Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

She has libeled and slandered my name so charges will be filed against her once my name is clear.

Candace....don't you have a record and, like, 4 failures to appear THIS YEAR? You're a regular salt-of-the-Earth kinda gal, huh? How clear do you think your name will get? Why all the no-shows if you are innocent?

The first story was she received a check from me buying her reptiles. I asked her to please give me the information off the check and or an image ao I could see what happened.
After asking for the image the second story was I stole her reptiles.

The check has been presented, WITH your signature and driver's license number. TWO people can verify that it was you. You have a history of 'questionable' experiences with checks and the legal system. Since the check bounced, I'd say you stole her animals, too.....

I think you believe that since you introduced yourself to Renee as Kira, you'll come out of this smelling like a rose. But it's not a rose you are smelling like to me, it's the :censored: the rose is planted in.

Also I want to see proof that you were "In and Out". Unless you coughed up the bail money, then you might have been "In and Out", but I doubt that you coughed that up.

Candace, I think it's in your best interest to just pay Renee back. Regardless if it was "you" or not :rolleyes: I think that would go along way in court because with your history and this incident, you most likely WILL be back in jail. The story you have isn't going to work and Judges aren't stupid. Fixing this might work the situation out for you a little, but hey, it's your life.

She posted bail, 1,000.00 Dennis, she now has a court date, and she is not free as a bird as she would like all of us to ASSume....:rofl: I do have a few friends in high places here, on the inside shall we say. :rolleyes:

She did not take care of anything, except buying a little time. I will say this, she better have her Kara in court with her, cause a judge don't take kindly to hearsay, especially when it comes to people that don't even exist.

I think I will show up, I am gonna love seeing her squirm in a court of law. I can also answer a few questions that the judge might need to ask. One being, did she tell you she wrote a check to Renee? Answer: YES.

I know I'm late to this party - but it just doesn't make sense, because it never happened. It's a fabrication that you are trying to sell to anyone dumb enough to believe you.

YOU wrote the check, YOU are the person who met Renee, and YOU are the one who is trying desperately to deflect, deflect, deflect.
 
Just something that's bothering me. Now that Candace has done an "In and Out", and now is awaiting a court date...... Who is Scott Carrer???? And why did he feel the need to get involved to tell me that she died in a car crash? To try and throw me off? I guess he'll get off free and clear. Below is an email he sent me.... (notice his email is ALSO from the Northwest Florida Hedgehog Rescue). Just wondering at this point.

I dont even know what to say about that... I would hope its not true but then again I really hope someone wouldn't joke about a thing like that. I would really like to see this problem get resolved and get her life in order and back on the right track.
 
All the Law was concerned about was the check. The Emails are pretty much on page 27/28 of this thread. And, now I have a possible "libel/slander" suit against me? Really? Sorry, All I did was state the truth.... Candace Eve Beach is a Liar and a Thief. Candace, I've dealt with people like you, seems like, all my life, and all I can say is Good Luck with that! I'll give you some advice that was given to me too late in life, and that advice is...."Choose your battles!" This is already costing you more than what you can afford, or what you should've paid in the first place. 800 vs 1000. Do we need to do the math for you? And to add to that..... Selling stolen property, Misleading the police, Giving false infomation, etc. This is the last time I will PUBLICLY offer you a way out if I can. Make this right and I will go to court FOR you and say that you are trying to make it right. After all the emails I sent to you trying to make this right, and you didn't, after getting Scott involved, and at this point, going to court, and possibly getting the rest of your immediate family involved, I would try to help you and your family to correct this and talk to whomever I can. This is my final plea to you so you don't have to suffer. You are young and I would still want to see you make your life a good one. Last chance. This will probably get a lot of people mad at me, but if it helps this situation, it doesn't matter what people think. I just want things to be made right. Please keep in mind, this is going against my feelings, my vendictivness, and my hate towards people that try to scam others. I would only hope that you have learned your lesson and would'n't try this again. This is it. Think about it, and let me know.
 
No no no please don't offer her a way out! She needs to be held accountable for her actions. She's been in trouble for checks before and if you help let her off easy all your doing is proving to her that it's easy to manipulate people. Her lawsuit is BS, anyone can sue for any reason that doesn't mean you need a lawyer, if everything you have stated is correct and she is going to lose that battle. She's using a lawsuit as intimation to scare you
 
I'm not intimidated easily, but I can't help but keep her age in mind. Trust me, it's VERY hard for me to offer my assistance, but Everyone screws up in life, and at this point, I'm trying to make her realize that there's still hope coming from someone that's screwed up as well (not necessarily the same way). She deserves one last chance. But, trust me when I say, this is my last chance to give her.
 
Yeah she's young and has done this in the past. She didn't learn before and still denies what she has done to you. What she needs is a long stay away from the public. Some people are just bad and that's what she is. Look at everyone on Fauna that has helped you out, do you want to help her so she can do this to one of them?
 
Good point... No! This has been torture to be perfectly honest. I have gone through some pretty bad things in within a weeks time. Honestly, the past three months I have thought about almost everybad thought you could immagine. PM me or email me, and I can fill you in on it all. This has almost taken my life due to depression and this issue. So, no, I don't want to see anyone go through this. but it just kills me to know her age and that people screw up. I desperately want her to straighten up, but you're right, I can't change her. I can't help her. After all, she's trying to threaten a suit against me for telling the truth. So, you're right.
