    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

while i saw the similarities in the face i wasn't going to say much, however the dates do match up as well as the location.

many of us have tried to get him to do the right thing, we talked to him, tried to reason with him but int he end he turned us all aside. if int he end all he wanted was a bee female he got it but how he got it will follow him for as long as he breeds snakes. i know i am not going any where and i will be moving into ball pythons in 2-3 years, if this guy comes across me int he same way he came across Laura then he will end up here again. i don't doubt he wont' be back here again, not by a long shot. if he really cared he would try to make this right before it got here, he would have sent the bee back for his pastel. that is only if he cared. it is plain to everyone here he doesn't care because in the end HE got what HE wanted and over all SCREWED HIS CUSTOMER/TRADER.

it is a bloody shame you can't man up with what has happened and sent both snakes back to where they came from randy. this whole thing could have been avoided if you had only done that. however, with the actions you have taken it is more than obvious you COMPLETELY LIED TO YOUR BUYER AND SOLD HER A SNAKE THAT YOU LIED ABOUT TO GET WHAT YOU WANTED AND IN THE END WHAT YOU COULDN'T PRODUCE YOURSELF! sorry about the caps but that is what it has come down to. he couldn't make a bee so he essentially stole a bee. it would be too much for him to buy the snakes to make a bee so he tried to swindle someone out of a bee.. unfortunately it worked but his IP address won't change and that can be blocked, not only here but on many other sites as well.

in the very end he screwed himself over. may he feel it in the end.
 
Im curious if he has a parole officer, or a D.O.C person that he has to report to.
This might be considered a violation and be grounds to pick him up....

BTW In looking at the two photos (the one posted and the one on his FB page), I can see similarities. They may be one and the same (photo wise) but there is not quite enough physical detail/s for me to say, 100% conclusively, that both photos are of Randy (subject of thread).
Some physical characteristics seem to match up but cannot see others (&/or see others well enough) that can be said to be same.
The charge (at Crabby Fat Guy), OTOH, is right up his alley and no doubt his.;)

'Course, then again, I have seen plenty of inmates/perps that looked quite different than their "pre-drug/alcohol use" days... as I have seen differences in those that had left the habit/addiction (although that is not to say that either case, of use/non-use, applies to Randy).
Plus, other life circumstances can cause changes, in appearance, as well.

I would be willing to help pay for court/travel fees as well if you press charges laura. I would also agree with others, do not offer any deals for the return of the animal. Instead await the results of your lawyer and do some online research about internet fraud. I do believe you can file a claim with the FBI since it is locaded in the states vs if it was overseas you cannot.

As for the fellow loyal Fauna and herp community. I would recommend that you resist contacting him anymore for assistance in returning the animal or making threats/offers to meet him at his home or anywhere for that matter. By his record you can see that this man is dangerous and not to be trusted at all. Plus any contact or verbal threats can used against Laura if she does follow through with taking him to court. So for now please reframe from contacting Randall/Randy.


As for Randy, I know you will read this. We will one way or another (and rest assure on this) put you out of business. Consider yourself done in this industry and hobby.

He would have to be formally charged by the district attorney for it to be a parole/probation violation. Accusations are not enough to warrant detention. A civil suit without criminal charges is not sufficient enough to detain a parolee either. At least in my neck of the woods, that's how it is. The local laws in Ohio may be different, but I doubt it. Bottom Line: Stay away from this guy. Don't buy or sell him anything. His money isn't good enough for any of us.

The guy who posed as his dead father and even wrote out checks on his dead father's account comes to mind.

This guys is just another common ________ fill in the blank. the world is full of them. Be careful out there.

Newly learned factoid: A person under supervision of the D.O.C in the State of Washington, is bound by terms of release (previous conviction). To engage in criminal activity, under any circumstances is an automatic violation. i.e.
Frequenting or loitering in known SODA (stay out of drug area), petty theft,
fraud, so on and so on. Bottum line......if he falls in this "targeted demographic" TWIST THE SCREW:dgrin: The last line this guy should cross is the chow line @ the gray bar hotel:angry:
