In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Has anyone dealt with Cameron or Ashley Glucheff

Ritchie Luna said:
she is a special ed teacher.
her husband is in the military
her father is a retired district attorney.

As a person who previously worked with attorneys, courts, police, customs, and etc... I have seen plenty of district attorneys in trouble! Same goes for military and special ed. teachers.

I've seen several from each job description get their butts hauled into court over really stupid stuff.. Ie: drunk driving, child abuse, killing their significant other.. you name it, its happened.

Just because you are military, district attorney, or a teacher, even a police officer, doesn't mean you are A+ perfect.

I feel sorry for the mother, as a parent myself, for not seeing how her child is not only taking advantage of the seller, but also his own mother. She needs to learn how to raise him. Liars are worthless in today's society.

It is extremely sad that such a beautiful little boa died in the hands of someone who obviously had no idea how to care for the snake.

Oh, and about the photos: frozen snakes, when thawed, have very sunken in eyes and tissues. Sorry kid, those photos were of a freshly dead snake, NOT a thawed-out snake.

Thank you for posting this, if Coast To Coast or anyone by the other names listed here attempts to contact me about any of my reptiles, I will toss their e-mail into the trash.

Does this mean it's over?

Please tell me this thread is on it's last page! I feel like I am watching American Idol.... it sux so bad I just can't look away!

To Anthony

I hope you have kept current with all posts on this thread. The facts remain that Scott sent healthy snake, Cam received dead snake, you were the last one to have seen it alive.

You can save your reputation by being truthful and sharing the last days of this snake with many that have been drawn into this story. The people here are not unreasonable and this situation is particularly difficult to reconcile without your participation. Accidents happen, it's our actions afterward that are more important. Can you explain to us why YOU believe that Scott should refund any money on this lovely animal?

Thank you.

Cameron, & Mrs. Glucheff

the game is over you will not have any case unless YOU have a necrospy done , to rule out any fault of the reciever! What you have to do is find that the shipper is responsable for the death of the animal! The adult you had the snake shipped to has stated that the snake was healthy when he recieved it! I suggest you sue him for killing your snake!

If he was not responsible for the death he would surley post(I know that anyone with integrity would) of course They don't out that in the water out there!

Cameron, & mommy should look into other hobbies(like collecting stamps) You can not kill stamps!

Mommy, You asking to go on Judge Judy shows your level of integrity! ( anyone that wants to air there dirty laundry on TV shows what you truley want ANOTHER PHOTO OP!

C & M I do hope and pray that Dad Gets home alright!!!!!!!!
The Last thing we need is to loose another American In War!!!
(I may Not agree with the way you feel about the Snake Deal, But I always stand behind our Troops!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

All corespondents will have to be present in court!!!! PLEASE don't forget this!! This means Anthony Also!

BTW if you can prove that the seller has anything to do with
the death of this animal, the tides will change!, However you have shown NOTHING!!

All of your friends that have posted on here can not deal with facts! You have not answered the Questions placed before you! Until you do you will not be taken seriously!~!!!!!!
Hopefully you will read and answer the Questions, instead of running from them!!

BTW I make quite a bit more money then your Parents, and this is the first time I have Mentioned It! ya know why? because it is not relevent!!!!!

in the words of a smart guy " Did you eat a Bowl of Dumb Ass for Breakfast?" nevermind don't answer that!!

Cameron

I am curious as well to hear the answers to the questions that have been repeatedly asked and ignored by you. I think it is time to fish or cut bait little boy. Answer the questions like the adult you tried to pass yourself off as or find someplace else to whine.

If you want to gain any credibility or respect here the only path to take is an honest one. So far that is not the direction you have been traveling.

I am curious as well to hear the answers to the questions that have been repeatedly asked and ignored by you.
Unfortunately, it's not going to happen, John.

Cameron (or whomever is logging in on Cameron's account today) has been here consistently (is here now, in fact) but chooses to only respond to questions about his Dad's rank in the military.

It's a shame. An animal is dead, Cameron is not using this opportunity to learn about proper husbandry from some of the brightest people in this hobby, and Ashley seems to think that her education, income, husband, or tragic circumstances has lifted her to a higher plane than other people.

Hopefully, Anthony is reading this, and possibly has learned something about feeding/heating from this thread. I hope so. I really do feel sorry for him....he was just trying to do a favor for someone, and the animal died. Now, of course, he's permanently affiliated with the Gluhcheff clan, so I doubt he'll ever come forward and announce who he is.

