    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

There is no proof against Kevin at all, what we have here is a divorce, and I might add what seems to be an ugly one. But to bring NERD into this based on hearsay is nothing but garbage.

And before you start running around making claims that Kevin's snakes are sick, you had better have the damn proof to back it up. And you do not have anything but gossip.

Your actions were not based on facts, only one sided rumors.

And what has you so sure that people aren't looking into the allegations?
Of course, NERD and Kara were both viewing this thread a short time ago...they could always comment

Mike, you appear to imply that you actually saw this post. Which forum, exactly was it posted and WHEN did you see it? I took a slug if Nyquil last night for this blasted cold or what ever and didn't even crank up my PC until close to noontime today. But if there actually WAS such a thread, AND it was deleted, there should be a record of such an action in the moderator log.

It would just help to have some finer details about it, though.

all I see is a thread about an ugly divorce, and rumors. And if Kevin did buy them? What the hell does that matter, then he bought them from one of the owners of Renaissance. It is now between him and his ex-wife to settle. And really has nothing to do with Kevin or the BOI, JMHO. If the snakes were stolen, they were stolen by his ex-wife and partner of Renaissance, and not Kevin. Lets get real here. Fish you made a bunch of claims here that need to have proof to back up, if you do not have that proof, than you have nothing but a baseless rumor.

Are you certain it was even on this site that you saw whatever thread it is you are talking about? I just went and took a look at the moderator log, and screen captured it. I don't see anything at all that would indicate what you are saying you think took place here.

The business Renaissance Reptiles was the collection of snakes that Gail & Nigel Thorpe maintained. Nigel and I had once been “friends,” later I found that no one is friends with Nigel for long. He has taken the words liar and dishonest to an entirely new level, and is fabricating a multitude of what he calls “information.”

I refuse to involve myself any further in the fallout of a very bitter divorce. Nigel’s issues are with Gail and he has already done quite a number on her. The only reason we’ve even been dragged into this is because I am friends with Gail & tried to help her during a difficult time, thus Nigel has made me & my business an additional target. I got stuck in the middle of a friend’s nasty divorce, and I will not involve myself in this any further. If Nigel truly had such a case he would have won in court. If I had stolen anything then I would be in jail or otherwise prosecuted. I have done nothing illegal or wrong, yet his stories and accusations are endless.

Several years ago at our old facility, we had some issues with mold due to a leaking & rotted roof. We subsequently moved to a brand-new, custom-built facility and do not have a mold problem with our collection or in our building. We do not have crypto, we have never had crypto, and we have never had it in our water supply. We’re in the midst of a very active, promising breeding season. I have put too much of my time, effort & resources to risk my business, reputation & collection on compromised animals of any sort.

I have no interest in beating my head against a wall getting into someone else’s personal agendas and will not fall into an online pissing contest.

I am taking the high road and acting like a duck!

Personally, if fish had some opinion worth noting, I'd think he'd pony up and post it. Instead he posted a link to a webpage written by someone else, then nothing on what HE thought. Prettty wishy-washy in my eyes.
If you belive what's in the link, then show some proof to back it up. If you were just short of drama, then I guess you got it.
I've never heard of any issues from NERD stock.
 
Thank you Bobby. That is exactly what I said to you on the phone this morning when you asked me about it. Sounds like nothing more than two people going through a nasty divorce and has no place or bearing on the BOI. And certainly not something I care to even listen to or hear about.

What I think of this is as follows...guy meets girl, guy and girl fall in love, guy and girl get married. Over time guy and girl don't get along as they once did and they get divorced. Guy seems to be obviously very disgruntled judging from his dirty laundry he posted for everyone to see. In my opinion...if someone is so disgruntled, they will do and say anything to get back at whoever they are disgruntled at...it's called a messy divorce...and if the '21' in your username would happen to be your age or close to it you will someday understand this.

On your statement of people possibly loosing their whole collections due to sick animals or having their animals taken away by the court...it ain't gonna happen and it hasn't happened at all...otherwise we would have all heard it already because as you stated before...yes this is indeed the BOI and it would have been aired already.

As far as someone under oath making a statement so it must be true...please...I have one word...or maybe it's possibly two words for you...'OJ'.

Give it a rest already - the divorce has been done for quite some time - there is no need to go digging for divorce papers - divorce is not a BOI issue. If there were animals about to be taken away it would have been done a long time ago - if there were sick animals it would have been all over the BOI a long time ago.

These are the ramblings of a bitter little man out to get his revenge on two people that he couldn't take advantage of - brought to the BOI for no apparent good reason.

Leave it be and move on.
 
I posted ONCE on this thread.

My comment on the court documents was if there WAS stipulations about the collection in the divorce, it would be there. Easy enough to prove whether or not those allegations against Nerd are true or false. Prove that, it'll all go away.
 
It's not like NERD ships out a couple of animals a year - if there was an issue with their animals there would be a pandemic in the industry. There would be masses of people on here complaining of sick animals - you don't need to dig up someone else's personal business - that is just rude.

Who was it that put you in charge? You have far too many of your own issues, lies and deceit foremost amongst them, to be telling anyone what to do. Perhaps YOU should back off and let people do as they wish.

I don't have any of these issues you claim - Gail is a friend of mine and this divorce tore her apart. There is no reason to drag her through the mud over this.

This is a fourth persons link to an old statement from a bitter third party about alleged comments made from a second party about a first party. Hearsay is not allowed on the BOI remember!!! Even if Gail made such a statement it is still hearsay (and I'm not saying she did or didn't).

If anyone has issues with NERDs stock - they need to come forward with their own grievances and proof against NERD - not initiate a witch hunt into someones personal life where it has no bearing. Plain and Simple.

Is gail unable to speak for herself? Having someone speak for you, speaking through another, is another of the BOI no nos.

YOU tasha, are NOT in charge here. You may well feel the need to make recommendations, but for you to flat out TELL anyone what they can and can't do is ludicrous.

Perhaps if YOU were not making such an issue of it, it would not BE such an issue.
