Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Fine, but this still has nothing to do with Ed.
1. Has anyone been ripped off for cages by Ed? If not, what is the danr point of this blabber?
2. If someone has, then why not start a thread about Ed?
3. I don't care if Ed is a good guy or not - nobody (I believe) has accused HIM of ripping them off for herpenclosure.com cages. Rich did that. Not Bob.

I'm sorry if all of you people would rather jump on Ed that have nothing to do with ANYTHING, but this isn't about Ed. It is about Rich. This crap about jumping on Ed is why you people make this entire site a laughing stock. I'm embarrassed for you.

The more you swing it away from RICH taking money from people and make it into a circus about ED, the less you help the victims get their word out that RICH is the bad guy. I suspect HALF of you have that as your goal. Are you circus creators in Rich's pocket?

The only time anyone even mentioned Ed was to ask if he had any contact info. Ed is the one who replied in a completely rude manner taking cheap shots at Steve. And still not answering the question that was asked of him that could help these people recover their money.

He dont want to answer, he dont want to help these people, that is fine, but he dont have to take cheap shots at people in the process. That is the only reason I said anything about/to the scumbag in this thread. So if you want to get on your high horse start with the scumbag who cant answer a simple question, but has no problem taking cheap shots at people that is completely unrelated to this thread.

For future reference when you want to use contractions, the apostrophe is between to the "ENTER" key and the "COLON" key on English keyboard.

Call me "chicken" or whatever: it doesn't phase me in the least. This is about RICH not supplying goods for payments received. It is not about Ed, your obvious dislike of me, or my dislike of the way these threads go 180 degrees from the original topic. Ed is under no obligation to help anyone get their money back. A good Samaritan might try to help others get their funds returned, but that doesn't mean he has to help or that he is wrong for not helping. What is Ed supposed to do? Stop making money on the racks because Rich ripped off other people that seemingly had nothing to do with him? Don't be silly. Even if Ed HAS another contact number for Rich, do you think it'll do any good? Of course not thanks to Caller ID. Give me a break.

I do belive the heading for this thread was "Herp enclosures beware" maybe KJUN needs to read up a bit???? As far as Ed helping???? a current phone number or address to give to the ripped off people or police would be a start. Ed weather he admits it or not??? Is starting to look kind of guilty himself. He has never stated that this buisness is not producing these cages anymore. People are being ripped off here by Rich who is as far as we know only having contact with Ed from the post. ED claims he has no problem getting Cages. This doesn't do Ed's reputation any good to keep selling them and not helping these people get in contact with Rich. Plain and simple. I myself wouldn't buy anything off of either right now. Honestly is it worth the risk to buy Herp Enclosure cages off anyone right now who is dealing with Rich???? I wouldn't no matter how good your rating is!!!!

I hope you guys get your money back =( If I was you I'd Go with AP cages atleast the service ain't shady there!!!!!
 
I actually had this same problem last June. I talked to Rich via cell phone, placed an order on the phone too. This was for a cage, though. The delivery time came and went, i left him messages on his cell, he returned maybe the third or fourth one, said there was a "delay," and i never heard from him again. His cell phone message box was full, etc.

I had paid via Credit Card, so i just called my company, told them what happened (paid, got no product, etc.) and they removed the charge. They said Rich had 12 months to dispute my reversing the charge, but he never did. I never heard from him after that.
 
:( So if I am not going to get any money back or racks for that matter, what racks would be recomended (anybody). Or what would be REALLY COOL is to get my money back. Anybody who has info for me dont hesitate to call me 9016741196

I've used Animal Plastics and Reptile basics both great cages and racks and service like no other =) Longer wait with AP but well worth it.

Jason's are the best racks I have ever used. Built to last a lifetime. And I have owned racks from Boaphile, Animal Plastics and Natures Spirit. All I own now are Jason's Jungle racks.

Considering quality, looks, design, customer service, price..... Jason's Jungle comes out on top in my book. And Jason does shows all over the Midwest, which can save a lot of money on shipping charges if you pre-order and then pick up your rack at the shows he attends.

If that's the best you can do, you got very little. But for you reference, it's the "SEMICOLON" key. The "colon" can only be accessed with "shift+semicolon".

The colon is also that part of your anatomy from which you need to remove your head in order to read this post. :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:
 
Thanks to all who gave me advice. I will check out the racks. To all of us who have lost money with Rich I HOPE we get our money back or the product.