Oh well.

I *do* commend Scott for departing from this thread. I know it must be killing him to keep his mouth shut. It would be driving me nuts, I know.

I never stated I would present my case here, I have shown parts, but obviously the whole case has not been revealed you can see this when Scott even said that he would save the factual e-mails for court, or something like that.

Jungle, when I said that earlier, I meant to put it into a seperate post. My bad. It was not aimed towards you. I accidentily put it in the wrong place.

Since we all seem to love scenarios so much, I think I will offer up another one. A child, roughly 17 years old walks into a liquor store. He walks up to the counter with a six-pack. The clerk believes him to be 21 and sells him the beer. As the child is getting into his car with his beer, a cop comes over. The cop asks, "How old are you?" and he tells the cop his real age. Would the clerk be in trouble for selling him the beer? Is it his fault? He assumed his age and did not check for an I.D. The clerk as we all know, would be punished.

Also, I would like to address the Reptibid TOS from another angle. It states, "If you do not meet these requirements, you are not eligible to use these auction services." However, I did not use the auction services. I spoke with Scott via e-mail and bought it through that. Not once did I place a bid. Therefore, I did not use the "auction services".

Scott, when did I get these "several pics"? At least I think you said several earlier. I'd rather not go through 60 some odd pages to look it up. I have all of my saved emails and I have gone through them. I have one additional picture. It isn't that great, but if you look close, it almost looks like he has a kink in his neck. Wonder whats up with that.

Another thing, Davey called me partner. According to someone here, not sure who, this means one of two things. After seeing his pic, I would definetely not have sex with him, so he must have a part in this as well. Davie, what is your part in our supposed business? Are you the b!1<#..... I mean secretary?

I have decided I am going to go "Scott style" and sit here and watch everything. I am not saying this is my last post, but it may be. I may just jump in every several pages or so with something so be prepared. This is true, unless of course I get suspended or removed for this site for some reason.

I was throwing around the word partner as you did in your posts, mocking you.Nothing more, partner.

Hey there wonderson, child of wondermom, could you point out this LUMP you are imagining in that picture?

What a crock of BS.

Hang out, try to be clever. It won't change the fact that you are a spoiled little liar and your mom isn't much, if any come to think of it, better.

You two are just plain BAD. Bad morals, bad ethics, bad reptile keeping abilities, bad bad bad.

Wes Pollock

Um, Cameron.. You do realize that yes, you didn't use the bidding option to make a bid on the animal, but you did how ever email Scott through the reptibid email system to contact him. So you technically did use reptibid to attempt the purchase. Not argueing/fighting over this, as it was a question I had whether you were even a member. After I made the last post asking this question Scott was kind enough to email me to answer my questions.

Later

Also, I would like to address the Reptibid TOS from another angle. It states, "If you do not meet these requirements, you are not eligible to use these auction services." However, I did not use the auction services. I spoke with Scott via e-mail and bought it through that. Not once did I place a bid. Therefore, I did not use the "auction services".

Had you not used the auction services, how did you know Scott was selling the snake? That is the only place it was advertised.

Had you not used the auction services, how did you have Scotts's email address? Clicking on a link that opens an email to Scott through reptibid is using a service of reptibid.I know you didnt just guess that there was a guy at a random email address that had a boa you wanted, type it in an TADA, A PURCHASE!

Had you not used the auction services , I wonder what this is:

A possible buyer: Coasttocoastreptiles has posted a question about item Awesome DH Ghost Male, Make some ghosts, make some $s.

To respond to the question: to
http://www.reptibid.com/cgi-bin/auc...uestion&category=b_snake_boas&item=1081877019

To view the auction item:

Thanks for using Reptile Auction!

Any clue what that could be? If nobody guesses it, Ill share with you what thats all about.

First of all, Ms. Terese: You're right, I am NOT going to address any more of your questions even if they have not been answered. I will answer them when it becomes necessary, such as in court. I have a feeling that you people aren't thoroughly reading my posts. Otherwise you would see that I have addressed most of the questions one way or another.

