I think he was trying to imply that he doesn't trust your hands to be free of pathenogens from your own animals...

It's a reasonable precaution in most instances but in this case it's likely to be a non-issue... He's already set up his excuses  as to why he won't be able to show them to you. They will be "sold outside" beforehand. Imaginary snakes sold to his imaginary friends for monopoly money. He will probably fail to find anyone who has asked to see the animals and return to the board afterward to explain how someone had offered him money he just couldn't pass up.

Patrick, anyone who offers to buy the animal, just explain that someone needs to see it first to verify it's existance. Get to the show early and make sure that someone sees these  snakes. No excuses, you have stated it will happen.
 
Seamus, I believe that Daniel actually had it right. The boy already stated that he plans to keep his snakes outside in order to keep from "contaminating" animals inside the show with the alleged unknown pathogen.

Personally, I see this as setting the stage for another excuse. The snakes will most likely "die" sometime between now and the swap.

Other likely excuses include:
They were sold before Jason had a chance to view them,
He couldn't find Jason,
It's too cold to bring them.

Of course, since these snakes are allegedly getting younger and younger day-by-day, there's a good chance that they might have reverted to being unfertilized ova by the time the 17th rolls around.

Ill wear my 49ers authentic football jersy, big old #8 on it and says "Young" on the back, I was going to stitch it back on but just for you ill leave it the way it is, the stiches holding the #8 on the back of the jersy have gone bad and its hanging like half off, so this way you CANNOT mistake me for anyone else, because I know there aint going to be anyone else wearing that jersy and definitly not one with the number on the back half off like mine, so theres no foul ups and no excuses you can find me wearing that shirt, if your there early before the doors open ask the people up front to come and get me, ill have my digital to take pics so then everyone can see you actually have these animals, and like someone else here said if someone is buying them get me before you hand them over because I am not taking pics of aniamls on someone elses table, your going to be holding them or no pics and no verifaction

This brings up another little dilemma...

There's an unknown pathogen that allegedly caused the death of one of Pat's snakes, so he's concerned about infecting other people's animals at the swap. Superfically, that seems just peachy.

On the other hand, he's telling Jason to hurry and find him before he sells them. It seems to me that if my animals were dying from unknown causes, selling them would be the last thing I want to do.

Also you posted that you were trying to sell the snows for $9000.  Highly unlikely that you are going to the show and selling her early.  No one carries that kind of cash around.
 
I don't want to infect any other animals and i tell people whats wrong with my animals before i sell them!!!

Now, if you don't wash your hands and you play with your albino ball and it dies i am not going to be held accountable for it. Just as an example i will try to get there early but i promise nothing except for the fact i will be there!!!!!!

I will bring anything and everything ask!!!!!!!! If they start acting to sick to move i won't bring them however i will buy a dis. camera and take pics just to show Jason.

I will have my carpet with me as she must go!!!!! Ask if you like her, shes from Darin Bell I got her at Tinley for his lowest price ever ask him what was the cheapest jungle x coastal he sold that day??? You may need second cheapest too......I will not hold any of my animals with issues free handed so don't ask

Daniel i didn't know he was sick until a little while ago......I knew that the other boa was sick and put her in her own room and then in two weeks or so the ball died and felt like ice with the cage temp of 92 (Somewhere around here) now all my animlas now are in there own rooms and seperated except my carpets as they have always been together and there cage is already hot and away form all the other cages!!!!

Hey Patrick do not ignore my question.  How come your story changed?  How come all of a sudden the snow and the axanthic are babies?  I thought the snows were from 1999 and the axanthic was proven?  What made you change your story?
 
Hi Ritchie !As Ritchie knows I was just involved in a little scuffle over reptiles and sale of reptiles.But to Jake or Patrick or whoever I just want to say this.If you are only 14 cut your losses and admitt a lie,no one will hold it against you if you were honest.I was told I had a anerytheristic blue tongue and i posted him here but when I found out he was not I placed him as unavailable and told anyone who emailed the truth.That way people wont shy away from doing business with me.Everyone exagerates(sp?) sometimes but you have gone to far.People are wasting their time to try to make sure you dont end up a crook.Take their advice,admitt the truth and be done with it.You canonly dig a whole so deep and then youre stuck.Take care everybody

Now I'm really confused. On october 29 you had (and offered) a healthy axhantic ball to breed to an albino you wanted in loan. Which is the ball that died two weeks ago? Is that the axhantic? Because that would put us in October 27 as the date of death, while your add was posted on the 29. Am I missing something here? Is this a second ball you are talking about? Something does not add up.

