why does it make it your concern when IBD was brought up? are you clevelands foremost expert on IBD? do you have some hidden cure? or were you protecting the interests of a seller who you were not going to name anyhow? since she is not asking YOU for a refund, and YOU only deposited your self here by saying that you know the original seller, than it is not YOUR place to demand vet papers in exchange for anything. and since you are refusing to name the seller (if you actually ever did know the name), you have no place derailing a thread that is getting more and more off track by the post.

Bro I am not a side kick and I posted I feel a few things Dan did was wrong.

The reason I want vet papers to be posted is she brought up IBD. I HAVE SNAKES FROM THE SAME CLUTCHES.

I do not have the guys name yet. It is the 6th and I am still trying. I know I can get it the 14th. At the cleveland show.

I posted becuase I know of these clutches. At first I thought hey it is a thread about Dan. I better let him know. So I contacted him. Once I found out it was a snake from the group of snakes I also got mine from I posted that all mine are fine. Pam wanted to know if the guy had bad dealings. I have a part of the clutches. I believe the guy had two clutches of boas. And he had that Risher Line Orange Tail Hypo.

I was posting about them saying hey all mine are fine.

If I bought a clutch off you and I seen this I would not be giving out your name after post like she did. i would contact you once I could let you know about the thread and let you do as you choose. Just like I am going to do.

And many many here will tell you I do not make up things. I have some of the clutch still here. I can take pics of them but that really would do nothing. Also the guy got two 07 Baby poss. het albino hypo boas off me. A male and a female. I was going to purchase some 66% het sharp line albinos off another vendor there but we could not settle on a trade and cash. They were nice looking boas man!

Really. I am a very upfront guy and my first intentions were to help out here and get the name. We even told Dan on the phone we will help and try to get the name before the show. I posted here I was going to post it. After thinking about it and seeing the way the thread went. I will let this guy choose. Fair enough. Would you not want the same respect?

Gary is not the enemy here. I was there when Gary got those snakes from the breeder...just moments before Josh and Dan did. Gary is only trying to help out Josh and Dan because they bought the same snakes and they all do good business. Gary was withholding information from Pam because of the way she acted towards Josh and Dan, who Gary knows worked their hardest to be proffesional and help this woman out. Gary was only trying to help Dan and Josh to get Pam to send the papers. Gary, as well as Josh and Dan dont want to give her the name of the breeder because she was calling them liars and doesnt want to show proof that she took the snake to the vet. You shouldnt be mean to Gary, he was only trying to help out Josh and Dan, and help this lady get what she needs because he is a good guy. Again, I was there when he got them, so I know he had them and I know Josh and Dan have ones from the same clutch

Do not worry about it. You can not make everyone happy. If this guy hates me for trying to give Pam info about the boa breeders animals then so be it. Aslong as he does not hold the WHOLE cleveland show as being bad lol. I am honest upfront and take care of my customers. My customers know I go above and beyond for them.

There is nothing wrong with the cleveland show. Any show you go to, there are always going to be people in it for the money...and there will always be that one breeder that doesnt take care of its animals. Dan and Josh and the breeder they got the snakes from, take care of their animals and would take responsibility if the snake came to her sick and she wasnt happy from the get go...the fact that the snake ate twice for her, and she had it for 3+ weeks, from deductive reasoning we could assume she fed it something yucky. I go to the Cleveland show every month, and I talk with the people that work there and I know, that those breeders there are good people and would take responsibiliyt just like Josh and Dan have done, and acted proffesional about it. Dont be putting down the Cleveland show just because one of your snakes died from someone you bought it from. And Pam didnt even buy at the Cleveland show, she bought it from chaosreptiles and chaosreptiles took care of those snakes when they were in their care, and there was no indication that any of them were sick

the second thing is simple. as far as papers, i did indeed promise you them, and i completely messed them up again i appologise for this mix up and I alone am at fault. I will send you all the info that i promise is 100% acurate at the time of the purchase. the papers will not satasfy you because we still have not found the name of who produced this clutch. but they will be papers and thats what you want.

I will still not release the name of the breeder without his total concent, simply because this was a deal between you and I. I assume he has no knowledge that any of this is taking place. And i will not release his name without proper proof that this snake has seen a vet.

these are not unreasonable requests and i am still willing to help you. I am sure bith of us will not be happy with the outcome of our transaction, but at least we may be able to accomplish somthing other than name calling, slander and arguments.

please pam consider this, it will infact resolve a lot

It won't be done - just isn't the way things work here, which is why I encouraged Pam to start a new thread in your name way back when. The best that could have been hoped for was for this thread to have been locked early.

When you initially promised to send her the info, was it contingent on the animal being sent to a vet? Don't get me wrong, I fully understand you not sending the info...but at this point, it should be based on HIS decision to be known/unknown, Pam shouldn't have to jump through hoops for you to provide what you promised.