Everyone seems more worried about what my dad does, what my mon does and how we live. Even the moderator posted about the reserves. When did this become about how I live? Someone even called my mom a liar about how much she makes and next they will be asking for a copy of her paystub. I even had some idiot say that my dad could not be in Iraq because he is only in the National Guard. Some one when on about what an NCO is and how it is an honoray title. The army sure uses it a lot maybe they need to remove it from their vocabulary and remove it from the manuals. This could be your crusade to correct the army on the correct teminolgy and proper usage. If it makes you feel better I will just call him MSG Gluhcheff- like it really matters!! You forgot to mention your rank when you bagged on my dad. So were you like a General or something- HA HA? If that is all you are looking at then you are pretty closed minded. We have gone on and on for pages about nothing!!!
Several people go on and on about answering their questions. I am sure that if you go back and read everything you will find the questions were answered-over and over and over. They may not be the exact same questions but are pretty close. This is getting old and really stupid. You also take one sentence out paragraph and twist it to fit your needs. When you quote you should try quoting in the context it was used. Oh wait them it would no longer fit your needs so why the HELL would you do that. I can go through your comments take things out of context to make it look like you are supporting me. That would be great but then we would have a lot more pages about nothing because you really have nothing to say!! Get over yourself!! It must be so great to be so perfect! Damn I hope I can be like you one day. This should be a great quote for you to take out of context!!! It will make you feel big and important.

The BIG QUESTION IS

How come Scott hasn't answered my questions???? If thing were reversed how would he handle the situation? Did he answer this even though I have asked over and over and over again? NOPE
Ask your self why hasn't he. What is he hiding?
My mom even offered to pay for half of the test upfront and have Scott pay for the other half. Did he respond to this-NO Why?
She also wanted to make an agreement prior to the test being done. If the snake was sick Scott would refund the price plus our half of the costs for the test but if the tests goes in Scott favor she will send him back the money that he paid for his half of the test. She wants to do this so it is a binding agreement. Scott won't even respond to this. He must feel that he has something to lose if he does, like my $350 and Bruce's $100. I am glad we split the cost for things like a business does, you know right down the middle.
If you have questions for Scott you can reach himand his wife Jacquelyn at their house. Their phone number is 847-543-9577 or you can just drop by his house if this is easier because he lives at 699 Snow Cap CT, Gurnee, IL 60031. Or you can email him at scottcotey@aol. com I am sure that he won't mind me sharing his private information with you since he posted mind. Feel free to call him anytime day or night. If you can't reach him there he works for FED-EX and they should be able to locate him for you. I am sure Webslave won't have a problem with me posting this, because after multiple emails, mine is still up.

If you were in my position and knew that you had done nothing wrong would you persue it or would you just be out $350 for a snake that you honestly believe was sick when it was sold? Go back and look at the picture and you can see the kink I am talking about. I didn't see it untill I enlarged the picture. Interesting!! I do not know who it is that is so great with pictures, but please, blow that one up and LOOK for the kink. I believe you will also be able to cut it out(so that the photo will fit on the site) and share it with everyone. Lets play a game of Where's Giant Waldo?

It is easy to sit here and judge people but put yourself in my position and take a new look at the situation. What would you expect to happen? Be honest it is easy to say that you you would let it go or some other bull[**censored**] like that but we know that that is not the truth. especially if you knew you were right and had done nothing wrong.

I know I said I would stop, but I had to do one more.

HAVE FUN QUOTING ME AND TWISTING MY WORDS AROUND!!!!

To respond topic of the number of CA National Guard's Men who are in Iraq, my father's unit is attached to the 1st Battalion, 185th Armor. This unit is made up up soliers from three different states- Washington, California, and I think the other is Missouri.
The figure of activated CA Guardsmen is entirely accurate, and comes directly from the office of Maj Gen Eres. For argument's sake, let's just go with the fact that multiple Guard units from separate states are being deployed in the same package... this still does not increase the number of CA guardsmen activated. Of that original figure of 3,187, less than a third were sent to Iraq on this deployment.

My mom meant that all of the reservists together make up 65% of our military force. These are the soldiers who do one weekend a month and two weeks in the summer.
Even if we take into account the Reserves, the total number of weekend warriors comprises 40% of the military's end strength.

Thats what happens when you are a high ranking officer.
Your father is not an officer. He's what's referred to as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer. There's a huge difference there. Your father is a high ranking enlisted member, but an officer he is not. An officer is someone who holds the pay grade of O-1 though O-10. An O-1, fresh out of college and with no military experience whatsoever, outranks your father.

