Of one male, he was told that I would get him similar animals in the future when I can...how can you prove a conversation you never were privy too, you are speculating again here...No...you sent him pics of the animals.
More speculation on your part... he made a callous demand and changed the agreement knowing fully I could not deliver that animal, seem you are taking sides here and speculating what he says is truth...OBVIOUSLY (he posted that he was expecting the animals in the pics in his email to YOU) he was EXPECTING THOSE ANIMALS...so you must have never stated that those were not the exact animals...and that those pictures were for species representation ONLY.
More speculation, no timetable was given, I told him I would get him a pair free as a thank you for helping me out ...periodYou have admitted that you didn't even HAVE any aquaflames...and that you had to go out and BUY them to send to him...after having OFFERED them to him...this isn't a "going above and beyond" thing...this is offering something you don't have, misrepresenting it, and then having to scramble to find them...so you paid for CB...because "he didn't want them with parasites"...DUH.
How d knw this more speculation, you havn't even seen what he has there, how do you know it doesn't look identical to the ones in the pic...just taking his word again as fact... your alegations are worse than the ones you accuse me of because there rooted in pure speculation, mine is rooted in what happend ,regardless what is said here, he has a pair of lizards that cost me 120.00, super high end for collareds, he is unwilling to post them and show you waht he has but he is making an accusation based on the fact they are not what he wanted...YOU made the offer...you came up with animals that were NOT what was offered...and now you are behind the 8-ball.
William
If the only remaining issue you are dissatisfied with in this transaction is the quality of the collared lizards, I believe that Justin's request that you post decent pics of the pair in question is a reasonable one. since the animals seem to be of a size to breed next season, the fact that they are a bit younger than you thought they would be is pretty much a non-issue
If you have any other issues you feel have not been addressed, now is the time to trot them out.
If, in fact, the only issue is the supposed quality of the lizards, it should be relatively easy for you and Justin to resolve this.

1).I proved in his email he said it wasn't about the lizards...
2). I proved my truck was not being repossesed even though he said it was
now proove to me and others that the lizards I sent him were not aquaflames, if i sent a picture of a boa and said i can get you one free if you buy, you buy, and you get in a boa with slightly differant markings ( no two are the same) is it reasobale to say you didn't get what was promised???
Sent he recieved them...According to William, Justin has NOT fulfilled this part of the agreement:
8 box turtles
He recieved them..but won't show anyone the pics1 Pair of AquaFlame collard lizards
You can see what was agreed upon in my 1st post..the copy of the money request I sent him...It is very simple, states what he paid for and what was free and how he should pay. What exactly was agreed upon?
Everything was sent...all replacements madeWhat exactly was sent as agreed?
Nothing was kept backWhat exactly was not sent as agreed?
My 400.00, he has the lizardsWhat exactly still needs to be sent in order for both sides of the contract to be satisfied?

If your only issue is the collards, then deciding on a value for them (currently suggested at $120), and then subtracting that from the $400 outstanding, and remitting the difference to Justin is about as equitable as it gets. If you have other claims within this deal, then please take the time to list them clearly. Justin cannot get you the collareds that you expected, and we can argue all day as to how good the ones you received are, and get nowhere. To hold out until you get those exact lizards cannot happen, and I do not believe that to be your position here. Seems that what had been a very fruitful business arrangement, worth many $$$, has now been obliterated over a small amount of money. I'm no expert on the animals in question (although I actually caught an adult collared in the wild with my bare hands once!!), but it seems that you may be within $50 of an agreement here? Small price to pay to put this one to sleep and get on with things. Maybe you don't have the money right now, and just as Justin's need for it escallated matters, your inability to pay right now would be unfortunate, but you can work it out, either with a payment plan or animals. If that's the case, communicate with Justin on the side, and maybe mend a fence or two.
