Hello everyone!

Anyways, I have seen my name posted up here a bit, so I felt I should throw my .02 cents in.

Dec13th an agreement was made between me and Eric White([email protected]) For an adult 4 year old 2800 gram Orange ghost Female.. Of course I had to let my partner (Jeff of 5Starr Morphs) Know of my findings and of course my purchase of this paticular animal..

Jeff told me,''Do not do this deal, it sounds to far fetched''. I had to try very hard to convince Jeff that all was well, and there would be no problems with this deal! People make mistakes...So Jeff finally went along with me and forked out $600 bucks..3 days later I handed out $4400 threw Papal .off of my Credit Card.. The Ghost female was supposed to be deliverd threw Delta Dash the very next day..

The next day came and no snake! Eric called me and we spoke about what was going on. We agreed that the following Tuesday would be the delivery date, Then Wed, Then Thursday,So on and so forth.. Anyways we talked again and Eric agreed to just send me my money back(Jeff his too) on Tuesday of this week..No money.. But he did post up a really nice pic on Kingsnake of his brand new Super Cinny.. He picked that super up and was supposed to pick up the Hypo on the same day then send the Hypo to me?

I figured whatever and called him and E-mailed him about the situation asking for $$$$$$$$$ back immediatley.. He agreed.. And let me know that he got paid Wednesday the 28th at Midnight and the refund would be the next morning.. I recieved the refund of $500 dollars.. and then he let me know after I called him that the rest of the cash would be coming early next week..

So Of course I talk with Jeff and He is putting 2 and 2 togethor and doesn't like what he see's, so here we are now.... I personally told Eric to not to Accept More money from Jeff(at the begging of this deal) for the fact that I was going to be paying it off with my money! At the same time Jeff had put money in this deal after talking with Eric-------So As I look at it, I tried to make the deal a 1 person deal.. Eric Talked with Jeff and accepted his money! So that puts Jeff at dead center of this deal..He has alot of room to be pissed.. At the same time he is also my partner and very best friend.. there is nothing I will/would hide from Jeff ''NOTHING..'' And Jeff is and will always look out for my best interests.

I am sorry to Ian for having his name brought into this, it should really have nothing to do with him, with the exeption he is the one with the snake.
And possibly the money????? I don't know that for fact though! I do know that the paticular snake that we are talking about, Is now trying to be brokerd off to a couple good frineds and also very well known Breeders!

And of course These people also happen to be very good friends with my buddy Jeff! All that does is let Jeff believe that $5000 dollars was spent on X-mas and not a Hypo...

As far as I can see I am really out the most.$4000 dollars and an extra $150 for Paypal fees/shipping, a Hypo, possibly a lesser Hypo, and now mabey even my good friend Jeff!

Am I mad? Yes, Will I deal with this Yes, Visa Master Card is already dealing with this.. I may be out a hypo but there will be others.. Hopefully everything will get resolved and everyone can go along with there everyday lives..

As of this moment there is no refund completed. Did you attempt to? Yes. That isnt the issue though. I dont care if it was a deal between you and your grandmother, you misrepresented an animal for sale and didnt deliver. If I sent you 5 bucks and Isaac the rest, I am still involved. Why am I debating this with you?? I didnt mess this up, you did.

Isaac is accociated with 5StarrMorphs and has a hand in helping with my projects. The only reason he isnt slamming you is because he is fearful he wont get his money back. I told him in the beginning not to trust you after the first incident he didnt listen to me on. What happened next is documented and again he wouldnt post because he just wanted his cash back.

I told you how important this animal was to 5StarrMorphs and the industry as a whole and you said you understood. You were playing games with our money and realized it was failing. Why do you not have the money available now? I'll tell you, you worked a deal for an import animal and tried to pass it off as a "CB NERD line Orange Ghost". At the very least, give me a phone number of who actually owns this NERD line orange hypo. You probaly did have plans of aquiring the animal from Ian, at about 1/10 of the price we paid and yellow at that. Then when you realize we have issues with the animal pictured, you attempt to pawn it off to friends of mine that got me started in this hobby. The worst part is you ask them to not tell me. That really kicks me in the rear. This hobby is as much about your animals as it is about loyalty.

The issue is not who you owe now, the issue is the animal you represented and the fact that we did not receive the animal purchased when promissed. You made calls to friends of mine before Tuesday when you were supposed to deliver on the animal you sold us. Then will not return emails or phone calls on our issues or be it mine, until I filed a Paypal complaint. Then because you issue a refund, you act as if its ok.

