In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....
In addition to thisthese have a very special underlying genetic quality thatwe will share with every Tribrid owner. When bred togetherthese amazing triple hybrids will produce very special andunique offspring.
It is called tripple het for mutt.

You do not see albino or piebald or granite carpets on their website.

So the babies are nothing more than triple het for mutt.

I have a premonition.

We let this sink to the bottom.
He will come back to revive it.
he will spew the same commercial about his business.
He will spew how he knows we will all reply because he has control over us.
and he will accidentally on purpose forget to post anything proving he is an honest BUSINESS.
And he will state some things that he thinks are facts because he said the word "fact"

TriBrids LMAO his selling technique for those 3 way carpets has been the laughing stock of the Carpet world since he first tried selling them. Gets the 3 cheapest carpets he can find and crosses them then claims to be the first to do it.. Been happening for a long time now and they don't look like much. Yeah Het for ugly that's what is special about them Randy

poor guy. not being liked or being called scum is one thing. But to be the laughing stock is actually worse. Just when I thought it could not get any worse for him. It actually was

I remember reading a thread about him trying to sell them for a few thousand $ on another site. I noticed his prices have dropped a lot since then.

Has anyone done a search for a financing statement? Many businesses borrow money and secure their loan with equipment, inventory, etc.

To 'perfect' these loans so that in the case of a bankruptcy, they come first, and to alert other possible loaners of their interest in the collateral, the secured party will file a financing statement (UCC1) in the Secretary of State's office.

Filing of finance statements on individuals is done in their state of principle residence; the filings by the secured party on corporations, LLCs, limited partnerships are in the state where they are registered, and by looking at the financing statement you can find out whether a business is a partnership, sole proprietorship, corporation and etc.

If High End Herps is not a corporation but an individual proprietorship chances are you might find a financing statement in the state where the proprietor lives.

The search can many times be done online and the costs vary by state but they are generally not extremely expensive.

You are of course assuming that he is a legitimate business with a business license.

also he did not have to finance anything. He already had all the animals.
Only thing he did was buy the property , move from cali, then pretend to be a legitimate business and pretend to be someone named David.

No, I did not assume that. Financng statements are filed for individual purchasers as well as business purchases. If you or I buy an item that is particularly costly and not just a consumer item, we might be asked to sign a financing statement which would then be filed.

If he has not financed any purchases he will of course have nothing on file, but if he borrowed money to make the original purchases he may have a financing statement filed from the state where he moved from.

If all of a person's claims are 'pretend' there will be none of this kind of paper trail left, but if at one time there was an attempt to start a significant business, which many times involves borrowed and secured capital, there may be some public record available.

Ritchie, do you think based on what you have read that all of this was pretend from the getgo? If so, you are right, there will be no filings.

Seems to me that to get someone to loan you money they are going to want to know who they are loaning it to, banks ETC usually require some sort of ID when you open an account. I'd guess that if he needed to borrow money he'd ask a friend or relative.

Seeing as Damon sold his house and a number of animals before leaving Ca. and that he already had a large number of animals that he took with him. He probably didn't need much for else for start up capital in La. . Though now with this thread making it hard for him to sell his animals unless he has some other income, things are getting tight down there... Randy

This thread, also losing his kingsnake account, are both having an affect.
He can say none of it is affecting his business.

But it is more than likely he is lying about that too.

Unless of course he just usually sends out spam to anyone who has ever e-mailed him.

But like I said before, if he came here and admited to who he is, then I have accomplished my mission and probably will be away for a while.

Then again, we know Damon/David, he will be embelishing some story of how he has some superduper morph tribrid. And he will still be selling under some sort of lie.

If he bought property, then that property is registered to SOMEONE in the tax records.

A simple call to the local county parish yielded the following results:

1568 Ward Rd. Oakdale, LA 71463 = registered to Tawni Beauchemin

This property is noted as being a mobile home with no taxable outbuildings.

No other property is allocated to either Tawni or a Damon.

So, a few questions naturally pop into my mind:

1) If your collection is so incredibly large AND if you are so successful as being one of the larger breeders, why would you invest your money into a mobile home when it has substantial depreciating value?

