In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Inquiry How do I take back my credits from Alex Hue?

Frankly,
Alex took victim's money and then disappeared....this is scam! Alex is dishonest. Why he have so many excuses?
Now, Alex only need to do one thing. Pay money back to every victim.

I hope Rich tell Alex, we are here and waiting for him.
Don't use his friend to post reply. be a man.
Thanks Rich.

You only need 3 creditors

to put Alex into bankruptcy. In the end either he files for protection from creditors or the creditors file against his business, but regardless, the loss is not recoverable. We have seen this before.

I use my G1 to view this site, which loads slowly on it (cell is slow anyway), but aside from that, is fine. Looks just like it does on my laptop or desktop.

Webslave-Just out of curiosity, has anyone attempted to view this site via a browser on their cell phone? I'm curious to know how well that would work. I find it rather tedious just trying to use my little laptop with the 12 inch screen on it.
I have on the Samsung and on my iPod Touch. I gave up on the samsung, too much tabbing to get to the link I wanted. The ipod was better since you can expand and enlarge th area you want but it still can be troublesome and not worth it in my opinion.

Hey, any suggestions on a good phone for texting and watching videos? I've got the iPhone right now and... OH WAIT, this is the BOI. C'mon, focus people. lol

yes but you also have to admit its a bit true.

The customer waits till someone else has a bad dealing and then uses this as his time and place to complain about the issue. whether he has a legitment complaint or not. you know many other threads have been squashed because people post on here before trying to go through actually business first to make things right.

As Erik stated, he doesn't expect a refund, hence he never contacted Alex about it. He sucked it up. Just because he shows what type of business practices Alex uses so other people can make informed decisions, doesn't mean he's out to get a damn thing.

If I go to wal-mart and the cashier short changes me $10, but I don't feel bothered enough to go back and complain or get the $10 back, but a few weeks later someone is bitching at a party about wal-mart for something else, and I bring up my story, does that mean I expect word to get back to wal-mart and the manager to make it right?

I think with the direction this thread has taken, I have to agree with Chuck on what is happening.

You are 100% correct! Alex does not need an internet connection to send a check via usps. If Alex has a phone to send emails to people why cant he use it to call the people he owes all this money to?

If Alex has a phone to send emails to people why cant he use it to call the people he owes all this money to?

If I'm reading his text message (that was forwarded here through Rich) correctly, it would seem to me that he doesn't seem to feel that he owes any of these people anything. He had his excuses for each as to why they haven't been paid back. And that's that I guess according to him.

So it seems its...Erik - tough luck, Richard - tough luck, Derek -tough luck...and so on and so on.

I mean..come on, the writing is on the wall here. If you can be so desperate to have apparently doctored a photo to make a sale, and then to dispute that incident with "its not my fault you didn't contact me if you were unsatisfied", what are the chances you have any good intentions of refunding the thousands of dollars you owe out? A fat chance in hell is my answer. A fat chance in hell.

But maybe we'll all be surprised. Maybe.

Invoice #1316 - BHB 9/14/2007 $3,675.00

How is BHB involved in this? Did I miss something.

Let me explain about how BHB was involved this…

At NARBC in Anaheim, September 2007, I bought some animals from BHB. Just before I paid to BHB, Alex told Brian that he would pay for the animals, because Alex has my money (credit). The invoice #1316 from BHB in the balance sheet was for this payment. However, I know that Brian has not received this payment from Alex, as of to this date. I know a couple of more people who have not received the money that Alex owes them. As far as I know, those people cannot get in touch with him, neither.

I guess, everyone is wondering how Alex got into the business with me and Brian. Or why I did not back off from business with Alex after the first shipment? The answer is because I trusted Alex very much. However, after I could not get in touch with Alex, I realized that I was fooled by him.

Alex told me that he had three business partners. Those partners were very well-known people, Bob Ashley, Brian Barczyk, and John Mack. However, there are no such partnership between them and have never… Alex fabricated that four of them have one big business partnership. According to what he told me, Bob dealt with books, T-Shirt, and other merchandise, John and Brian bred animals, and Alex dealt with international customers. Those are all LIES. They do not have any business partnership. I also can tell you that all of Bob, Brian, and John are nothing to do with Alex. Three of them do not have any relationship with Alex more than a customer.

As far as I can go back my emails, it looks like it was August 2006, when Alex mentioned about his “partners”.

Hello Ayumi,
Glad to hear from you and glad to know all the animals arrived safely.

We do business with alot of companies in Japan ;-) We are one of the largest exporters to Japan, UK, and the rest of Europe. I'm greatful for every customer I have like yourselfs and I'm always constantly trying to do more and offer more to good customers like you. We produce alot of reptiles here annually and if we dont produce it...I know all of the large breeders here in the USA where I can get just about any animal. I have 2 other partners, between the 3 of us...we can provide overseas customers with everything in reptiles, books, clothing, or any other reptile related merchandise. If you ever need anything or if you ever have any problems...just let me know and I'm always available to help any way I can.

I will call my partner and ask him what the first name of Mr. Watanabe is, but he told us that his company name is Samurai Japan. Thats why I thought maybe he is a part of your company?

