damages.
I of course presented a Quickbooks accounting and the balanced bank statements. Proving they never deposited cash into the bank and not only spent the sales for the few weeks they were there, they also spent all the money that was in my account before they ever got there, leaving me zip, zero and bust. I also had a copy of her bank statement (I am an forensic accountant) which she couldn't believe I had gotten a hold of. I proved with it they deposited the 10,000.00 down with a bad check that bounced 3 days later. its pretty good when you use their own statements against them.
To say the least we won. I still own a pet store
During the hearing my husband, who is an attorney asked Kellie if she had any warrants on her. She replied no. At the end of the hearing I presented the Judge and Kellie a copy of the open warrent from CA for Driving on a supended license and jumping bail.
Hopefully the alachua county sheriff will be paying a visit. We are not to hopefull on this because the charge is not enough to extradite her.
That is all for now; I want to thank everyone for all the help you have given and be assured I have not stopped.
If anyone has any information, even if it seems small e-mail me or call anything to put these two away I will pursue. I'm still working on the wife in CA and child support Troy owes.

I just wanted to give you an update of what has been going on in So Cal. Manuel received a call from Jerry West from the Gainesville Department of Child Services. She said that she had looked into Kellie and Troy and the kids. She had a long discussion with Manuel and she told him that she had interviewed Kellie and she had seen wehre they were living and didnt see anything wrong. Apparently it is ok for the kids to sleep on pallet (as long as they are not on the floor) in Florida. So there was no reason for Manuel to be worried about Jaiden. YEAH RIGHT!!! We have a feeling that Kellie has already started her sob story with Jerry!! If anyone can get us any information we would greatly appreciate it. We are very worried about Jaiden. He should not be sleeping on a Palet. He should be sleeping in a nice bed (that we can provide) along with a loving home and he will not have to take care of his younger sister. he will only have one job and that is to be a kid! So please if anyone has any information.

They have been very helpfull and last I knew were going to turn off their elec.

Yeah that is the impression that we got from her when Manuel was talking with her. She seemed to have already heard Kellie's story and didnt want to hear what Manuel had to say. It was very frustrating talking with her! I will try and give their landlord a call and see if they can help us out. Thank you for the information. Reliable sources place Troy back in Tennessee. I wonder if he has any custodial rights or has broken any laws if he took Jaiden with him (crossing state lines). Kelli got a continuation yesterday until late August. The case for the FL Attorney General's Office appears to be a slam dunk! Identity theft, writing bad checks on a closed account, bank fraud, along with a few other felony charges have the potential to place her behind bars for a considerable length of time. If anyone in California has the ability to legally go after Troy you will be doing the public a great disservice if you fail to follow through or initiate proceedings against this human waste! Much thanks to Kate for her tenacity and willingness to seek justice regardless of the personal inconvenience! I implore everyone to contact Kate through this medium and make a concerted team effort to share your personal experiences with Troy & Kelli with the Fl Attorney General's Office and the presiding judge.
