Some AWFULLY big heads have been in here lately deciding for ALL of us that this thread has gone bad.

You've got literally hundreds of people reading and a whole lot of people posting and there is NO form anyone of us is OBLIGATED to follow. There is a LOOSLY written set of guidelines, but they are just that, guidelines. So there will be some posts that are not what everyone may think are belonging here in exactitude. Posting that you think a certain type of post is out of line is just as out of line as the post you are posting about. Neither are STRICTLY on topic, most likely, yet you, whoever you are, feel such superiority that you can tell someone else not to do as you have done.

Threads meander. People joke with familiar posters. Inside comments are made and aspersions cast. So what? Are some of you trying to tell all of us that you don't do this in real life either?

THIS particular thread has wandered quite a bit but it KEEPS coming back to mr. clark and his lying and stealing. It KEEPS coming back to the heart of the matter.

Now if, on occasion, someone of you, or maybe even me as I have done it myself, feels the need to guide a tangent back to the main point, fine. But step off the high horse and quite acting like it's the end of the world or some great moral mistake to not stay strictly on topic.

It's just the way it works here. Things go sideways a few posts, 10 maybe 20 if it's a hot topic and then someone brings it back in, usually WITHOUT a lot of drama or emotion.

So, to once again, bring it back around, can you guys believe the gall of this assclown? He's STILL putting up ads, locked of course. He's still schlepping his goods like nothing ever happened. Theif, liar, coward, salesman.

I have read this time and time again. and the same questions keep arising. (1) Did Emily send pictures of the snake that plopped the worms to Ed for verification ? that these are in deed one of the ones Ed sent her ? (2) How do you really know that the snake that Emily took to the vet was in fact one that came from Ed ? The only pictures here that I have seen, were of the worms and a vet report. No proof what so ever that these were Ed's snakes, (Please don't get me wrong I am in no way here defending Ed) I feel that if the answer to ? #1 is in fact yes, then that would explain Ed's silence, they are not his and no explanation is really needed on his part. If the answer is no then how do you know that in fact these are Ed's ? Because she said so ? IMHO the the burden of proof has not been met, and quite possible an innocent man is getting convicted here.

What would Emily have to gain in this? She never asked for any refund, any compensation, NOTHING except some straight answers from Ed, which of course she never got. Emily got a boatload of crap for her post in the beginning too....but she pressed on, and made believers of many who originally doubted her. Emily has given no one any reason to doubt her sincerity and good intentions in making this post.

On the other hand, not only did Ed conveniently forget whether he sent her the clean, CBB snakes she was told she was getting as opposed to perhaps CH animals, he completely ignored her polite request for some answers. He has ignored all of the questions posed to him by EVERYONE (as usual). That, coupled with the not-so-truthful-and-honest things he's been caught in previously (if you had read and/or comprehended the thread over and over, you should have gotten that part by now too)....it comes down to him seeming to be full of crap lying coward of a scumbag.

Well...let's see...

FACT: Emily has a SMALL collection of ball pythons. Not hundreds. Less than twenty!

FACT: In the previous year, Emily has added ball pythons to her collection a total of three times. First...she got these animals from Ed Clark that were already a year old (supposedly). A few months later, she got a super pastel. And a couple weeks before the parasites made their explosive appearance, she got a baby or two from Daytana.

I think she can tell the super pastel and the new babies from the TWO YEAR OLD (supposedly) snakes that came from Ed Clark.

The chance that she got them somehow "mixed up" when they have been in their own rack this whole time is zilch.

The chance that she intentionally lied in order to pin something on Ed Clark is even more laughable.

I honestly don't understand why you refuse to take any of these facts into consideration, nor give any degree of credibility to the one who deserves it...but give a great degree of "benefit of the doubt" to the one who slimes his way out of every sticky situation he brings on himself.

How can Emily give an accurate age to her snakes when the seller can not even tell her?

Emily has gone above and beyond to support her claim, has stood tall through all of the questioning on this board, and has posted all vet reports.

Emily has not asked for any compensation what so ever, she posted this as a warning to other would be buyers about ed's inability to keep accurate records on cb and cbb. Animals that he supposedly produced? Pulease!!!!

ed has been nothing more than a sleazy little coward by posting on other sites and even posting in our mod forum away from Emily's ability to read and or defend herself.

ed has refused to answer direct questions by Emily and other member's of Fauna.

How tough is that to understand?
