As for this thread, it is based on nothing at all, just a hidden attack on NERD for something that happens in 2005-2006 between a man and his wife. It was dredged up to attack NERD, but in the end no one is blind to what this was really about, or who was really behind it.

2005-2006, still no sick snakes, that says a bunch about you boys.

Bobby just a word of caution for you. I hope this doesn't turn out as another bearded dragon thread were your friendship/trust and loyalty was used against you. If someone is claiming Brock is behind all this they need to come forward and not use you as their mouth piece. Last time that happened they used you so that they didn't have to answer the tough questions that made them look bad. I truely don't want to see you get put in that situation again.

The only thing all of that proves is that Nigel wrote these things on his site. It dont prove a damn thing else. I can post anything I want on my site about anybody I want. Just because something is wrote on a website dont make it true and it certainly is not proof of anything. Maybe you need to look up the word proves in the dictionary.

you are right sharp. when i started this thread there was no proof. just me with a legitment concern. but the Truth is slowly rolling in. by nigel posting his divorce decree. it shows that a small part of what he said is true. the part about snakes being sold that should not of been due to the fact that before sale of such animals both nigel and gail and a appointed master of the court must be involved. wich has not happened. we will only know after nigel releases more court documents if the rest is true.
time will tell.

David Blair I am the only Brock in the reptile business that I know of plus I am good friends with Matt and I stand by his side no matter what. As for the meat of this thread, all of this happen in 2005-2006 it is now 2008, it is some what odd at best to come on here warning people about sick snakes now. Ok, so some snakes were allegedly sold that should not have been. What does that have to due with you bringing this to the BOI? Is this not a matter between the two people going through the divorce and the courts? Why are you bringing their personal dirty laundry here for the world to see?

And what does any of it have to do with Nerd? They bought the snakes? Is that what it has to do with them? So what? I personally have never asked anyone when buying a snake if they are going through a divorce and if they have the legal right to sell said snake/s. If someone inquired about whether I was going through a divorce or not when buying a snake from me I would have to tell them to go piss up a rope and that it is none of their business.

I honestly dont understand why this was brought here by you. If Nigel brought a complaint here against his wife I could understand. But why you brought this here is truly odd to say the least.

Good point! And how can anyone prove that whatever was written on a website is the truth to end all.

#1 - If Kevin or Gail commited any crimes they would have been jailed, arrested, brought up on charges, or whatever else.

#2 - The old "hey this breeder has diseases in his collection and he was selling snakes to people" routine again. Like it has been pointed out numerous times on this thread and many other threads...we don't see anyone who has had their collections crumble at the hands of NERD fighting to tell their stories on this or any other forum. It's not that anybody is scared of Kevin...heck the guy is 130 lbs. soaking wet. It's not that someone is scared they will never sell another snake again if a rumor goes around that they have had sick snakes in their collections...because even breeders who have had issues are still selling out of their inventory every year. PEOPLES SNAKES GET SICK...BREEDERS SNAKES GET SICK...SNAKES GET SICK IN THE WILD...it's our responsibility to do what we can to get them better if they do get sick and to not sell animals that we know are sick.

Everybody knows that this industry is full of s**t stirrers. It's people with the hopes of hurting anothers reputation or business by either making up stories about them or continuously pointing out 'possible scenerios' about someone with the hopes of the same. These s**t stirrers can stir, spin, twist, or do whatever else they want as much as they want until the day they die...and I guarantee you that if 10 years from now someone comes online and says they got a snake from NERD that died a month after they got, it these same s**t stirrers will come running and scream Aha...I told you so...remember 10 years ago?
