The kind of bubbles I am thinking of are the ones that are generated by the bathers... rather loud at first, quickly rising to the surface of the water where the bathers gleefully try to pop them with their light-sabres, and then leaving a slightly sulphuric odor, they cry out in Jedi-like war victory calls.

Have you ever seen the size of Bruce? I'll betcha he could crack porcelain with a butt bubble and sink the two of them right into the basement. I'm thinking they could also very well be corrosive and cause burns.

I think that's not true at all.

The fact is, there is sufficient reason to believe that Ed completely misrepresented the animals that he traded to Emily. Whether you believe that the existence of the parasites provided enough evidence to believe that...or whether you believe Ed's treatment of the matter says it all....Ed has been challenged to show that he did indeed send Emily what he had promised her...and he has categorically failed to even attempt to do so.

Is there hard-core, undeniable proof that Ed cheated her? No....and that is why, I believe, Ed remains utterly silent on the matter...to make SURE no such proof surfaces. And while such evidence is not enough to convict him in some court of law....it's plenty enough, in my mind anyhow, to decide to never do business with him...to never trust a word he says....and to encourage others to carefully examine all his words and actions up 'til this point before deciding whether or not they want to spend money with him.
 
I have read this time and time again. and the same questions keep arising. (1) Did Emily send pictures of the snake that plopped the worms to Ed for verification ? that these are in deed one of the ones Ed sent her ? (2) How do you really know that the snake that Emily took to the vet was in fact one that came from Ed ? The only pictures here that I have seen, were of the worms and a vet report. No proof what so ever that these were Ed's snakes, (Please don't get me wrong I am in no way here defending Ed) I feel that if the answer to ? #1 is in fact yes, then that would explain Ed's silence, they are not his and no explanation is really needed on his part. If the answer is no then how do you know that in fact these are Ed's ? Because she said so ? IMHO the the burden of proof has not been met, and quite possible an innocent man is getting convicted here.

Now, after weeks of this mess, you want to come on here and add your $.02 worth without having taken the trouble to comprehend what is really going on here. This is completely about how Ed has handled this situation and the ensuing doubts that one has no choice but to accept. It's about how a responsible person would have handled things.

Then again, I reckon it's nothing short of foolish for me to expect you to understand the latter.

Bob in order to understand the latter, you have to understand the beginning, Not once was it proved that these were in fact Ed's Snakes Every one's going off on a tangent over the fact it is Ed and his arrogance of not posting here, Not one piece of solid proof has been presented on the origin of the said snakes. all we have is the word of someones claim. It is the innocent man who sits in silence, While the guilty man shouts from the roof top of his innocence. Been there done that.

Bud, Bruce, and now Bill coming on to help Ed.
What a crew! :rolleyes:

At one time I thought Ed was a good guy but some of the things I have witnessed over the past year has REALLY changed my view of him.

I am now at the point where I think Ed is just out for himself and will do whatever it takes to make a buck or get something he wants with no regards to anyone else.

Granted this thread is circumstantial but when you combine it with everything else and look at the entire picture, Ed is not the good guy I once thought he was.
