    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Howlin' Gale Dragons

The update was a spelling error correction :) No Changes to the Policy page I only noticed the spelling error when I copy and Pasted it to this board So please stop accusing me of things you have no proof of My policies have been exactly the same since I started breeding years ago except for one chance which was my NoRefund Policy as I had issues with people making partial payments then backing out as many know that can be a bit of a headach to deal with thus the No Refund Policy helps prevent such things from happens anymore and if I must be specific on the change this is what I did...

For some reason I spelled Guarantee wrong or copied it wrong when I originally did the page to accuse me of altering my policy is uncalled for and low. Here is an email I sent to another buyer..

So please do not start a payment plan, give a down payment, or buy a dragon unless you are 100% sure

I agree with john 100%. This is turning into a PR nightmare that could have been easily avoided with the most basic of customer-service skills. Who is right and who is wrong isn't even that important. Perception is everything, and every time Nicole responds I feel like she's digging the hole deeper.

On another note, this thread should be (at least partially) about your spelling. I don't see how you can call yourself a professional at the same time your policies contain words like 'explination'. I would be happy to proofread your website for you, in exchange for a 'no excuses' - type apology for the way you've handled yourself in regards to this transaction.

At this point it looks like it's become flat out lies, barely even a month ago the part that has supposedly been there all along wasn't. Imagine that.
 
And I really don't see how this will hurt my reputation as the only person who seems to thing my customer service sucks is Aaron I will see about having some friends if need be post on here telling you how much I have helped them with dragons and how well the sales have gone heck read below at comments I have posted to this..

I already apologized and right now I DONT have the money to refund and Aaron can tell you I'm not lieing as I told him that was what a bunch of my dragons sales was going for - I just paid **$768.00** for Surgery on a bearded dragon If a refund is only way to stop this it will have to wait for a bit untill I can rebuild my account but my Dragons health **NO OFFENCE** was VERY VERY Important to me the money I have left at the moment will feed my dragons and put gas in my truck to get to my new job (Which also has me in a mood too many Idiot girls there) and I don't even know when I will see my first pay check as they seem...Slow I guess I can call it with many things I worked a few days before they even bothered to put all my information in the system. If you think I am lieing about the dragons surgery I do have a picture from before surgery that shows the tumor in her mouth.

Hell Aaron keeps saying he is not looking for a refund so why are you guys aggervating me on this I did what he wanted, Apologized if you missed that go back a few pages you will find it.

Laterob - I do not have much time to work on my site and when I did it was pretty much a really quick job I barely get the time to add any dragons for sale to it or update pictures and dragons I ran a spell check on it and everything came back fine It didn't pick up the original error in "Guarantee" though which I don't know why I might need to start doing edits in word using the check then uploading, Yes I'm not the best at spelling but you get what I'm saying atleast

Hi,
I recently bought "Ms. Personality" and the little boy and I wanted to let you know that they are doing awesome! For those of you who are thinking of buying one of these above dragons I would highly recommend this breeder and clutch. I have one of the girls from this particular clutch and she is so wonderful. She is full of life and personality and loves being out of her cage, running around. She does very well on a leash and road trips. Me and my boyfriend took the little girl to a video game tournament the other day and she just had so much fun watching the guys react to the game and she seemed to like getting a lot of attention too. Last night she curled up with me on the couch and fell asleep with me. She loves veggies and crickets. Their colors are just absolutely beautiful! I'm just so in love with the both of them. They definately get more kisses and attention then my boyfriend does lol. But I really think that anybody who bought one of these would be extremely blessed!

I got my new boy today!
I and Nicole were waiting and waiting for a proper ‘window of shipping opportunity’ to get my Red Boy safely in the mail and the weather was just not cooperating. So we sat tight for a week until we had rain and warmer temps and the north wind wasn’t sending us snow freezing rain and teen temperatures over night.
And ‘He’ was shipped during the break in the weather. Nicole checked my address for the 4th time and the tracking number and website was given to me. I could see when he was dropped off, processed and flown. I could even see his destination, my current home town. No, came the wait…and the overnight ‘I can’t sleep’ hours. I have his new house ready set to go and worked from home that day so I’d get him right away from the UPS man.
And he came mid-morning just like she said he would.
My UPS guy rang bell and by the time I stood got dog down and opened the door he was already walking away to go to my neighbor. This 6 by 6 by 6 box was in his hands.
"She is home." He said.
I nodded and said. "Do you have him?"
He grinned. "New pet?"
"Yep"
" Ok good luck then."
And off he went to do his other deliveries. He had come to my house, earlier in his route, just in case.
So I knife the tape open the box and find…white Styrofoam packing with this hole in the center which I firmly pull out and nestled inside in a round dish filled with white paper towels in a dragon looking at me as if to say. "About time!" I pick up the container fight with more tape and note the chemical hand warmer pad underneath in the box and smile. I check the pad and yes it’s still just a touch warmer than my hand. So I take him his warm house and open the rest of the cup and he crawls out into my hand then upon the basking spot as if to lay out a claim.
"Mine."
Funny thing was all I could think was. "Mine" too.
This is my first shipped to home critter in a plethora of them ranging from Pythons and birds to horses. Would I do it again? Yes. Would I buy from Nicole. You bet. Might I just have to have another potato chip… I mean bearded dragon? Well…maybe… ;) After all you always seem to want another once they get those little claws into your heart.

My offer still stands. Let's fix the errors to make that site much more professional. After this thread, you might need all the help you can get.
 
100 great sales don't equal the horribly poor handling of 1 bad one. Is it really that hard to own up to your own mistakes? You've been busted on changing your policies page to suit your argument in this thread. Why keep lying and denying. Give the man his apology, save some face. The continued lying will only make you lie more, and dig yourself deeper into that scumbag downward spiral many have fallen into in this industry.

I am sorry she came with a nip I truly do not think it happened here I am VERY anal about my dragons to the point some breeders call me nuts as they think keeps groups of no more then 5 is a waste of room. My tanks are safe I custom built them for babies as I wanted to give them the best start to life (Smooth Wood, no areas to catch toe nails what not and easy to clean [Too many horror stories of diseases in colonies with other breeders] ) I will say you said I gave you a guarantee yes I did though it really dose not cover this situation it is just if dragons comes ill (URI/Coccidia/Other things) Not nip/abrasions just so we are clear there. Also Pick of the Clutch to me may be very different then others see we all have different opinions buy to me Pick of the clutch means that whoever buys it gets to pick first baby even before me it doesn't mean babies perfect, best looking, what not I sold pick of the clutch once before this and the buyer bought a baby missing half a tail they where fully told of it and they didn't care they just loved the color.

This is not really an apology, is it? I lost track in all the excuses and self-gratification.