The substrate product is brand new, so far we have contracts with all of the big companies ( Petco, Petsmart, Jacks Aquarium,....etc.) here in the USA to distribute it but I'm always looking for other distributors too. The pricing for you is $6.00 per bag in any quantities, we can export a number of ways using ocean freighters, air cargo or any other options. We package 6 bags per box for distributors...for largeer quantities, we package 6 bags per box and 4 boxes inside of a larger box.

I will not be at the Daytona show, I broke my ankle last week and can not get around efficiently. My partners will be in Daytona...I wish I could make it to the show because I have 20 or so other customers from Japan, UK, Sweden, and France that will be there also.

Anyways, thank you for the continued business...its is much appreciated!

Alex

He did not mentions their names in the emails, but later he told their names when Ayumi spoke with him on the phone. But, you probably can see it in this email, who Alex referred to as his partners:

Hello Ayumi,

Just to recap our conversation......

Mr. Suzuki and Mr. Shiota would like to be the "exclusive distributor" for our reptiles in Japan, he has a new partner...Mr. Shiota of www.topcreate.jp , I have done business with both Mr. Suzuki and Mr. Shiota, Mr. Shiota is currently my distributor for HatchRite in Japan... www.HatchRite.com

I told him that we would currently not be interested in giving anyone "exclusive" distributorship of our reptiles in Japan. He also asked about ball pythons, I have not sent any lists to Mr. Suzuki or Mr. Shiota for any reptiles.

I also stated that Yusuke is our distributor for ball pythons in Japan, I believe that he may be a little bit upset because it is very hard for him to find ball pythons here in the USA. Almost all of the big breeders here in the USA give me first opportunity at buying their ball pythons, so I know that not many breeders here are selling them to anyone else but me.

Anyways, I hope this doesnt create a problem for Yusuke...but I did want him to know that he is currently the only person we are selling ball pythons to in Japan.

Thanks,
Alex

Hello Ayumi,

Just let me know if I'm missing anything and I can try to go get more pics.

My facility here in Michigan is 4700 sq. ft., my partners facility is 22500
sq. ft.....he is 4 hours away from me...my partner and I just opened up a
2500 sq. ft. warehouse in Florida to hold and quarantine all of the wild
caught animals we import from other countries...we have a guy down there who
clears the customs, houses and takes care of the imports until they're safe
and ready to ship to me or my partner. In the past...we use to ship the wild
caught imports directly to our facilities....but we had problems with
viruses and some other nasty things....too much risk.

I have to look into the CITES some more.....its really starting to get me
curious why you got approved so fast and most of us big exporters/breeders
are waiting so long...all of this waiting started this past year, in the
beginning of 2006 and past years, we typically only wait 4-6 weeks...then it
was...6-8 weeks...and then 10-12 weeks...now its ridiculous...over 12 weeks.

Thanks Ayumi,
Alex

When I visited Alex in Michigan, I have to say, he did take care of me very well. He introduced me “his partners” or I was introduced to Bob, Brian, and John. This is the itinerary of my trip that Alex prepared for me.

Hey Ayumi,

Is the arrival on the 17th. And departure on the 19th. ?

Please let me know asap and I'll put a itenerary together, I'll email it to
you and we can see which scehdule works best.

Here is what I'm thinking......

17th.

Arrival between 3-8PM @ Dayton International Airport
-I will pick up Yusuke from the airport
-Have dinner
-Drop him off at Hotel and get him checked in

18th.

Pick him up at 10AM-11AM, meet with my partner and have lunch
-spend most of the day in our Ohio Facility
-approx. 5-6PM, leave Ohio and head for Michigan
-Arrive in Michigan at 9-10PM ( 4hrs drive )
-check into hotel

19th. ( Michigan )

Pick him up at 9-10AM and head to our Michigan facility
-Lunch at 12-1 PM
-return to facility
-leave facility at 3-4PM
-Drop Yusuke off at Detroit International Airport

---OR----

19th. ( OHIO )

Pick him up at 10-11AM
- return to Ohio facility
----or----
- drop off Yusuke back at Dayton International airport on a early flight

Let me know if that works for Yusuke, that way he can see both our Michigan
and Ohio facility....if that is too much then the best thing to do is goto
our Ohio Facility...it is a much bigger facility and much more to see ;-) If
we only goto the Ohio facility then the best thing to do is arrival on the
17th. Evening ( I'll pick him up ) , spend the 18th at the facility and I'll
drop him back off at Dayton International airport early on the 19th., he
will not have to rent a car......dont make any hotel reservations either, we
can make the hotel reservations same day depending on which location we will
be staying at.

I have not gone to pick up the animals yet.....I didn’t get a chance to goto
the bank and make a cash withdrawal, I am now planning to go on Mon or Tues,
I apologize for the delay but a lot of this was last minute and I didn’t
make the arrangements quick enough.

Thanks again Ayumi!