Second highest doesn't account for anything.
Realistically... Not as much in the Guard/Reserves as it does on Active Duty. To keep retention from being a problem, Guard and Reserve units are top-heavy with rank. This is unavoidable, since no one's going to re-enlist if it is impossible for them to advance beyond E-3, for instance. Rank in the Guard/Reserves is more often determined by what slot you're occupying. The promotion system of the Guard and Reserve, by necessity, is much different than that of the Active Duty force.

"By Spring some 40 percent of the roughly 110,000 U.S. soldiers heading into Iraq will be from the National Guard and Reserves."
This statement does nothing to support any claim you have made.

I sure hope that newspaper has the info correct becasue I would hate to think that the only person who knows about what is happening in Iraq is the moderator on a repitile forum. Where did you get your info?
The statistics I've provided are direct from the DoD and the Adjutant General of the CANG.

FYI kid, I've been there and done that. My knowledge on this subject comes from firsthand experience. I've spent more time in the Middle East, along with various other places, than anyone would care to. This "moderator on a reptile forum" does it for a living.

When you've actually donned the uniform and obtained some appreciable experience, then you can come back and share your knowledge of the military. Then, and only then, will you actually have a clue.

Regardless, I wish your father a speedy and safe return from his deployment.

Now then. let's bring this back on topic (with a few drifts off-topic), shall we...

We both know how to care for snakes as long as they are alive
It would seem otherwise, since the snake died in Anthony's care after arriving alive and healthy.

Of course, that scenario needs to be modified to fit this circumstance. So let's just add in there that the kid used a fake ID to purchase his beer, but had the clerk give his purchase to an adult. The adult then keeps the beer in the trunk of his car for several days, allowing it to get skunked. The snot-nosed kid, now disappointed with his skunked beer, returns to the store demanding his money back.

This quote and your silly little game of semantics goes a long way to demonstrate a lack of integrity.

When did this become about how I live?
Ask your mother, because she's the one who brought it up.

Someone even called my mom a liar about how much she makes and next they will be asking for a copy of her paystub.
I believe I put an end to that. Anyone who goes on that tangent again will get a warning for off-topic posting, and the post will be subject to deletion.

I even had some idiot say that my dad could not be in Iraq because he is only in the National Guard.
Point that one out to me, and I'll be more than happy to review it and see if it warrants a warning. As you can see, I have little patience for misinformation being posted about the US Armed Forces.

Some one when on about what an NCO is and how it is an honoray title. The army sure uses it a lot maybe they need to remove it from their vocabulary and remove it from the manuals. This could be your crusade to correct the army on the correct teminolgy and proper usage.
You were the one who claimed your father is an officer. It was corrected with an explanation of what a NCO actually is. If you'd like to study up on it further, the base library should have a good selection of PME literature.

(to be continued...)

My mom even offered to pay for half of the test upfront and have Scott pay for the other half. Did he respond to this-NO Why?
Sorry Cam but that is not how the whole thing works. I explained this earlier but you ignored me. When you are dealing with a high dollar animal and it dies. It's up to YOU to pay for the necropsy. Then you send the results to the breeder/seller. Depending on the results, and any guarentes IF ANY, they might work with you on a solution. Sometimes you are S.O.L., other times, you might get the option to buy another snake at half the price, other times they might replace the snake. It all depends on how YOU handle the situation. However, in this case, I don't know of a single breeder that would refund your money.

One more question, was your mom more upset because you had gotten a snake without her permission or because you had spent 350 dollars on a snake?
I can tell you right now that while my mother knows I have snakes (and the fact that I am 33, live in Georgia and she lives in NY)......There is NO WAY, I am telling her I spent $500 on a chondro last month. My mother supports my hobby but she just wouldn't understand the price tag.

Okay,
Lets use that example of the kid, a minor, buying beer, and then getting busted by the cops and the clerk being responsible. Lets say that happens and it makes the local paper under the local section. Or maybe the neighbors saw it happen or the clerk is telling everyone who the kid was.

I bet just about everyone would think what a horrible child that was. NO ONE would be blaming the clerk. They would be thinking about how this child had a lack of good upbringing and had no problem doing something illegal. The kids mom would have to show up in court, and then everyone would be sitting there thinking, where did she screw up raising him? A kid who causes a clerk to lose his job by doing something deceitful and lying, then pointing the finger at the clerk and saying it was HIS fault?

