Still waiting on refunds from this dude...

Well I have gone to my Credit Card company and I do not have to pay any charges anytime soon, But I have to say Eric did refund me $2000 of the $4600 he owes me. and actually he refunded me $500 prior to that..

But still, $2100 is still missing And now I must take more time out of my life to call my CC Comany and Explain the half refund..And More time yet getting ahold of the police in West Virginia to explain the situatin to them to!

I have been in contact threw E-mail with Eric, so here is the latest from me to him and him to me..

You have recently sent me $2000. wich I only recieved $1928 of because of Paypal fee's.

Now as I see it I have 2 choices...


#1 Wait for you to pay the rest of the cash ( $2100 dollars ) OR

#2 I can send you back your cash ($2000 dollars) Then get ahold of the Police in WEST V.. Call my Credit Card Comp again, and put up a Pay Pal dispute! Wich this would be your 3rd or 4th dispute, so this would make sure that you never had access to paypal again..

Eric I am tired of the Bullshit! And I am Not gonna Keep waiting on your ass! And I highly doubt that you are having another Premature kid, so you can keep any excusse you may have and just send me back my cash...

This could be finished so quickly ya know..I can call my CC Company and clear it all up if you would just send my cash back... Anyways I will talk to you later! Well most likely not but anyways I am only givin you 2 more days before I get ahold of the Cops and Papal so. Take care

Ok.....this is what I don't understand. $5000 US was paid for an Orange Ghost female that Eric didn't have but was getting off of Ian. The animal was sold before Eric received the money (apparently???). So, my question is this. If Eric was paid $5000 but wasn't able to buy it from Ian......wouldn't that mean that Eric still had $5000 sitting in his account.

If I go to the grocery store with $10 in my pocket to buy milk and the store is out of milk.....and I don't buy anything else I still have $10 in my pocket.

So, my question is this. If Ian didn't have the Orange Ghost for you to buy........what was the $5K (that wasn't yours) spent on?

Well as I see it Corey,

Eric was super amped about this Super Cinny that he was buying! He was supposed to be picking it up along with my Hypo! Yet he told me he could not get ahold of Ian because he was on Vacation so He could not get my Hypo for me..

Then 2 days later posts a Pic of a Super Cinny on Kingsnake!
So my guess is he bought himself a nice X-mas presnt! With My money!!

What a jerk! Funny thing , Jeff called Eric on the snake not being an Orange Ghost (NERD Line) but it being a yellow ghost ,then all of a sudden He could not get his hands on the snake...

He has also sent those same pics to other big breeders. Mabey he just thought we (Jeff and I) were morons with no connections?

My instincts told me no and only at the last minute did I go along with Isaac. Best part is, Eric contacted the only 4 people that own a Lesser het hypo and you my friend are the 4th based upon the date of the email.

Here is what happened:

Isaac put his feelers out for a hypo. Eric couldnt afford the super cinny. Eric said he had one he could get and if we didnt Paypal him the money it would be sold at a show the following morning. We rushed and didnt confirm. Eric bought his Super Cinny, then tried to pass the WC Yellow hypo as our animal we were to receive. I called him on it then got no replies. He then contacts the only other 3 people on the planet that own Lesser's het hypo to recoup the money spent on the Super, and wallahhh!!!! Here we are.

The funniest part about it all is I didnt know Kevin was breeding his line of Orange Hypo in Africa that is IMG as well, cause that dang hypo is so far from his orange line its comical.

Any person prepared to do business with this guy regardless of excuses after this thread and reads it, then gets burned, deserves to get burned IMO.

I do appreciate the call and photos you have posted Corey. As it only solidifies our theory and assumptions about what transpired. Eric deserves everything he has coming and if this is the last transaction he does in this community it will only be a blessing.
