The email that was posted saying "He agrees to ship monday for tuesday"... Where does he agree to a shipping date on that? He asked for shipping information. Maybe I'm missing where he agreed to ship monday for tuesday, and if he did agree, did you confirm that you would be home?

Personally, missing a shipment wouldn't make me immediately leap up and down. I'd assume there were emails that went astray and contact him. How long from the tuesday evening when you realized there was no shipment coming until you came here? Did you email him that evening asking why there was no shipping?

The seller should have had a shipping company lined up and ready to use. Not knowing you shouldn't use UPS is not a good sign that you had your ducks in a row. Since you said you "don't ship often", how have you been shipping in the past?

I agree overall, I would just refund his money and sell to a buyer that's less impatient. You can't control weather that might inhibit shipping, but you CAN make certain you have all the shipping set up that you'll need.

I am sorry for the confusion on the shipping company as I use SYR.com and there has been some changes there. I didn't ship for awhile because that site was not allowing shipping. Before I was using UPS through them but I found out when I went to book the shipment that they are using FED X now. This is the first time I have used SYR.com since they stopped their reptile shipments. I know it has been a little while that is why I was making sure that they knew that prior to me shipping that I haven't shipped in awhile. This has turned into a crazy situation considering I have communicated perfectly and have been straight up about everything with him/her. I am not sure who I am dealing as they now are posting on here from 2 different account. The IAMGOD account I have never heard from before so I had no idea there was a stay at home worker in the house and still that is not who the original deal was made through. I have contacted paypal but they have been constintly sending emails to paypal and have everything tied up. I am currently away from my home so I will fix this the day I get home. They also paid from a non verified paypal account and that is why verification of address and someone homes was so important to me. I will be fixing this issue and not dealing with these people again as I have done nothing wrong yet they are causeing me issues. Sorry that my care for my animals outways the impatience of others.

As anyone can clearly see Mr. Boyles is now trying to wiggle himself out of trouble, by lying to everyone here. Sorry but as you can see above he agreed to sending the snake Monday or Tuesday not in another 2 weeks. We would never agree to two weeks! By the way Mr. Boyles we have brought a 6 ft female albino boa from Cal and a female snow boa from NY in the past two weeks, both sellers provided carrier's and a tracking no#'s and responded to our email's. My man messaged him on the 12th as you can see above. That was hrs before we filed the dispute. Sorry Mr.boyles you cant fake email's. Look when you ship you know the carrier and they give you a tracking no#. The only time the seller responded to Elronza is when he put this post on the BOI Here's were we emailed your PayPal email addressed as well.Not to mention I work from home and told you we'd be here to accept the snake anytime before Friday!!

If your right then why not post ALL the emails instead of this picking and choosing which ones tell the story you want them too....

I can see in the preview of one email they say they will find a day within 2 weeks....

It hasn't been 2 weeks, more like 1. But the seller claims to have sent emails to confirm shipping that were not answered. And the claim was filled closer to 3 days after the payment was posted.

Would be nice to see ALL the emails, until then can't really see what was going.

Sounds to me more like miscommunication + impatient buyer = no deal. I can't see any deliberate attempt to defraud or mislead at any point in the information provided thus far.

As long as the buyer gets their refund very soon, IMO, case closed.

People do any of you have a business license in your state. The customer is always right... Do any of you have pay pal accounts and under stand the rules. The seller got his money as pay pal confirmed the address and the SELLER posted to pay pal that he shipped the order. The business transaction was processed for him to get his snake.

People the seller is to ship the product once he received the funds. And for those of you that can look up the weather, no problems there. Read the weather 61 degrees look it up on Google guys. No weather issues there or here in sunny Florida. When you sell something you must have it in your hands to ship out the next day when the fund are given to you.. Weather issues I think not, as there are heating pads. I am new to this business but I am the bookkeeper and advised him to file a claim. shipping out two more weeks, I don't know any business that would do that and would be allowed by the credit card company and/or pay pal. As the PCI for credit cards has rules that when you charge a credit card you must ship out in 24 hours or they can lose their merchant account. I really don't think Pay Pal wants to lose their ability to process credit card payments for billions of customers because of the lack of professionalism of this seller. At no time did I read in the ad that their was a deposit required to hold the snake and ship out later. Pay pal has strict rules about shipping product after funds were received. When Pay Pal confirmed the order it is confirmed. What other excesses can he come up with now. Business is Businer ss, You the seller are responsible to follow though vacation or not. by the way Fed-EX wll come to your house or business for pick up and you can drop off at the airport on Sundays. Again. To me the buyer has all rights to complain and file a claim.

Final I saw where you posted to PayPal on Sunday April 10, 2011 that you shipped it... Dude you are 100% wrong and owe then money back or the snake in excellent condition.

Be a good seller and do the right thing.

Please post ALL the emails.....

Buyer is not always right. In fact rushing the shipment of a live animal is irresponsible. If someone posts payment for a live animal on Thursday their is no way anyone would expect it to be shipped out on Friday, so get over yourself. Do you know for a fact that the seller had shipping supplies on hand? Shipping a live animal isn't as easy as going to the local UPS store and saying pack this for me.

I have paid for snakes that took MONTHS to get shipped out. You 2 look very impatient as of right now, and the seller looks pretty shady for not returning emails. One of the parties involved needs to step up and post ALL the emails.

This was copy from the original payment from paypal with the sender of the payment unverified. I am not sure how to post the full screen shot. I just wanted everyone to know that this is when I labeled shipped and waited on a reply to say yes for sure 100% someone will be home because I saw the unverified so i needed to double check. I admit this was rushed a little and yes I am a fairly inexperienced shipper but I did stay in touch. I am not on vaction I am away for work. My job requires travel sometimes and I am away on buisness. That is not the buyers fault but I did make them aware of the situation.

No matter exactly what happened to get to this point, IMO the steps Hank takes FROM this point can either harm or clear his name.

You will also see that someone posted the difference between an albino boa, and a sunglow boa. This guy is clearly trying to rip people off. He was trying to sell it on fauna and has now recieved a temporary ban from the site.
