    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Would it be possible for him to obtain GFP to play with?
If so could he be, as I suspect, attempting to create a glow in the dark/green BP?
Would there be any legal, not moral, ramifications?
 
The companies that offer FPs and viral vectors would not sell to someone who is not a researcher at an accredited institution. You cannot just call these companies up as say here is my tax ID now ship my products. The use of these products requires at least a federal bio safety level 2 laboratory rating, which requires a whole ball of institutional, state and federal red tape...he is full of crap

4. Specimens of an animal species included in Appendix I bred in captivity for commercial purposes, or of a plant species included in Appendix I artificially propagated for commercial purposes, shall be deemed to be specimens of species included in Appendix II.
 
i just read this whole thing and wow, at first i kinda thought that you guys were hard on him. that changed around page 50. what a weird guy pretending to work with the genetics of the bps. it takes all kinds i guess. i am going to pass out now because this took way too long to read.

You know i was NOT expecting this guy to be really messing around with genetics trying to possibly make a glowing snake :rolleyes: .I was expecting to read somewhere he was busted trying to smuggle his crops from his grow buildings inside snakes or there eggs :eek: :eek: :rolleyes: .Is it possible for someone to turn in this clown and shut him down if he is doing illegal genetic stuff? Its bad enough he is keeping reptiles in slop conditions but torturing them also with his Doctor Frankenstein methods :angry: :angry:
 
I'd like to know what his survival rate on the eggs and parent stock is at this point. Of course since only he could tell us and he is a liar we'll never know.

i read this whole thread, and never once did i hear anything about his animals in slop conditions. the only thing that comes close is his lack of quarantine, but that is not slop conditions. he may be a liar and a manipulator, but his animal are in a nice set up.

How do you know that his animals are not in slop conditions? Just because he has a decent rack set up doesn't mean they are cared for. Look at the condition of his little albino on his website.
 
Personally, I don't consider the following a "nice set up" in the least....
(though neither do I consider it "slop conditions")

I guess me saying slop was a bit rash but we have never seen the conditions in those tubs. Come to think of it has anyone seen the snakes?

Well he bought wild caught snakes then places them in the same rooms as his morphs without any quarantine being done.In my opinion those are slop conditions.
 
will someone please go up there and check the place out? does anyone live up anywhere near there or know anyone that lives near there?
 
It is true that we're not sure what it looks like IN the bins...But at the very least, they're in ventilated tubs with helix controlling the temperature. The thought of his quarantine measures disgusts me, and I certainly will not be purchasing from him.

The sad fact here is that someone will make a purchase from him. And im still not convinced it won't be a het they purchase. He doesn' even concern himself with a response about the "genetic studies"
 
i would not like to by from him, but I'm not into ball anyhow. i can say one thing about him though, i would buy from him before buying from high end herps. :ack2:

i do think that he thought that he could buy his way into this business and use misleading text on his website to make new folk think he was well known. well, he made a mistake and i hope that he cleans up his act. we need more rich people in the hobby to throw money to organizations to protect our hobby.
 
Someone in that area from the BOI should make a visit.

Speculation is only creating more concern.

What govt agency monitors this type of testing anways?-