We paid and you didnt deliver. In addition to that, you tried to sell an animal that was sold. If not, then show me a current picture of both of the hypos you have on top of a current newspaper from your home town. You wont and thats what I am talking about. You are in a game that far supercedes your role and tried to screw with the wrong person. I do not play nice when I have been befriended and blatantly lied to like you have done, then ignored because of real issues. I was taking a big chance bringing that animal in from you and exposing a $60,000 dollar snake when your reputation and sales easily verify you sell imported and WC animals. With animals coming in and out of your facility, what kind of protocol do you use to assure your normal animals are not exposed as well???

Prove to this forum you did not try and sell an animal that was already sold and the reasons for why you didnt send the animal paid for even when I offered to let you use our Delta account to ship.

When Isaac told me you couldnt ship because you were going out of town, I told him then that the deal was done and if you did not ship on that Tuesday, you were done selling animals as well.

Those are the real issues and only a fool would buy from you and the so called credentials you have. Anyone buying from you is taking a huge risk on the animals represented and a huge risk to their collection. You just about wiped out Isaacs collection in his first 3 months.

Due to the fact that you did not provide the animal that was promised you have four thousand dollars that does not belong to you, If you do have something worked out, Why is Isaac seeking resolution with his credit card company?

This will be my final input on this subject ... I am not into the whole 90 pages of arguing back in forth ... I do have several valid points I could make, making this subject get very twisted but I am not out to run peoples names in the dirt ... Here is the deal I recieved money for a hypo that I didnt own, Issac knew this ... I couldnt get the hypo that I promised them ... So I talked to Issac on Wed. the 28th and told him that I would refund the money as soon as I had some funds clear my account ... He was fine with this ... Jeff was refunded ... Well…with that statement that’s exactly what you just did. What is it that you want to accomplish by posting those innuendos? If you have “valid points” as you say just post them. If not, recognize that you messed up and pay the money you owe. It’s not easy to understand how come a prospective buyer ended with no snake and no money, whereas you ended up with a super cinnamon. Very true Dan but it actually is easy to understand. After the money had been paid, I learned through Isaac that Eric was actually aquiring 2 animals from Ian. A bad gene Super Cinny and our Hypo. Then comes the day of reckoning and our on KS comes pictures of the Super Cinny and more excuses that Ian was out of town and unavailable. Funny part is, Ian was available to sell him the Super and for some reason the hypo got misplaced. If misplaced is what you call it, because on the first part of this week and the end of last he offered the same hypo to other prospective buyers.

An animal that didn't exist was purchased. If it did exist, I am assuming that it was the same animal that was offered to friends. Then they are not only privately called, but asked for stict confidence with regard to the additional sale of the same animal pictured in this post.

Isaac then gave me a copy of this which is even better that shows how hard Eric has tried to cover his tracks and assumes he has a better standing with my friends than I do All the while I wait for a refund and Isaac as well for money that wasn't spent buying the Super. Good thing for CC companies or it would have probably gone on for weeks. The most important thing is that everyone that pulls up Erics name on the BOI is able to see what type transaction one can expect when dealing with him.

You have tried to smother this thread with nonsense and issues that do not matter. I know who you called, you know who you called, and we both know that you told the person to not tell me of your offer. If in fact it was not the same animal you offered him, then why hide it? Why would you phone a friend and offer him an animal by phone when you couldnt sell it on the classifieds? As I said you are trying to cloud the issues at hand and act as if what you have done is justified, when if fact you lied and lied and lied and tried to cover it all up. When you knew we were getting impatient and it looked as if you were going to have to come up with all of the cash you just spent, you started trying to off the same animal you were trying to sell us to a friend.

Why would you say that before any issues other than you not delivering had started to occur??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I dont care who is involved and that is not the issue. The issue is you attempted to sell an animal that didn't exist because the pics you sent us were of a yellow hypo or an unknown and "NOT" a NERD line Orange Ghost. When I addressed the issue is when contact between you and I ended and not one email or phone call was returned.

Aside from that, lets assume you are sincere and there was an Orange Hypo, where are the pics??? When it wasn't panning out because Ian wasn't home, how did you get the gene defected Super Cinny????? Surely you must have met him to get it, because I am quite aware of how you aquired the animal and how cheap it was.

Where did the money go that Isaac sent you and why was it transfered from your Payapl account if you had not aquired the animal in question???????????

There is no fixing this. I am possitive Isaac will recover his money through the CC company, but too many lies have taken place and the deal you put together was inacurate, misleading, misrepresented, and just plain old tall tales and lies. You asked a friend of mine to lie and say you guys were talking every couple of days to help defend against me being pissed about the hypo. Your contact was minimal with Isaac until he started getting what I was saying.

