Ok, I just wanted to say you guys were right. After reading the jerk off message sent to the women from BP.net, I don't care who you are, that's freaky and crazy. This is what sucks about the net, now this guy is using it to screw with her, who may have kids, and now she has to worry about some nut job or his friends playing games. I feel horrible that I gave them the benefit of the doubt. That email is nasty.

I am glad he wrote it.

No one has access to the posts, because the site is currently propogating the DNS to servers around the world - can take some time before the site comes back up - we're hoping to be up soon.

On another note, who can I PM who has all the pertinent data on this guy close at hand? I hate going back through all this to get aliases, old address, current address, etc. My boyfriend is through the roof over this, and his father is high up in the military national defense department and will be doing some checks on him (for his own personal eddification so he knows who we're dealing with security wise).

I'm personally not terribly concerned, but he is livid.

Well let me tell you. Damon Heynen aka Brian Smith spent some time in Prison.

He is full of talk. But when approached he does nothing but runs away.

To protect yourself from him, just make sure you have a camera, then take his picture and threaten to post it on the web. he will then tuck tail and run because he does not want anyone to find out who he really is. He is ALL talk. His business is ALL talk. Look at his website.... he is ALL talk about how good his business is.

Damon heynen now lives in the back woods of Louisiana. Probably trying to convince his "wife" with TALK of how good he is and how prosperous he will be. 50 years from now he will still be TALKING of how good he is. he will still be threatening girls. he may even threaten a guy.... but only if said guy is far far far FAR away.

Wasn't it established some time ago that Beauchemin was actually his wife's maiden name? You may want to try some misspelled variations of the last name.

Yup, tried, and I'm sending miss robin what I have so far, but these people seem to have just appeared in 2006. There is not one lead to anywhere or anyone prior to that. By 20, most people are traceable, there is something somewhere that leaves paper to follow. These two have nothing. Its like looking at an empty blackboard. I can't even find a relative with this name. I do pop a few with a variation, but they are scattered all over, that makes it harder to find family groups. No one makes it to their 30's or 40's without a lease, credit card, mortgage, land deed, bank, arrest, parking ticket, collections, drivers license, or even and obit from a relative, something. Although, LA is kinda tough to get info, like pulling molars.

check and see if you can find Damon Heynen. i think that is his real name.

Finally got to read the posts over on the bpnet. He whines and cries about having to prove who he is when other people aren't made to. Well, if you all remember, a while back kingsnake.com started making ALL businesses prove who they were if they wanted to continue to use their "business" name in their advertising. Good ole HEH failed to pass that test and he went *poof*. If he won't prove himself to a legitimate business in the course of doing actual business with that company - a company that has the legal right to request such proof from him - then he is not going to prove himself to anyone. At this point in time I think the only one who will be able to kick his butt is the IRS. - surely all those over rated and over priced snakes he's been selling to his hundreds of satisfied customers were claimed on his income taxes for his non-existent corporation...right? <g>