That is what you are doing. You deceived Scott by LYING and now are blaming him for not double checking on your age? Hello, if you are so studious and high society, don't you see the wrong in that? Or are you and your mother the type of person that would have no problem with that poor clerk losing his job, because, well, it was HIS fault, nevermind the brat that deceived him.

Thanks for posting Scott's info. Now I know where to send my check if he wants to retain a lawyer to nail your little lying butt for slander. I'm not rich, but I'll send what I can to help him out. It is ashame this had to happen to him.

I hope your dad comes home soon, reads this, and gives you the spanking you deserve.

So what would I do if this happened to me? I'd ask Anthony what the heck happened to the snake. (I also would have been over there ASAP to see my new critter)If it was healty and happy upon arrival and ATE a meal then died, hello honor student, Anthony did something. I'd then take it right in for a necropsy to be done so I would have proof of what I may or may not think.

And how old is your ...uh...partner Bruce? I dont think you answered that yet....Is he your...business partner, or just your "partner"....

For crying out LOUD!!!!

Cameron, you are such a snot nosed smart aleck, piece of horse manure, it is hard to read through your BS!!!!

People like you make me want to vomit.

YOU and your high and mighty mother are the ones that keep and keep on bringing up your money and status and friggin pics in the newspaper, noone here gives a rats behind! TRULY you are NOT all that, believe me.

You and your high and mighty mother keep on changing the subject away from the FACTS.

Neither YOU nor YOUR MOTHER have answered ANY questions or adressed ANY of the facts, no matter how far back one might read, you are SO full of it!!!!

TRUE, leave it for the court, actually it is GREAT that you will go and I will make darn sure I will follow up and get a transcript, cause people like you sure need that slap on the dense heads from higher authority that you will get, so go on ahead, I can't wait.

By the way, I'm sure its not JUST Cameron writing, its probably him and/or his mother sitting there, trying to sound all so witty!

DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!

everything is in my humble opinion only

No, my questions weren't answered, Cameron, but that's ok.

One more slight adjustment to the beer analogy: Selling beer to a minor is illegal. Selling a snake to one is not.

See, you didn't have a problem buying a snake as a minor. Your Mommy didn't have a problem with you buying a snake as a minor until it died. Of course, you being a minor had nothing to do with it dying since an adult was caring for it, but your Mommy is looking for an angle to get your money back, so that was her first attempt. Her next attempt was "pre-existing condition" that she's shown no proof of whatsoever, nor had diagnosed. She knows little about snakes, but didn't question the vet on what the possible cause of death could be, only what the necropsy could prove.

YOUR MOMMY IS THE ONE THAT BROUGHT UP HER INCOME, EDUCATION, AND LIFESTYLE......STOP BLAMING PEOPLE HERE FOR DOING IT. She just didn't like the fact that it didn't have the desired effect. See, *other* people have college degrees (advanced ones, even), and *other* people make 6 figures a year, and *other* people do a fair share of volunteer work or military duty.

Like I said before, go to court and let a judge explain to you about how things work.

And Scott.....continuances are fun. :)

BTW, Cameron, wasn't it a little late on a school night for you to be online? Your account was logged on pretty late, what with you only being a child and all.

I can't believe some of you people are actually upset that Ashley mentioned her silly personel info; it has made this thread much better than it would have been otherwise. Plus, it is the first time I have ever seen someone brag about taking a vacation in a mobile home (with snakes). Herpers need to have a better sense of humor. James Tyler. BTW, Ashley if you read this would you please post pics of you, your son, your RVs, your sons private bathroom etc, etc. James Tyler.

OK Cameron since you like senarios, here's one for ya.

Kid goes on EBAY and sees a car he likes. Contacts the seller and arranges to purchase the car and have it shipped to friends house. Seller ships the car as instructed, goes out of his way to check and make sure the car arrived and is good working order. The car has and is. 5,6, however many days later, kid goes over to his friends house to pick up the car and it won't start, the tires are flat, there's tranny fuild leaking all over the place and the two front seats are missing. How is the seller still responsible if all that happened after the kid's friend got the car?

Whoops I forgot part of the senario:

Friend also drives the car around for a week, even takes it on a long trip, possibly over rough terrain.
