    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Inquiry on bearded pets?

Hey Vince, were you asking me if I sold these? If so, no, I still have them. I bought these for my broodstock. I don't buy with the intention of reselling, so lucky for anyone else this time, I am the only one screwed with this deal. If I ever do sell them off ( I don't need normal ball pythons) they will be offered as normals that may even be wild caught for all I know. I suppose I will keep them and maybe breed these, but even the neos from these will only be sold as CB normals, unless, by some miracle an albino comes out(HAHAHAHA), in wich case the normal looking ones can only be honestly represented as 66% poss hets.
 
cool, i mis read your last post, i thought you said you sold them off b4 you knew they where not real hets. bearded pets has recently emaild me back cursing me out and talking about sueing faunaclassifieds.com for slander . these guys are crazy. he got mad and blew up at me when i called him out on his scames, and said he should really concider giveing you a full refund on the fake hets he sold. by the way if you dont mind me asking , how much did you pay for them?
 
650, plus 35 shipping. I know that is kind of low, but I also know the market for simple recessive mutations can be volatile at times, so I just thought I had lucked out on a deal.

With all their ads up, they must be at it again with other species as well.
 
They had made me an offer through kingsnake and I was going to do the deal in trade. It would have cost me around $400 for a pair. I inquired here and decided not to do the deal. But I was also asking them like 50 questions on everything and suddenly they stoped emailing me and answering my questions...how strange. On a lesser note I did a deal with somebody for my last 4 baby sulcatas and he asked if I was interested in some het albino balls. So i asked where they came from and he said bearded pets. So i said no thanks and directed him to this board. But he had already got them.
 
No offense to anyone in particular... BUT, why would ANYONE buy from them??? They make TONS of spelling errors in their ads... they make claims that simply cannot be true... are buyers really that stupid??? Maybe I can just somehow see through the BS?!?! I don't know... I sent them another e-mail recently about those 'CBB' redfoots and got NO reply. Basically, I called them out on the carpet and they cannot answer the questions about proving them CBB. If they CAN prove it, then they should do so!!!

Lies Lies and MORE LIES in my opinion!!! Buy from people who can actually put forth some proof they captive breed animals and don't just buy and resell herps and claim they are CBB. Unreal in my book... I guess if people are stupid enough to eat McDonalds every day, then blame the company selling the food for their health problems, those same people will buy from these guys... Hard to believe...

First of all just by the way they describe their animals I would never order from them such as in the ad for Red Foot Tortoises:

Too much hype and !!!!!! to be an actual serious breeder, what breeder of Red Foots do you know that uses the animals "loving personality " as a selling point .....

Now in their KS ads it says they need your full name and phone # before they will answer your email, wonder why?

Personally when I am looking for something on KS I make a point to browse the other categories to see if the seller is also selling a bunch of other types of animals, if so - Red Flag.

Also check out the legal disclaimer in every ad now, I would immediately be suspicious!! I guess they are worried about all those "hets" they sold not proving out!:

Not for long. Hopefully that's the case with these chumps staying in the biz. BT's...with eggs in a year. Puppy dog tame alligators pictured with a dog. I'm almost embarrased for them.
 
THE SAD THING,,,

I guess to me the sad thing is,, These people are putting such blatant lies in their ads ,,, It really shows they don't know one thing about reptiles,,, Everything captive born,, and the BT laying eggs just takes the cake,,,
So i wonder how well there husbandry is..?
Also if i were producing some of the animals they say they are i would proudly post pics of the parents the eggs,, and the babies,,, But they have resorted to taking pictures from others to use as there own,,, Yep sure seem to be something very fishy here,, like a sardine factory fishy,,, Just a shame uninformed "buyers" are being taken by such blatant scam artists,,, this is truly a "buyer beware" seller,,,,

They were posting madagascan big head turtles from a pic I TOOK for Mario at Zoological Imports. I helped Mario sell these turtles to a good friend of mine. I figured he might have been sent the pic by Mario as a pic of animals they wanted to buy but they ended up brokering them>? Or trying to, well to make stories short, they kept reposting for WEEKS after I had my friend buy them.
They also stated the turtles ate goldfish of all sizes when those turtles wont fed on anything but pellets.
They just make up info to spice up ads. Not good practice if you ask me.
If i brokered an animal I would minimally offer right information , and only ad things If i saw something personally, etc.
But to make up stuff to spice something up isnt right if you ask me.

Forgot, They kept posting the ads after i emailed them and told them that they were long gone. They also had emailed me that they didnt know what I was talking about...pretty funny stuff as I took the pic/....lol

I contacted them last month about some het....

for albino ball pythons. When I asked for linneage I was told that they did not know the linneage because they buy from wholesalers from Mexico to Canada. I told them that I thought it was rather odd that they did not know the linneage and they responded by telling me "if you want linneage go to Macy's, we are like Walmart. Good prices. Good quality. No Name Brands!" I was like, yeah right! I have the email saved somewhere but am unable to locate it right now. These guys are SHADY!
 
They had an ad up for Gaboon vipers, so they ARE selling venomous. They said they'd "only ship through Delta (so don't ask)" but... STILL.