Now Daniel i see now why you are confused, if it was the axthantic i would of killed my self! It was a normal ball sold to be as female i later probed it, i wasn't thinking while i was at the swap, and it was a male so its not a big deal except i am out 40$ and refusing to do all deals unless you are wqilling to except it with its disease and if they arrive DOA, sorry but to bad you knew......................

Heres the truth if you don't listen or want to believe me its ok.

I recently inherited some Boas and homemade cages i had to go to Ok. to get them, when i arrived i was told by my Grandma that she was informed where she got them etc. so we walked in the room took all 4 and left. When i arrived home i placed them in there new cages and rooms, i was going to go to the swap with them but then chose not to as the reminded me fo my aunt, i then after everything ahd to sell them and Jake gave me an offer 1.2 pastels and cash for either snow, and well i took it and thn later he said he had more coming in and wanted to know if i would be interested and i said sure so i gave the other to him, and well a few weeks past and no snakes i got sick o it went to his house and asked his wife or whatever she is to go grab the snow and tell him when he finishes the trade it well be back, he then tried to post here saying he owned them, he may or may not of used my dads computer as him and my dad are friends, so i was informed by a few people of this and then saw he was calling himself Brian?? Which confused me but i said o well, and went through with it, in the end i had 1.2 boas left and me friends gave me a new one as a present, and i had to buy big bunnies for it and my mom was beging to becoem annoyed with the fact i was feeding snakes bunnies live bunnies well used to be alive bunnies,  and i have to sell them for that reason and many others.

I was told all information by my Grandma and may of lied a little about them but i know all of you have................
 
What??!!  I really didn't understand that.  You REALLY need to learn how to construct a deciferable sentence!  What are you admiting to lying about, and what are you blaming on someone else?
 
Do you know what I think really happened, which has occurred many times before with newcomers in the reptile trade (you would be amazed how many people have claimed to have the new high end morph when they are comparing it to a Het.).  He bought or inherited several small boas and/or ball pythons, he goes up on the internet seeing double Het. animals for Snow, of course they look normal.  All of a sudden that DB Het. looks just like the ones he has, wow!  He must have found a gold mind, he has Snow boas!  So he searches high and low throughout  the net looking at the prices for snows, he sees that they claim a good chunk of cash.  So he claims to have Snow boas, and for the Ball python it might have been the same way, or he thought his WC ball may have looked a little gray.  He starts to dig himself into a huge hole, and will not admit to being wrong about the animals in question, so he invents other people to help him with his story, adding to the plot with twists and turns.  Then realizing he could never get away with all of this and trying to salvage his dignity, he adds one more thing to the story, all his snakes may have a deadly disease, thus preventing anyone from buying them, and he can get out of this mess.  I say, just fess up, it's over, you might be able to help your-self if you stop NOW!  We are all very caring people willing to help anyone in need as much as possible except someone that will stab us in the back with lies and deceits.  Make this thread a lessen to what lying will get you into, hot water!

Hey Patrick, since you say you are not a liar, why don't you post pics, taken today, of the snow boas right here on this thread? Let's see them. How about pics of the axanthic too? Let's see it. Do you really think that anyone is going to just give you, an amateur who does not even know how to breed them, an albino ball python on loan for several years??? You really are a stupid kid aren't you? How about you send this supposed axanthic to somebody that knows how to breed it and who has an albino ball? Not me! It seems that you have way too much turn over and a bunch of stuff dying off. I don't know anybody that would want an animal of yours in their collection for fear on an epidemic. Sorry but I'm with Lucas on this one, I didn't understand a thing of what you just typed (Well not exactly, I did understand that the ball python that died was not the axhantic).
 
By any chance, does your ball python looks something like the one in my previous post? Because that's a proven axhantic from the Sutherlands.

Patrick I have owned different reptiles since I was 15.
I am 31 now.
I have bred snakes before quite accidentally.
Last year was my first year breeding on purpose.
I have also accidentally bred ball pythons before.
People around here KNOW I would never cheat them.
I would rather take a loss than be called a cheat or whatever.

With that in mind....what do you think my chances are of getting an albino ball python on loan for breeding?
0, zero, zilch, nada, no chance whatsoever.

I will have to let my girls wait till next year when I finally decide to buy my own.

What is my point?
The point is.......think about it.
What are your chances of getting the same breeder loan?
You have less expereince with these animals.
You do not have breeding expereince.
You have proven yourself to be a liar time and time again.

So before you waste these peoples time with your lies.
Before you post your lies and waste bandwidth on this forum...
just think about it.

All you did was let your credibility suffer.
