Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Yep, John's right... another legal beagle wannabe. As it stands, the preponderance of evidence does indicate this to be libel. The ad and emails show that the snake was represented as an '01, which is contrary to Brett's claims. He has also blatently lied regarding the FBI.

However, for Shannon to be entitled to a legal claim, he'd have to show some sort of damage resulting from this fiasco. That would be difficult, considering that Brett's claims & lies are more amusing than damaging.

then how come you are saying the snake you got is gonna die?
If you were truly a breeder of mole kings....you would also know how to take care of the mole king neonates.

2.  You keep saying 1/3 diameter of a pencil.  Hey hot shot... HOW LONG IS THE FREAKING SNAKE?

3.  You can't even read the rules of the forum ....You are such a hot head in a hurry to post you forgot to read the rule that says to sign with your complete name.

4.  Maybe if you were not such a hot head....they could have gotten the chance to refund your money.  But instead of givng them time to refund your money...You went and complained to everyone and their mama (or so you say)

5.  You just got the snake yesterday....and instead of giving them time to refund your money....you (in one days time) reported them to the FBI the FTC the CIA the PTA the NRA the MADD the SADD and all their mamas.



As I have stated before.  I do not think anyone will do business with you Mr. whatever your name was.  Because you do not give people time to refund your money.....

One would think that after this moron has  been shredded in two threads here and virtually handed his head on the Kingsnake forums, he would be man enough to realize that his complaint is completely baseless and without merit.

His next step, which might salvage a few shreds of his smoldering reputation, should be an abject apology to Shannon for causing him this kind of unwarranted aggravation.

Happily, whining little pissants like this make up a relatively small percentage of the herp community.

It's nice of you to offer to post the pics but probably completely unnecessary. The two posts on this topic have generated almost 3500 views and not one person has come out in support of Brett Skinner. I posted the picture of the mole king that Brett posted on the kingsnake forum on the other BOI thread. Brett's own picture clearly shows that it was a beautiful healthy yearling.
  These threads have been entertaining but they are starting to get a little boring. Anyone with an ounce of common sense can figure out that Shannon is a good guy with great reptiles and Brett Skinner is an a*s.
  He threw out some accusations and when people didn't buy it he ran and hid. He doesn't even get involved in discussion on the threads he started.
  It's probably time to put this to rest and let Shannon get back to producing beautiful snakes and Brett can get back to playing with himself. I don't think Shannon's reputation was at all tarnished by these entertaining but frivolous attacks.

Man....I am sorry this happened to you. Makes it all not worth it, huh? Frankly , even if 80% of your sales are good expereinces, all it takes is one screwed up one to make you want to throw in the towel. truly. I have become so jaded that I no longer even like selling to the public half the time. No one is ever happy. This years special is screw ups on MY PART, which I will no doubt be buried by. I liked this more when it was just a friggin hobby..............

Shannon, kinda reminds one of Charlie, but a better speller.  You should know there are those out there who scam at things like this.  As far as your rep is concerned, you have no worries.  If you remember, this story almost exactly corresponds with the Charlie incident, and you and I both know where that went.  No worries.