2) Why are your multiple breeding facilities not registered in either your or Tawni's name? If they are as large as both you and Dan state, then they would be taxable premises.

Yet 2 more things that don't add up.

Yup I knew i remembered seeing it before.

Howdy Y’all!

Everyone is entitled to have a different perspective on any given issue and is free to voice their individual perspective accordingly. Also, as has been demonstrated here in this thread a thousand times over, anyone with a keyboard can come here and say anything they want, true or otherwise and nobody will stop them. So basically one can choose to see things any way they wish to. Of course, the mind usually sees what it wants to see. If one is looking for flaw one will find flaw. If one is seeking only negative one will surely find just that. But what shapes one’s thinking and thus determines one’s subsequent perspective?

It is detrimental to one’s perspective to form one’s opinions while one’s thought process resides in a bubble of time that exists only in the present and is focused only on one series of brief events. I am a bit of a history buff myself and I am reminded of the Japanese military/empire mentality circa Dec 1941-1944. After attacking Pearl Harbor and all but annihilating America’s Naval warships the Japanese considered themselves victorious in every way and they thought collectively that America was basically beaten. Never in their wildest imaginings could they have possibly envisioned the subsequent, pivotal battle at Midway or those two fateful, inevitable days in August 1945 nearly four years later, when two atom bombs were dropped and a quarter of a million of their people would be instantly vaporized, leading directly to their inevitable defeat and humiliating, unconditional surrender. They couldn’t possibly know that these things *would* happen. But I think America had the plan all along and pretty much knew what it would eventually do. But if the Japanese were a little less overconfident then perhaps they could have at least realized that it *could* happen. Point is, the Japanese were incredibly ignorant of America’s strengths, America’s abilities and it’s great potential. They were also arrogantly overconfident of their own power and way too quick to judge the series of brief events existing only in a short bubble of time. The only sad thing really is that they got a lot of innocent people killed due to their flawed, overconfident thinking.

God Bless America, huh? The sleeping giant that was awakened. Of course this in no way implies that Japan was weak. Not by any stretch of the imagination. Unlike other arrogant, overconfident countries/peoples Japan actually had real power.

Now, I already know that most of the overconfident individuals that frequent this thread will come after my post and say, “See! That’s just what Damian would say! I heard him say that once! I rest my case!” lol. Well of course it is. Anything I write would fall into that category because that’s what they need it to be. This is what one would call a “Self-fulfilled prophesy”. It will always be exactly what they need it to be. I could come on here and post that I always wear a purple hat to retrieve my daily mail and they would then post, “See! Damian always wore a purple hat to go to his mailbox!!”. And then they would present/invent a star witnesses or two that had actually seen him in his purple hat at his mailbox. They’ll probably locate a picture of a scummy pimp in a purple hat at his mailbox and testify that it is me lol.

If they also want to believe that I am “coming unraveled”, or that that I am unnerved, or that I am a beaten man that is losing his grip on reality, that’s fine too. Makes no difference to me what they believe, actually. In a very real way it is actually much to my advantage the weaker they think I am. If that is the scope and depth of their reality then I couldn’t be happier. Very ironic though since there are only two people currently in this thread that have their thinking based in impenetrable reality and one of them is me. (no, the other one is not Dave Lawson/Crosbey). That second person, like everyone else here made his/her own conscious choice to come here and post as he/she has done. But that’s perfectly fine. That’s his/her choice. And God bless America, huh? Choices are free!

Y’all take care now,
David Beauchemin

As its been noted by Griz that the Beauchemin's own a mobile home, isn't it just too coincidental that back 04 Damon Heynan aka Hannibal Lecter was looking to trade off parts of his collection for a mobile home in a classified ad here on fauna?

How busted does this couple need to be in order to just come clean? What determined nut jobs they are. How can you be so persistant and pretend for so long and in the face of such undeniable evidence you've been busted?

Its like a pair of actors that never came out of character. Maybe when you live the lie for so long you just cant.

So is he know blabbing that we are like Japan and by acting in this way that we are going to get a lot of innocent folks around here killed for no reason?

WTF is he trying to say?

I know theres a hidden threat in there somewhere.