You cannot try and swing this issue in any other direction other than it was all fabricated or twisted to help you aquire that junk Super Cinny. I can't wait until you start trying to sell the offspring to the sire thats gonna be a real joke. Are you going to disclose to all potential buyers of the serious genetic risk the sire carried and more than likely passed onto the offspring? If you elect to reply after this, try answering the sentences with question marks following them and not issues that do not aide in your explanations of why Isaacs money isn't with him and where this so called NERD line orange hypo is and the many other questions I have asked.

There is a rightful place for people such as yourself and that is selling on unknown sites to people that have no clue what they are doing. Out of pure frustration on the current issue, I threw that in there. It is acurate based upon the information I have, but a completely different subject entirely and in no way related to my transaction other than I believe money was spent to purchase it from the money paid for, by the supposed NERD line Hypo we were aquiring.

A real easy way to look at it is, how does a person that deals in imports and brokers low end animals have the ability to purchase a Super Cinny?

Hopefully this and the pm I sent you clears the air on that particular part of the my post. And to outright answer your question, I do not wish to disclose anymore information on a subject that is unrelated to the real issue at hand and is indirectly related based upon mine and Isaac's feelings that the money we sent for the hypo was to actually fund his purchase of the Super Cinny. That is not supported by facts other than Isaac has to wait for his refund and there was not an instant refund offered from the origional transaction done through Paypal.

Thanks for your message and I certainly hope Eric addresses this issue. If Eric used that money to buy a future breeder with a potentially inheritable and defective gene, its introduction in the ball python genetic pool should be considered a threat for the ball python industry as a whole.

I bought my first ball pythons from Eric I believe end of Oct. The one died about 2 weeks ago and the second died tonight. He guaranteed to me everything, gender, feeding, size, health, etc. They never did feed for me, with everything I tried. They never acted like my other ball python, a smaller male. Being new to BPs I obviously dont have years to draw on, but in comparison, they acted very antisocial. They would not curl up into a defensive ball, but when I would pick them up they would just lay there. No tongue flicking, no exploring, they would just "freeze up". No matter how long I held them they would just sit like that. Both of them. In hindsight maybe they were sick? They had heat, water, good bedding, proper environment as far as I have learned, and were not bothered or stressed overmuch. I just dont understand what killed them.

ANYWAY I emailed Eric regarding the first one, as soon as it happened, and got no reply. Emailed him again with the news of the death of the second one, details, and asking what he wants to do. Hoping he will respond. Being new to this I am not sure how this sort of thing would work. Its been almost 3 months. A couple weeks and I would ask for my money back, but for that length of time, is the onus on ME? Even though Im positive *I* didnt kill them?

Can you send a sick snake and have it hang on for 3 months and then die, no fault to the new owner?

Just very upset and angry about this. I know normal females arent big money but it was a lot of money to me and Im just starting out. Kind of taking it hard and being a big baby about them

I bought my first ball pythons from Eric I believe end of Oct. The one died about 2 weeks ago and the second died tonight. He guaranteed to me everything, gender, feeding, size, health, etc. They never did feed for me, with everything I tried. Amayon

I am very happy I did not accept your animals to hold for you while you made your transition to a new place. I had no idea you purchased those animals from Eric. I told you, just like I told Isaac to be very careful who you buy animals from for just this reason.

Consider the animals a loss and next time call me when you elect to buy another animal. Eric deals in imports and nothing more as this thread clearly points out. In addition to that there are far more reasons why not to purchase from him. He did the exact same thing to Isaac with the 10 WC animals he sent him and over half were DOA, mite infested and untreated.

I didnt run it by you but I ran it by Isaac and he said, at the time, to go ahead but let him know ASAP if anything went wrong with the animals. When the first one died I emailed Isaac right away also Got no reply at all from him either. I dont know WHY, and I dont know the drama in Ball Pythons but it seems as soon as something goes wrong, all my "mentors" vanish and leave me stranded. And now I have two dead snakes that cost me a lot of money and your saying "i told you so" well where were you when I had another crisis and needed my snakes held for a few months. You said yes and then bailed out on me and I never heard from you again. Getting off topic but the lack of support from the people who said they would be there for any questions and help I needed is also making me angry, on top of the bad business deal

Its real unfortunate that you lost some animals, but your animosity is directed in the wrong direction. Remember this even before you purchased anything or met Isaac?????????

Youre very welcome, just remember one thing, be very careful who you buy anything from and if you decide to buy anything, call me first with a name and price and I will let you know if it is a good idea or not. There are tons of thieves out there. If it sounds too good to be true, then almost always it is to good to be true.
