Greg Vanzweden to be avoided as a customer or a seller ~ Possible Mental Illness

Greg had paid with a echeck via paypal and told me it probably would not clear so he had you pay me as well. I want to wait and see exactly what was going on. If Gregs check would have cleared I would have shipped directly to him and refunded your payment. Now in one email Greg told me that the email addy you just provided([email protected]) was in deed not his, but his wifes, girlfriends or whomever she is. Man I hate the smell of fish....

Matt, if I was you I would just put this whole thing to bed and move on. I really do not see what else can be accomplished. Quit wasting your time with this persons (these peoples?) nonsense and go find something fun or constructive to do.

the reason i didnt want to reply again is because this is getting crazy. i said i read the emails not that i had access to them. i am not greg and cannot get in his email. i did feel that i needed to say that it took 15 days for the items to arrive (matt posted it was because of an echeck- that was not sent by me- i paid on the jan 15th directly from my account not an echeck that has to clear and it was the 30th before the items were shipped so waiting for a check to clear is not the case with me) and that i didnt know that 2 boxes were sent until after the first box arrived and i had greg contact matt. i had to pay the extra shipping costs which were minimal and not a big deal- leaving work early and waiting a half an hour was more of an issue with me and not to mention my boss. all im going to say about the email that i have read at least some of the emails between greg and matt are neither one one of them is always polite or professional but since i didnt write them and just read them and dont have direct access to them i cannot post them for you. what i do know is true when i paid and when the items were shipped which was 15 days. also there was not enough shipping so one box wasnt received until i could leave work early to get it. this is a mix up and things like that happen but normally the seller apolgizes to the buyer at least. i didnt start this bashing thread but i felt that matt didnt tell the full story and i thought i should at least try even though it has seemed to done little good. now hopefully i can be at peace and let this go.

OK I am going to finish this off with blatant facts and will let it alone as your right Sammy.. This is in chronological order but I am not taking up the time to look for all the dates(getting ready to go try out my new SAR-1 AK -47)

Order was placed for flexwatt
order was returned and a credit was issued of 43.19
wanted to put in a different order for a total of 159.14
Greg sent me an echeck from is paypal for 106.00
Emailed me and said echeck would not clear
had sister send me the balance minus credit via paypal for 106.00
received return from Greg for the 43.19
Waited to see if echeck from Greg was going to clear
Date for clearance was changed on paypal(sign of insufficient funds)
Shipped order (in 2 boxes)using the funds from Greg's Sister
Received email that there was a package that was waiting for them at the post office
Greg received the order
Started getting crazy, rude, vulgar emails from Greg
Posted this topic on the BOI
Started getting emails and phone calls from friends about kingsnake postings
Had Greg banned from Kinsnake
Started receiving emails from "Greg" stating it was not him that has done all this
Started having Greg's sister posting on Greg's behalf
NOW thats everything, cut & dry

As for your comment as the seller usually apologizes to the buyer..lol.. Your kidding right. I have done nothing wrong here to warrent an apologize but be patient and polite when called names, had my business threatened and threatened with a lawsuit.. So no way in hates would I apologize for something that I have bent over backwards to make the customer happy. Your brother and his kin have some issues that need some attention and possible some medical intervention..Good Day!

So what exactly is that e-mail supposed to prove? That you ordered some thermostats? Show us the ones where you couldn't balance your check book and then blamed matt for your poor accounting. Or perhaps the ones that your wife supposedly sent, then she became just your fiancee, then you became a 14 year old boy whose daddy was going to sue Matt and own his company, etc....... When are you going to get to explaining the e-mail claiming it was Greg jr. that was responsible and a minor and how you were going to sue Matt and own his business? You would be better served to take your time and proof read any responce you may make in regards to the issue. Trust me when I say that anything you post will be compared against material that was submitted previously and you will be made to look foolish when caught in your own web of attempted deceit.... Smarter people than you have tried to smear a good guy here on the BOI and failed miserably....

Matt, your customer service is excellent. We have done business together many, many times and I would never hesitate to do it again...in fact you are the only person I call when I need supplies...of course now I know why you never answer the phone...with people like this trying to get ahold of you...I wouldn't either...LOL.

Matt, just to clear things up, when did you receive the returned flex watt? You did say it was hectic, how long was the delay on your end from being hectic?

You clearly stated you would not send the other shipment out until the echeck cleared AND you receive the returned products. This will help Kathryn and us understand why it took 15 days for you to ship out.

Also Kathryn, you cannot blame Matt for USPS taking up 30 minutes of your time.

For those who are not really familiar with Paypal...

As far as I know, a paypal payment pulled from your bank account DOES equal an e-check and DOES take several days to clear and for the recipient to receive the funds. Even if it is taken out of the sender's bank account right away, that doesn't mean that the recipient has received it. That banking transfer time might account for some of the delay, but not everyone may realize that is how Paypal works.