Alex

I think Derek is right about that Alex did not have CITES animals for his customers. I even doubt that Alex applied CITES for his customers…

The email on 11/27/07 was NOT true. Alex told me that part of my order was stored at Brian’s facility. He even told me that he had a half ownership of Brian’s facility. When I visited Brian’s facility, Alex showed me the animals that I ordered so that I believed that my animals were taken care of for me. When I asked Brian about the email on 11/27/07, he told me Alex never paid for the animals. I think I know why I did not received the animals I ordered in the first shipment.

I was not sure if I should bring this up to the public… First, I was not sure whom I could believe. I also wanted to settle the issues privately if Alex returns my money. But, I now see other people who have the similar issues with Alex as mine. I feel bad because I may be able to stop it if I brought up earlier… In my opinion, Alex is a full of lies. I do not trust him. I think he targets international customers and takes advantage of them.

I do not believe all his excuses because of his credibility. I think he probably has internet connection or other ways to communicate with us. Even he does not have internet, he can at least call me. I never changed my number.

If Alex was able to send his response to Rich then couldn't he have just as easily logged in and replied here?

Anyone else notice Alex's reply didn't address Brian Hahn's post/claim? He addressed all the others but Brian's.

He (alex) has obviously not only read the thread here but had to go through past records to provide e-mails quoted and dates for transactions of orders being placed or shipped. I'm not seeing him doing this all on his phone. Especially how "busy" he is. I am having difficulties believing all the info he provided was even accessible via his phone.

When Alex gets around to replying again maybe he can address the people who were looking for their replacement animals at the last Hamm show. It is my understanding that there were a number of people who did not receive the replacement animals they were supposed to have received.

Yes, just like Samurai said, I really doubt Alex didn't send out the application before I think this is a HOLE. What's a hole? According to my experience with Alex, he offered nice animals and price to me first, so I trust him very much before.
I think Samurai have the same experience. After a good start, I start to increase my order, and order more animals from alex. I fall into his hole when I paid money to him, but I am very lucky. I receive most of animals at least. Why, since these animals were not from Alex. In other words, Alex is a no animals seller IMO. He is a broker between buyers and sellers. If he was a honest person, this way is not bad. but..he was not!
Frankly, I ever hesitate to say this bad experience or not. Because last thread on Nov. 2008, I received Alex's email with means of intimidation after I posted here. so I try to tell myself...wait wait wait. Until Alex and Heather were disappered a long time, I thought my money never recovered. so I decide post this thread.
I believe Samurai, Richard and more victims have the same misgivings. Toady, Alex still has a lot of lies and excuses. He is a fraud. You can get the truth from us. I have report police. I don't know we can get the justice or not, but we try our best.

IF YOU ARE AN OVERSEAS BUYER, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH ALEX HUE! I AM SURE ALEX HUE WAS 1000% FRAUD. HE IS THE SHAME OF REPTILES INDUSTRY.

I would like to remind alex hue that he hase 2 more days to refund me my monney on my paypal account.

we will see if he realy wants to fix stuff or not.

I feel bad for you Richard. You aren't going to get your refund in two days. He hasn't even logged in here for about the past 5 months. If he wanted to fix this with you he certainly wouldn't allow it to come down to this and the BOI to do it. People keep telling you this and you keep extending your time frame that he has to satisfy you or else. Or else what? Ya know what I'm saying? You aren't going to bluff or spook this guy into doing the right thing. He just don't care man, he isn't worried about you. He's probably worried more about the folks that haven't spoken up yet. With you, he knows what you're going to do next, you're predictable, and that seems to be to extend him another two weeks to come up with your money. Again, I feel bad for you, but this sort of tactic just isn't working out for you brother.

Make some noise over in your country there. Put up a website, a free website, detailing your experiences with him and how you feel you've been defrauded. You got shows over there in NL? Make up some flyer's or pamphlets about your experience with him and hand them out to anyone you know that knows how to read. Do you know who he uses as exporters here in the USA? Let them know what you are doing. Let them know how this could effect them in a very polite manner. Let them know that this distrust and disgust your feeling goes right straight down to the last man involved in your transaction with him.

The only way you are getting his attention is if you start costing him. Make him pay attention to you. Make him want to give you your money back, with :censored: interest. Make some :censored: waves that the :censored: sucker is going to feel.

Wasn't Alex supposed to have his cable connected earlier this week so he'd have internet access?

Wasn't Alex supposed to have his cable connected earlier this week so he'd have internet access?

Are you going by what RichZ posted (I believe post #216)? If so, he didn't exactly mention a time frame that Alex would have internet access, only that Alex was waiting for cable to run lines up to his area - or something to that effect. If someone else mentioned that he was supposed to be getting access earlier this week I don't know - I may have missed that post.

Regardless though.....this is just a bunch of baloney. A thousand curses on the Hue.

Yes, that was the one, Chuck. #216
Alex said he is expecting Comcast to install the cable early this upcoming week, so hopefully he can take it from here after that time.

Of course, Larry the Cable Guy could always be late :D

well i just wanted to thank you about two months ago i was thinking of getting a het albino ball from him but i decided to wait well my wife told me to wait i really am happy i did cause i wouldnt have seen this thread

Or could it be Alex is full of crap?

Oh, surely not! It will definitely be the fault of Larry or his brother Harry or his other brother Harry, the Cable Guys
