    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

it is the information posted on your web site, plus the information that you consistently post on the forums - that had led this community to view adenovirus as some deadly plague - which it certainly is not based on the actual health of positive tested animals. New people come into the hobby and repeat the same crap to others.

You have put people in a position to need to make a choice between having diseased animals or putting them down, giving them away or selling them off cheap to wholesalers.
I DO have emails from people who have done such a thing - based on information presented/circulated by you. One of these are someone that both you and I recommended to others. He/she have always had solid, healthy animals. In this persons observations - a few stressed, most did very well - and the stressed ones were euthanized. Instead of promoting stress management through tweaking the husbandry, they were put down and it was chalked up to adenovirus. New symptom?

Anyone can read my website which has nothing on it like you state, in fact it has the opposite. ANYTIME anyone tries to bring this community together with a community wide plan of action or course with this virus (and that is one that is certainly know to be making animals sick, you make sure you railroad them.

You twist things and spin more stories and manipulate more people playing games than anyone I have ever seen and I am a social worker so I have worked with some pretty sick people. The whole time acting the sweet innocent community do gooder. I want to throw up...... Vicki cares about Vicki and her sales, that is all she ever has cared about and you went after Denise for that reason and that alone

Also, why does it say on your website: It is YOUR/the buyers responsibility if a dragon acts funny or stops eating?

By the way, I'm not TRYING, I, like many other here, have FLAT out caught you lying.

We also now have you saying that you will do so again. While you paint with broad strokes, trying to encompASS your entire life previous to this outing of your lies and taking into consideration the entire rest of you life by such broad stroking, you truly do a disservice to those who hold honesty up as a goal, a standard of great value.

What about Robert Wood in 2003? Didn't he have massive die offs from what turned out to be adenovirus? Didn't he get several dragons from you? There have been issues with this virus that have come up several years ago. Didn't it concern you enough to try and find out more about it? I do know that I have had three friends that are breeders who spoke with Rob and he flat out told them that adenovirus was no big deal and that all dragons have it.

To be fair, the majority of dragons that are carriers of this virus do not die. And, I know of breeders who had healthy appearing dragons and they tested positive, as well as their offspring. So, there is an unknown variable with this virus. It is possible that there may be more than one strain. That seems to be a plausible explanation. But we do not know why some clutches have die offs with adenovirus and some do not. And, you do not have the right to make the call that this is no big deal and it only adversely affects dragons under certain conditions. The people who are buying dragons have the right to be informed and make their own decision. If you do think that most of your dragons have it, you have the responsibility to test and find out. Potential buyers should be made aware of this and then let them make the choice on whether or not to buy an adeno positive baby.

Wendy, it says on the web site that the currently available animals are not tested - They are not tested. If someone chooses to purchase an animal that is their choice. If the choose to test that animal - they have 6 weeks!

To the best of my knowledge, Rob did not test for adenovirus.

yes,i think it should be split into another topic starting from where vicky posted the link to her test results.wendy,i agree with you 100% ppl should be aware if they are buying an adeno-postive beardie,and they are not getting informed by her disclaimer,they are getting lied to
